      ordered a replacement part for a food processor on july 27th to be shipped out. followed up with company twice now. called and received no information. order number is 17127197. original shipping quote time is 3-5 days. it is now almost at 60 days. would like full refund including shipping

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. Checking on your order, the Blade  ordered was not a stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. We have cancelled your order and you will see a refund for $53.61 back on your credit card in 3-5 business days.

      I ordered a suspension plate and suspension pad set from this company for my washing machine. I found out I needed the pads but not the plate. I reached out to PartSelect and asked them if I could return the plate without the pads. After several communications back and forth, I received word from them that my refund would be processed when they receive my part. I sent it in on August 8, and after two weeks hadn't heard anything back. When I reached out to them again, they said they couldn't issue refunds for partial returns. This is not what I was originally told. I would like PartSelect to refund me $65.67 for the suspension plate (https://www.partselect.com/PS11742001-Whirlpool-WP3946509-Plate-Suspension-Includes-It.htm?SourceCode=3&SearchTerm=PS11742001).

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused and the misunderstanding. We do show that you have been refunded for PS334456 - Whirlpool - 285219
      Suspension Pads - Package of 3 on 06/2/21 in the amount of$23.38. However since the plate was a kit in order to refund the $65.67 the whole kit would need to be returned in order to be refunded. However what we can do is  refund $40.00 has a one time refund. You will see the refund back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

      date ordered 30 august 2021 order # 17428756 , ice maker 111.49 , shipping 7.95 , tax 11.35 , total , 130.79 , money was taken out before shipped for partselect . no tracking # given. called and was told back ordered till october, no emails came at anytime. thought at start would be delivered at start. my wife and i are both in our 80s , need the ice badly and on fixed income tried to cancel , then found out had to be canceled by august 29 2021 ,on computer. tried calling to no avail . just want to cancel and get on money back on credit card so we can buy some where else locally. we tried avoiding that on account of virus, and we both are disabled . but looks like no other choice . we bought much stuff on computer , 1st time we ever had money taken before shipping. if you could help us as we need ice badly. no hard feelings ,toward company.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. All our orders are billed once when the order is placed weather the item is in stock or on order. The item ordered was a on order item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer.  We have cancelled your order and you will see a refund back on  credit card in the amount of $130.79 within 2-3 business days.

      Hello, I placed an order on August 20, 2021 (***** ********** *** ********** LATCH ASSEMBLY, DOOR totaling $33.97. I received an email that day that it shipped. I never received the part and the tracking number isn't valid and says "Page Not Found." When I emailed them on August 31st for help, I never received an answer, but an automated reply that wait times are long due to covid and no promising response time. I would like a full refund for the part I never received promptly.
