      I purchased what Parts Avatar calls there Premium New CV shafts for my SUV. Less than 2 years later the boots on the shafts have degraded to the point that they are l now leaking. This vehicle never leaves the pavement and is a personal vehicle. The company that makes the parts warranty states that they cover them for as long as the original purchaser ***** them. So why arnt these covered. Avatar states that they have a policy of 12 months. Yet their competitors will warranty what the manufacturer states. **** good business or not? I buy parts based on how well they are backed and the amount of Local content. I guess I was wrong to buy for a so call Canadian supplier.

      I haven't seen a company so indifferent to its customers in a long time. When I read the complaints of other customers I realized that I was also cheated. Identical to others, I have delivery problems, I have been waiting for 10 days for some brake pads. I don't know if the pads will be good to install because their information is not reliable. I don't know if they are stupid and incompetent or they are doing it intentionally to scam people. It is very frustrating because they take your money, they don't want to refund you, it's all your fault. I think they hate their customers and they enjoy stealing from them and making fun of them. I'm sorry I didn't read the comments before buying.

      Should have read all these reviews prior to my purchase with PartsAvatar. Pretty much the same experience as everyone else in one way or another. Was told my break rotors would be "delivered" in 2-3 days and it's been two weeks. Every day I'm on their chat talking with a different agent who tells me exactly the same thing "sorry for the inconvenience...your parts will be shipped in 2-3 days and you will get a confirmation email". Every day it's the same message, still nothing. I just want the truth about my parts. Are they in limbo on a tanker caught in the Pacific vortex? They took my money right away so the only other recourse is to report fraud to my bank and somehow have the charges reversed. I guess my bigger question is with pages of complaints on this website what does it take to have these guys shut down and what relevance does the Better Business Bureau have if it has no influence on these shabby business practices?

      Absolutely the worst on-line experience. Take your money right away (judging by the amount of calls trying to scam me they immediately share your name, number, email too) then fail to ship products. When you contact "support" they just baffle you with excuses & plead for your patience. Lies & excuses are the only consistent part of their OBVIOUS sham of a "business" model. BEWARE!!

      After reading other reviews it is obvious that the parts avatar website advertises incorrect information. I ordered a part that was advertised as being for my vehicle when in fact it does not fit. I am choosing not to return the part as I am expected to pay the return shipping costs after already paying for the shipping cost to get it to me. All in all a complete waste of time and money. I will never order from this company again and I will spread the word

      The drums I purchased arrived out of round. When I tried to return them, they requested a photo of the old ones alongside new ones with the packaging. Eventually I got around to doing all that but it was beyond the 30 days window so my return was not approved. This is not a company that stands behind customer satisfaction, especially when they are at fault.

      Good Morning so to start things of on the 02 12 2024 i ordered Part# C62100 consisted of front left and front right Brake caliper for 2003 ******** Order# **KBC2M4O On the 5 of Dec I received the shipment consisting of one left caliper not left and right as advertised I contacted Parts avatar via chatline and been told that they made a mistake in the advertising and that i only ordered a left caliper and if i would like the right caliper i have to put a second order in I double checked the listings and it clearly states left and right front caliper Anyhow since i needed the second caliper i had to order the right one after Order# **L8F4O1E on the 5 of Dec 2024 Resulting in me spending 151.01$ more It is not my fault they Advertise wrong and they should honor there own advertisement Double checked advertisement on the 7 of Dec and still advertises front left and frond right caliper for 2003 ******** CST

      ordered parts....they promptly failed like within 15KM's (2 CV axles) contacted them looking too return items customer support is both slow and useless ********************** were for my vehicle listed as such fitment upon installation didn't appear too be wrong, joints however were hyper extended (ie axles are too short) splines did not meet up and damaged differential components after photos of said carnage, both too new units damages too my vehicle and with only the request of a refund for faulty components i was met with the statement they cannot be returned due too they have been installed on warrantied

      Order parts last week. Canceled the order within 24hrs. I have been in contact with their chat, they keep telling me I will be refunded within 24hrs, to no avail.

      I recently purchased several hundred dollars of auto parts thru "PartsAvatar". These purchases were only made after an exhaustive search of their inventory using their definitive part selection process. Upon reciept some of the parts were found to be completely incorrect and Parts Avatar was notified of the need to return them. Their "agents" have done everything possible to refuse the return and expect that not only will I pay a 15% restocking fee due to their system error but that I return the parts at my expense. Their agent also tried to mske big fuss related to"VIN #" as a means to show that I had made a mistake but their system does not require a VIN # during the picking / selection process ... The reason they want it is so that their agent can then call a bona-fide parts service that will then tell them they screwed up.Parts Avatar is not a company to do business with, they are scam artists and I'd suspect from this type of activitiy that they are losing money hand over fist and probsbly going down the tube as a viable business . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM , you will regret it if you do!
