Cash grabbing horrible company. ******* customers. You used to be able to pay for less than one hour parking in *********************** and since these greedy people have taken over parking from the City's app, you have to buy at least an hour. They also own all the options you have in terms of apps to pay in ***********************. It's ridiculous.

I purchased a valid parking ticket which was valid until 937pm yet I was still erroneously issued a violation ticket at 8:50pm. I asked the patroller to reverse his error. He agreed that he made a mistake but told me he was unable to reverse it and that I would have to appeal. This is unacceptable that a mistake made by their incompetent employee requires that I waste my time to appeal. In the same way that EasyPark charges a $15 fee for appeals where the violation is upheld, they should be crediting at least $15 to customers for their mistakes!

Terrible company as they don't even give you a chance to pay to park. I got out of my car walked straight to the pay booth and payed as quickly as I could and then went on to see the park . Did not even use the hr I paid for and when I got to my car there was a $69 dollar ticket issued 2 minutes after paying for parking. Parking attendant thought it was funny when approaching him and just walked away. This company should not be allowed to do business as this is theft. You should be able to have enough time to go and get a ticket or at least read the instructions on the payment terms before getting a fine.

I am a senior and parked in a lot with EasyPark and ZipBy sign.I log on to ZipBy on March 25, 2025, and it showed me the amount I need to pay, then I received a message a message asking if I need a receipt resend. 22 minutes later, I got a ticket for $98 for parking violation. I had the receipt from ZipBy on that day, *** the receipt was with an attachment with fine prints which I missed. and the receipt was for Jan 19, 2025. I I send EasyPark all the receipts showing the actual time I parked and the explanation how I missed the payment, but no avail. I hope someone out there to help me to appeal.

Parked at Easypark downtown Vancouver last month. They charged me $14. Next day I was also charged by Zipby for $14. Called Easy Park and emailed many times. Just get the runaround. I will try to avoid parking at *********. I also have worked in the media ... Not sure why a big company is so cheap and will not pay when they double charge. It is called stealing. EasyPark is not so easy. More of a ____park.

I recently had an infuriating experience with Easypark that I must share. Despite paying for parking at ***********************, near **********, I was issued a violation ticket. This experience highlights not only the company's incompetence but also their sheer disregard for customer satisfaction.Upon receiving the violation notice, I immediately double-checked my ****** Wallet App, and verified that I had paid for the correct time slot and location. When I appealed via their online portal and uploaded a screenshot from my phone, detailing the time of my payment at Lot 66, I received what seemed to be an automated response, stating that since they were unable to find record of my payment, they would continue to pursue payment for said violation, and that the issue would be referred to a collection agency if payment was not received in 90 days. The only time I managed to speak to a representative, their solution was to redirect me to the online appeals process that felt designed to deter customers from pursuing justice.Fortunately, I did eventually receive an email from them confirming that they were ultimately able to confirm proof of my payment, and would not be pursuing payment of the violation ticket. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste hours proving their innocence for a mistake they did not make. Issuing baseless violation tickets and then making it difficult for customers to contest them is both exploitative and unethical.I strongly urge anyone considering parking with Easypark to think twice. If their system is this flawed and their customer service this dismissive, its only a matter of time before more people face the same unjust treatment.I will not be using their services again, and hope others are cautious enough to avoid similar frustration. Easypark needs to seriously reconsider their policies and show genuine accountability if they want to retain any semblance of trust from their customers.

I paid a violation ticket within their ridiculously short time frame and a couple of weeks later they sent me a letter indicating that the fine had not been paid and they threatened to send me to a collection agency. I tried to call them, but you literally cannot contact them by phone unless you book an appointment and the earliest appointments they have are in three weeks. I went through their automated electronic online response process, and sent them proof that I had paid this violation, but they have not responded to the information that I sent to them and it has been over a week. Companies like this one operate like it is the wild West where there are no rules or regulations. Who provides oversight to protect consumers from these predatory companies?

I paid for a monthly permit at one of their lots. After a month and about a week I was informed that they had "charged me the incorrect rate" and that the rate was actually 3x what I had been charged. I was informed that I owed them back pay for the month I'd already used plus the difference for the current month. When I asked for a full refund I was told that I could only get half my money back because I had parked in the lot for 2 days before they decided to inform me that I now owed significantly more money. This predatory and scam like behavior is something I'd expect from other parking companies around town but I thought Easy Park was better. Guess I know better now.

Stressful system with suspicious timing. Firstly, got the parking ticket 2 mins after the time started in a near empty lot. I appealed immediately, because 120 seconds costing 70 bucks is a gut punch, especially considering this has never happened to me before. It said it went through on the site, but I never got an email confirmation. Didn't hear anything for a couple days. I logged into the system, no record of my appeal anywhere!! Now I'm out of time, I can try appeal again with no guarantee it will work, or i can just pay to avoid an increase in the charge. I give up and pay. That's when customer service finally gets back to me about my appeal at 10pm the next day when it's too late now. They denied it anyway so it made no difference aside from showing they have no ***** for a first time offense (that wasn't dangerous or hogging space). Also after the denial they got back to me within minutes of a follow up. I logged onto the website to check for a history/timeline and it's empty, as if the whole ordeal never happened. Very fishy.

I parked at *** lot on *************. The meter and the signage said to use an app to pay. I didnt have a cell phone or access to the internet (not mandatory to operate a vehicle) I got a violation and disputed it. I received an email the next day stating they were not going to void it and charged me an additional 15$. Curious, they have people handing out violations, and no one to dispense tickets. The city needs to reconsider who they do business with.
