I hired them and everything was fine at first then I started to smell alcohol on the movers which I thought was strange because I did not expect movers to be drinking. However, I went to my car which was parked right behind their moving truck and they were using my chair as a holder for their beer. **** damaged my furniture and did not get the items listed on the estimate for example, couch chairs etc… I was charged wrongfully. The original bill was roughly 1,100 and they gave me the discount by only charging me by the estimate with was $900. However, on my estimate their were couches, table, chairs, coffee table, tv, and tv stand which was not taken. The estimate was $900 but the movers did not take all of those things because it didn’t fit, and just by them not taking all those items that was on the estimate it is therefore wrong. **** damaged my furniture. And drinking and driving is against the law, why are they getting away with it? I tried to talk to their boss for 13 days already and he continues to ignore me and I went to their office before on May 2 and he told me it was a serious matter and that he would get back to me but I’ve never talked to him again after that despite me trying for days to get a hold of him. Please help I don’t know what to do.
