They've lost my package. It was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday and it's now Friday. They claim the driver supposedly came with my package when no one was home but I Work from home! I'm home all day! They refuse to connect me to a manager so I can make a complaint, will not answer my emails and two separate people have told me my package was at two different warehouses, when I called they don't have it there. I know it is impossible to cost that much, So I went to Canada Custom and Duties site to check, filled in the Province, amount of product, what kind of product and find out there is no duty at all, and only $5.66 tax only. *** **** ****** * **** **** * *** **** ** ***** ** ** ***** ******* I had a parcel that I paid for arrive in Canada on May 15 to Quebec city and here on 27 June. I’m still told they’re waiting on customs. When you call you get disconnected and if you eventually get through to somebody that give you an alternative phone number for the for the customs broker and they don’t answer or return calls even if you subscribe to their callback service. Absolutely the worst customer service occur your company that I’ve ever experienced in my 60+ years.Review from Anna C

It's been a night mare to deal with DHL since the very first second. Noone knows what they doing there. The supervisor and team leader have more processing capability & tend to solve the problem. However, they send you back to deal with your stuff with with regular employees. The ## of hours I spend starting with creating online account - is countless and unspeakable. While creating an account with one of the reps over the phone, she never advised me that I won't be able to actually create an account and have the account #, because only business clients can have that "luxury". Once I created the shipment and paid $170, I had to create an invoice where I indicated a "women's used dress" (I left it at the hotel in DR during my vacation and I was just getting it back home (it is just a memorable dress). I had a communication with the hotel's manager in the DR confirming that they found the dress which was a proof the dress is used. After creating a shipment I had trouble scheduling pick up from hotel. Spent another hr on the ph with the rep helping me do that. After my package was picked up I got an email from DHL requesting to pay $65 taxes & duties for a USED dress. After another couple of hrs of communication over the ph & email, my taxes & duties were recalculated and I got a new invoice for $485 with the shipment weight of 13.5 lbs. I spent another hour during the weekend writing an email to sort out this new $485 invoice providing a proof of my communication with hotel, my itinerary to show I stayed at this hotel. They responded with the reviewed amount due for payment $19.98 instead of $65. They refunded $45 difference. I tried to request a delivery without my signature since I ordered the shipping with signature and paid for it. They asked me to provide the acc # but as an individual I could not have it. ***** **** they use made up fee on top of being one of the most expensive shipping services. Just need the airway bill number with the iata code to fill out the prior notice form with the FDA. I called customer service and is sent to the broker department. But they directed me to IT who directed me back to customer service who directed me to collecting. And the girl on the line told me to call customer service and press number 3 and said that it will get me someone to help me. Guess where that directed me to! It was an automated message about why DHL charges you duties fee on your deliveries in Canada, and where you should pay those fees via phone or online.Review from Cheryl C

worst delivery service ever. couple of my packages are delayed. after their estimated delivery date have past I wrote them an email to ask for assistance. their reason for delay is because of the high volume of shipments and there is no EDD available! i mean isn't high volume of shipment good for their business? how is it a surprise? isn't moving stuffs is what they're supposedly good at? I just don't understand their business guarantee of getting your packages before the holidays and then screw up in the process - *********** ******** ** * ****! If you have other options, stay away from DHL. Otherwise put a review because technically that's the only thing you can do when you've already paid for their service.Review from Allison M

* **** * ***** **** **** *****. Every single time they deliver anything to me they mess up or done even try to deliver. I was also informed that they would call me back but they never did. ***** ******* ******* ***** If I could pay to NOT use them I would.
