I am so happy with my finished bathroom. I had a new bathtub and shower surround with shower head and faucet installed, along with new vanity and cabinet, and painting. I have a whole new bathroom! I take my hat off to the whole team starting with Project Manager Rick Giles who oversaw the renovation. Rick is incredibly skilled in his work. I was impressed with his attention to detail, careful management of the furniture and fixtures, respectful presence, and ability to explain the work to me. An absolute professional! I also work from home and felt safe with him there. He made sure the project was finished well and cleaned up the space before leaving. As a sole homeowner I cannot stress how much such a conscientiousness work ethic means to me when hiring. I highly recommend Rick and the Ultimate Bathroom team Allie and Gerald. Thank you.

We renovated 2 bathrooms in our home and had the very best experience with Ultimate Baths!!! Gerald the owner, visited our home and gave us suggestions we hadn’t even thought of, next we met with designer Allie, who helped put our dreams into a cohesive beautiful design. Lastly our project manager Rick - he was absolutely awesome to deal with, he really knows his stuff and we feel lucky to have him in our home completing our Reno’s. The communication was fantastic, clear expectations. Overall fantastic experience.

I am satisfied with the work that was performed by Ultimate Bath Renovations. Both the admin and installer staff were both friendly and professional. I had a bathtub to standalone shower renovation, with a new vanity. I chose the vanity from ********* for the quality and convenience of having Ultimate Baths install the vanity. It was convenient to having one company to do all the projects within my bathroom renovation. During the process of the renovation the installer would take pictures of the progress, and show all the steps that he was taking or described what he needed to fix. This included correcting walls that were not even and no supports behind the walls; and moving the pipes in the wall to fit the new vanity style. Both the company and the workers were both accommodating and offered many options. I'm happy with the work that was provided and performed.

We highly recommend Ultimate Baths. We had 2 bathrooms renovated. One received new flooring, vanity, lighting and paint. The other was a complete rebuild. The entire job took just over 4 weeks. UBR was professional from start to finish while also being warm and friendly. Gerald was very responsive to our needs and came to the house for regular inspections during the work. Allie was so helpful to us while making our design choices and even came with us to tile and fixture shops. She gave great advice and was very patient when we had difficulty making decisions. We took our time deciding what we wanted, and at no time did we feel pressured by the company. Once we were ready to go, everything proceeded seamlessly with no scheduling delays. Our main installer was Sean. We were surprised how multi-talented he was. He takes great pride in his work and is very conscientious to do everything as perfectly as possible. Sean is also so friendly and personable that we didn’t mind at all having a workman in the house for such a long time. Rick also came several times for electrical work or as an extra pair of hands for the heavier work. He too was extremely conscientious and friendly. At the end of each workday, they exceeded our expectations in cleaning their workspace and our hallways. There was only one little hiccup - a leak from some relocated plumbing caused some minor damage to the dining room ceiling below. Everyone on the team reacted so responsibly that at no point were we bothered. Gerald came to view the situation and the ceiling was repaired perfectly the next day at their cost. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Allie helped me achieve the vision we were looking for and the installers did an outstanding job. Having all the necessary skills within their staff team provided the complete turn-key we wanted. Renovations are never easy, so working with a team like Ultimate Bathrooms is a treat. We would absolutely use them again.

Ultimate Bath just completed a major overhaul of our ensuite bath, removing our very dated jet tub, building a pony wall, new flooring, and installing a walk in shower. Rick did the work and was a pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail was first rate and he kept us in the loop on what was going on the entire time. Plus he showed up when he said he would and that is gold in my books as they honour their commitments. It’s hard to believe it is the same bathroom! This is the 2nd bathroom reno we’ve used Ultimate for which speaks for itself. Highly recommend them.

We purchased our house back in March 2016 and had Ultimate Bathroom Renovations do a major overhaul on the bathroom. This included new acrylic shower walls, which came with a guarantee for the duration of home ownership. Over the next couple of years, despite following the necessary cleaning and maintenance instructions, we noticed the acrylic walls becoming more and more discoloured. We recently reached out to Gerald and his team about what could be done. After a quick consultation, they had no problem honouring the original guarantee to replace the acrylic shower walls. Rick did the new install and it looks fantastic. Thanks so much for bringing our bathroom back to life!
