      ******** customer service . Live chat suggested that as package not deliver should drive 10 hours to ******* to pu. No support and thinks I should track down shopping company. I don't work for them not my job

      Advertising pictures of products with no description of how many come with it. Gave me a list of 10 products with a picture of one filter and one product with a picture of 2 filters that was the most expensive. My car requires 2 of the same filters so picked the product with a picture of 2 filters. Only one came and when I contacted customer support they told me all the photos are generic photos. ******

      ***** ******* Ordered a part and it turned out to be defective. When I asked to return, they insisted that I purchase another part first before they would process a refund for the defective part. The part looked cheaply built and I requested to exchange it for a better quality brand for which I would pay the difference. They categorically refused insisting that I purchase the same low quality brand first. Terrible customer service as well.

      On September 19, 2023 I tried to determine which brake rotors I should be ordering on the PartsAvatar.ca website. Using their system to figure this out is so difficult that I wanted to call them for guidance. I looked high and low but could not find a phone number. I even did a ****** search nothing. I was forced to use their chat service. I was asked for the year, make, model and trim package. I was also asked for my VIN, which I gave them. I also specified that I wanted coated rotors. On the chats they would take several minutes to respond to each of my communications, but then would sign off before I had an answer! It took 3 tries to get a usable answer. I placed my order.The parts did not arrive until September 27th. The parts they sent were the ones they had recommended. The front rotors were 14" in diameter. My originals were ****". Both the front and rear rotors were NOT coated according to the manufacturer's website (the PartsAvatar website has them marked as coated).This was the beginning of a long and painful exchange of emails lasting until I finally received a refund on November 21st, over 2 months after placing my order. I ended up buying Brembo rotors from PartSource. Good price, good product, NO HASSLE!PartsAvatar are crooks. Their practices are underhanded. They refused to accept responsibility for recommending the wrong parts to me, they pretended that their phones were having technical difficulties (an excuse I read about in other reviews from years ago) and they weren't going to give me a return authorization until I threatened them.       There customer service is NONEXISTANT .. They make it almost impossible to send back a wrong part . I am a RED SEAL AUTOMOTIVE TECH and ordered front pads and rotors for a customer of mine . The rotors were correct the pads were not . THEY HAVE NO PHONE LINE TO TALK TO A PERSON ,AND THERE PARTS RETURN SYSTEM IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE . THEN THEY REQUIRE YOU TO PAY TO SHIP THE WRONG PART THEY SENT BACK . If you get the correct parts then its ok if you do not then you might as well throw the wrong part in the garbage and write off the cost as a loss .... YOU ARE GAMBALING TO SHOP WITH PARTS AVATAR ...

      Avoid this site like the plauge. They won't stand by their products and vehicle fitment on the website is the worst setup I've ever seen. They shouldn't even be allowed to be in business. Definition of a **** company
