they left my neighbour (elderly lady) hanging without service for over a week, leaving her to feel isolated, due to their faulty equiptment... i got her going for now, they still have to come and replace their equiptment for her... what a shix companyTelus

I have had so many problems with Telus over the years it's not funny. When **** came out with home I switched and it took me 4 months to get my last bill from Telus correct. I would think it's done and get another incorrect bill. Move to today the building I live in has a agreement with Telus our TV internet etc. is supplied so I have to deal with them. There was scheduled service call to upgrade wiring (Telus set it up) found out from manager of building it's not possible I decided to call to cancel so the tech didn't come and waist their time. What a boondoggle switching from one department to another having to explain over and over again I truly regretted trying to be thoughtful. And the latest revolves around the changes in some channels going to ****** from *****. I called in December to ensure that my favorite channels are not lost spent a afternoon being switched from one person to another given different stories and reasons dealt with individuals that had no clue and gave up. Recently the channels became available on free preview so called to add them permanently same problem and production being switched from one department to another, told I already had them on the list to being told not available then put me on hold and told yes it's possible asked to hold while they set it up to have them come back with some lame excuse why it's not possible again. So many people I talked to at Telus do not know what they are talking about or it feels like a script you can tell they are not in ****** and have no idea what's going on with Canadian channels and how the landscape of Canadian Phone and TV are changing.Telus

Telus customers beware. I have been a ********************** customer for a very long time set up home security at the end of 2023 on a promotion for three years at ***** plus tax today I looked at my **** said I had no contract and my **** was ***** I called explained this to Telus the *** said he would call me back as it would need to go to the loyalty department. One hour later I get a email they put me on a new contract without me consent and still charge me ***** I called back talk to a *** asked for the loyalty department and explained why and he put me on hold for almost 2 hours before I hung up guess its to the news I go save yourself the head go anywhere but Telus . I feel for all the customers that havent noticed there ****s have gone up and there promotions have been cancelled it a huge headache they put me back down to ***** for home security but new contract that I never signed up for .Telus

They did phone to clarify what the charges are for. It's for the equipment return saying they never received it. Another scam! I was lucky to find the tracking number and all was good. Otherwise I would have to pay. I heard this happened to a neighbor.Review fromShao-Ai L

The future is better WITHOUT Telus.I've been an unhappy Telus customer for over five years, keeping my services only because canceling is more a hassle. The wait time for service cancellations is regularly over 1 hour. Yes, I choose to stay on hold instead of selecting the call back options simply because I don't trust I would get a call back but the long wait time signals to me that many customers seem to also be unhappy. The call center **** are incapable of answering simple questions, and in my most recent call with a technical support **** when I asked for the 3rd time for a direct answer instead of avoidance, the *** put me on holdthen, unsurprisingly, hung up on me.Telus

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Only robots answer. Youll wait hours to speak with a human, but they cant do anything for you because their system does not let the human customer service **** do anything. No department can do anything, except sign you up for a plan. Ive been trying to cancel for 2 years. Ive been incorrectly billed for a service I dont have, but no one can cancel it!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS ******************** Absolutely terrible customer service. Expect to wait at least 4 hours on hold, my longest has been 7 hours to talk to someone who then couldnt help me. Dealing with Telus is like having dental work done with no freezing.Telus

My son recently tried to set up service with Telus, and the experience was a complete disaster. He contacted them and got a good deal He scheduled an installation for March 18, 2025, but they never showed up. After calling, we found out they hadn't included the unit number on the contract and the whole thing wasn't processed properly. It took over a day to try and get that sorted.Once they finally fixed it, they told him the earliest they could come was April 2, 2025. When my son said that was too long, they said they'd look into it and then promised to come on March 24. Yet again, they failed to get it right and didn't enter the correct details into the system.Frustrated, my son canceled with Telus and called **** instead. **** came the very next day and got everything set up. Telus may offer deals, but their service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.Telus

I AM GIVING TELUS A 0 AS I AGREED TO A CONTRACT AND TELUS WOULD NOT HONOR IT BECAUSE THEY SAID THEIR EMPLOYE MADE A MISTAKE AND THE OFFER WAS TO LOW. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO VOID MY CONTRACT, BUT WOULD NOT LET ME GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT AND WOULD REPORT ME TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. MY BILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 15 DOLLARS PER MON. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE M3 37 DOOLARS PER MONTelus
