Wow...Wow....Wow STUNNING QUALITY - LEICHT German-made cabinetry is top notch. It was exactly what we saw and fell in love with when we visited the showroom. Every detail was taken into consideration. Additionally, our countertop was out of this world. (THANK YOU Igor for the brilliant design, especially the waterfall counter) OUTSTANDING COORDINATION - While the rest of the world was facing delivery shipment delays, our cabinet and countertop were delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Despite the fact that Dmitry was travelling overseas, he responded to our call when we encountered issues with our order from ******appliances. I should have listened to Dmitry and purchased all ********* appliances from Dmitry when he suggested initially. FYI, for individuals who aren't familiar with ******** appliances, they make equally high end quality appliances like ****** For some, ******** may be perceived as higher quality than ****** During the install, Dmitry was either on site for hours or called frequently to speak to the installer and ourselves to ensure that we were happy with the installation. EXCELLENT FOLLOWUP - Despite all the detailed upfront planning, no project runs 100% perfect. One of the doors had a ding from the shipping process and the turnover time for a replacement was less than 2 wks despite all the shipping delays in the world. Dmitry responded to this and addressed other issues immediately. He is a very honorable gentleman to work with. Unlike other contractors, Dmitry was never pushing his agenda towards us even when we met him for the first time. He allowed us lots of time to think and consider what we wanted. We should have listened to Dmitry from the get go. If we did, we wouldn't have run into such issues with ******appliances. When we renovate our master bathroom/ bedroom, we will definitely approach Dmitry again. He is someone you can trust and count on.
