1 starWorst service and No item delivered .They said they delivered package and took a photo of a house they delivered to which is clearly not my house. I attempted to contact the customer service by phone and have been on hold all morning over an hour with no answer. Hold times kept changing as I waited on the phone. I sent an inquiry on their website as well. I have cameras all over my house and no one delivered any package to my house.

1 starThey delivered my package to the wrong address. I've sent several emails, was on hold for 50 minutes only to have the associate hang up on me. I have been battling with them over a month & have still not had my issue resolved. UNIUNI (whatever that means) is absolutely the worst shipping company of all time. If you don't want to take my word for it, do a quick search on reddit. I can't believe how many people have had the same experience of their package being delivered to the wrong address or even handed off to homeless people. Better Business Bureau you should really put this company out of its misery.

1 starThis company claimed my package was undeliverable and retuned to the warehouse. After multiple attempts via email and phone. If you didn't get hung up on, I still didn't get the package. I was informed by ***, via email, that the seller request the package be sent to an address in ***********. It was a fake address and is a car park. The one and only rep that answers the phone (with children in the background) states every time I call that the information is being forwarded to 'the warehouse' I asked for contact information as I am filing a police report and was told that he didn't know. BTW tracking information despite the email sent to me still shows as returned to warehouse on 5.6.24

1 starI have been waiting for an agent for over 4 hours and I cant get to an agent. This is ridiculous!! (I have screenshots if needed) I placed an order online, and my items were shipped using UNI. The last scan was from 5/6/24 in ***********, ** and was estimated to be delivered between 5/9-5/11. Today is 5/14 and I cant get an agent to give me an update. This is really frustrating.

1 starMy package went out for delivery 35 hours ago and is still not delivered. After 32 hours i tried to call customer support and after being told it was a 17 min wait time i waited for 3.5 hours on hold just to be told my package is still out for delivery and could take another 13 hours to deliver . It dies not take that long to diliver in my small city especially when considering i had a second package from them that went out for delivery this morning and was delivered within two hours. They have a long history of either not delivering packages to me or misdelivering them once they delivered my package to the wring address 3200 miles from my house and blamed it on me . I did not choose them as the courier for my packages but if you have the choise stay *** **** away from this company

1 starI live in an apartment complex and the driver decided to leave my package on the counter in a mail room that is open access to anyone. Signs posted say not to leave packages on the counter and that the driver can gain access to the complex if they go to the leasing office. Of course not more than 2 hours later (had to leave work early to pick up the package) is the package gone/******. Called the number on the UniUni site for support two times. The first time was on hold for 1 hour and had to drop due to meetings at work. The second time I called and was on hold for 3 hours no answer. The audio recording would announce your call will be answered in X amount of minutes and every time I am given a different number with that number constantly rising. I will never do business with any business that decides to use this company for shipping.

1 starThis delivery company is the worst! The delivery driver's don't follow instructions! They leave your packages in unsafe places, delivery them to the wrong address! You call and complain and nothing is resolve! They also delivery packages too late! Who delivery packages to ones home at 8/9 p.m. at night! People are asleep that time of night! If these companies continue using this company I'll have to order elsewhere! THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!@

1 starInitial Order was delivered to mailroom then ******. Reordered items after recieving a refund from the company. Called UniUnis customer service to leave delivery instructions spent 1.5hrs on hold before speaking to a rep finally got a hold of someone and left instructions to not have any packages delivered to mailroom and to have the packages delivered to unit. Today 2 out of 3 packages **** left in the mailroom and thankfully not ******. Delivery notification was sent to my phone 2hrs after the actual delivery.

1 stari’ve gotten package sent to the wrong address MULTIPLE times not once not twice but 3 times currently the money given to me for my birthday and i ordered off ***** is being delivered to escondido and i live in SAN DIEGO!!?? and they are delivering to ESCONDIDO AGAINNN? if this can get resolved before my package delivers and maybe you can ask your driver to come to my CORRECT address that would be much appreciated but id highly doubt this company would do so.

1 starThey say my item is " out for delivery " and is with the driver and will be delivered soon ( within 1 day ) . I've been told this for 3 days now online . I called and they told me my address is wrong? When they told me the address they have on file I confirmed it is correct and I was told it isn't? I know my address and I know it's correct . It's simple..don't **** a package as " out for delivery " if you don't intend to deliver it that day . What the heck??
