I have a parcel being delivered with UNIUNI. For 2 days it has been "out for delivery". Yet when i contacted the local warehouse, I was told that it would be delivered today. Well, after sending them a PHOTO of my office, to ensure the package is delivered to the CORRECT location, i was told there was too much traffic, and they couldn't make it before 4pm today. So, they had over 5.5 hours to deliver this today and now (maybe, based on these reviews???) they say tomorrow. I have no idea how this company stays in business with the terrible reviews they have. This is a terrible experience thus far with this company. I will likely never order from this vendor again, on the off chance they continue to send packages by UNIUNI. This terrible service is actually going to start costing businesses more money with the amount of refunds they will have to issue, or re-sending products that weren't delivered properly.uniuni

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. No one answers the phone when you call in the Montreal branch for UNI Express it's been out since 7pm LAST NIGHT it said it was estimated to come today nothing yet... Still says out for delivery with no updates whatsoever. Their custommer support is nonexistent and they clearly don't care about your company's package. I do not recommend this company.uniuni

Company says package delivered, but it was not. Tried to reach company 3 x by using their online form. No response. This company sent me a text at 10:58 pm , Saturday August 6th , saying a package had been delivered. Tracking number xxxxxxx There was no package. There was no sticker on the door saying delivery was attempted and where to pick up the package. When tracking the package on their website, it says 'delivered' with a picture of the street entrance to my building and a 2nd picture of the label on the package. Am I to assume they left the package outside my apartment building, on the busy street, at 11pm on a Saturday night? I completed their customer service form on their website on Sunday Aug 7th to seek a resolution and to find my package. Their website says they will respond in 24 hours. I received no response. I completed the customer service form again on August 8th and a third time on August 11. It is now August 17th and still no response, nor package.uniuni

I wish I could give no stars. The package was delivered early (seems great, right?). But it was Friday evening and I was not at home. The driver did not ring the bell (I would have got a notification on my phone and asked a neighbour to grab the package) and he left the package front and centre on the top of the steps where the whole street could see. I have a 12 foot porch he could have hid it by leaving it anywhere else. I complained to the company and they said I should call 9-11 and they don’t require their drivers to ring the bell. I am out $$$ because of this awful service. I didn’t ask for the company I ordered from to deliver through these useless people. I can’t order from there again in case they use Uni again.uniuni

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of July…Got to Uni and my status order has been pending since,it also doesn’t help the matter that am moving from the address very soon…tried calling their customer service but it keeps going to voicemail!!!! I don’t know the status of my package since it got to Uni express,each time I try tracking it…keeps telling me it’s pending but according to the company I ordered from,it’s already been received and processed by Uni !! I don’t even mind having to go pick it up myself but there’s no information of that sort as to where and how I should do thatuniuni

Terrible service. The delivery drivers call was flagged by my phone as spam (it was also 9am on a Sunday, so I wasn't expecting any deliveries) so I did not answer. I received a notification shortly after that a tag was left at the door. All of this was surprising as I was never notified that this company was going to deliver my package, I was given no notification that the package was on the way or anything. I now find that the pickup location is over an hour and a half away and is only open 11am-6pm, meaning I will be unable to go pick it up due to my work schedule. The companies site is even worse with no way to properly submit a claim or contact customer support directly without downloading their app (which at this point, I do not trust at all). All in all, I have no idea if or how I will be able to get my package, have no way of contacting them to try and get the package delivered on another date, and am immensely disappointed. I contacted the seller and informed them of the situation. There isn't much they will be able to do, but I have asked them in the future to never use UniUni again so that others can avoid this issue. Awful and honestly sketchy delivery service. Just the worst.uniuni

Uniuni is the worst delivery company. Im a heavy only purchaser but will never, never advise anyone to use Uniuni. I have placed orders online and its Uniuni is the delivery company was assigned for my delivery and all my orders when back to the warehouse. only one order was delivered with again lots of calling. but my recent order I have been calling numerous times giving my address as it's a new location. I provided all the details so even that a new driver would definitely know my address INCLUDING my tell #. The driver NEVER calls me for any direction and they simply say they can't find my address and return my order to the warehouse. I also request a supervisor to call me they never follow up with me. I don't know why it's only UNIUNI have issues as other delivery companies never had issues with any delivery at my place. Their drivers are not professional AT ALL. I would not select any stars instead they should provide minus stars to select.uniuni

It was my favourite, however, My package was ****** because it was dropped off outside of the mail box. My past packages all were placed in front of my door. They send me the proof of delivery as shown outside of the mail box. I contacted the customer services to recommend them that the packages should be placed in front of the door like they used to be. They replied: ** ********** **** *********** *** ************** ******** *** ******* *** **** ** ******* *** ******* ** *** ******** ******* *** ** *** ******* ************** ********** It was not helpful at all. I’m very upset about the services. I also contact the sender, they mentioned that the proof of delivery was sent, the delivery company should be responsible for the ****** package because of the misplacement.uniuni
