      My package was delivered at 6AM and left in the lobby of a building that holds over 50 families. My package was stolen and they said I need to contact the company I purchased from. Who are these people and why are they still in business?

      This company is bad and capital letters the delivery system they have *****. Ive been waiting for a package for over a month. My packages are now lost. They say its a fail delivery wrong address when the address was checked six times and the address is correct. I will never have them deliver anymore of my packages.

      Horrible service, I have ordered from a place called Yochc they are horrible service as well. Ordered on the 17th of May paid 45 for my product. Was a sweater when I asked to get a better wak to track my order. I was sent a picture of my order status. No one called, texted. Or emailed me about my package. Both company's got my address wrong they used my PayPal account. I provided my right address on the yochc when I ordered. When I looked on 17track the first place I was told and shown in email picture of tracking progress. Then I noticed May 31st it said out for delivery than the same day said Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. (Wrong Address). That has been going on from May 31st to June 8th. I have called sent tickets as they call it and emails with the right address. When I called last few times they didnt fix my address or when I ask the customer service representative they try to say we have this address. I say that is not it I say the right one they say yes we have that address I ask why has my package not been sent then. Now the status is Parcel returned to warehouse.Please contact **************** Immediately to reschedule the final delivery after multiple attempts to contact them to get my package. They do not have a place where I can pick it up at and the 800 number does not work I had to find another online for U.S.A but they gave a eastern standard time zone. I live in pacific time zone it takes up to 1 or 3 hours to get ahold of a real person. One website says they open at 10am one this website says 11am I do not recommend this delivery service.

      Package not deliver, the customer support is non existent. The phone for customer support tells you to send email? Email no one responds.How is this company allowed to operate in *** is beyond me.

      They have not delivered a package from ****, and said it was the incorrect address. I checked with the address I have listed at ****, and it is the correct address. I tried to call, and was told the number was unavailable. I contacted **** who referred me to UniUni. This has gone no where. I would like the items delivered or receive a refund. I asked **** about a refund, and they referred me back to UniUni for delivery purposes.

      Failed delivery. Went through their process multiple times to reschedule the delivery. They always replied that the delivery was rescheduled and will be delivered in 7 business days. It's been two months. Contacted seller and they said UniUni is not responding to them. Uniuni has basically stolen my product,

      My package did have the incorrect address when I first submitted my order.However, it was updated day of and it was said they would redeliver within 1-5 business days. It has been 12 days and I call everyday and they keep stating "escalating to supervisor" and I never hear anything back. They never call back, have asked to speak to a manager and nothing. I still have not received my package. I even offered to pick up it up and nothing.

      I have made several orders in the past for ***** where they normally used ***** but this last time was with UniUni. I did not receive any notification that my package was delivered until two days after the date on the tracking log when ***** sent me an email. I checked the delivery confirmation photo that the driver took and it wasn't my apartment, nor that of any of my neighbors, and the number on the door didn't match either. My order is somewhere completely different and I have no clue where it is to retrieve it. I hope ***** and no other business uses this company, they are awful. Now awaiting *****'s response to my email for a replacement or refund.

      Unbelievable! Ordered from Nonolily off of Instagram and they messed up on delivering to the right address, so I have to contact UniUni to get a cert of proof that the door pic that I received was not my door. I am currently on hold, when the call started it was 61 mins, then it jumped to 41 then back up to 86. And then down to 44 and then back up to 60. I am beyond mad...I am furious. It's now 48 mins into my call as I have a timer on my phone. This company is A JOKE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are a business do not rely on them for your deliveries as this company will single-handedly ruin your business.

      My package was out for delivery for 3 days (if finally arrived on the 3rd day). I submitted 2 support tickets and never got a response. In a 24-hour period, I called support 3 times, being on hold for a combined total of 4.5 hours. The 3rd time I called, the message said my wait time would be 13 minutes. 75 minutes later, I was transferred to a support line that rang for 2 minutes with no answer. I was placed back on hold for 1 minute and sent to support again. It rang for 15 seconds, and I was then disconnected, never talking to anyone. I firmly believe that there is no customer support for this company. Never seen anything like it.
