Best service ever! Owner, Mike is very hands on, all the guys are so professional! Highly recommend, great job and our property is not small, 3/4 acre +. A satisfied customer! Thank you!

Very good at giving quote and promising the final result of fencing. Unfortunately they started fencing off season so many issues re snow drifts and ice build up. Contract said payment on completion of job. I paid before job completed to my satisfaction with promises they would return as soon as snow melted and ground clear. Many emails over the next four months. Finally today they declared job completed. Job not completed to my satisfaction but company claims that it is landscaping problem. No mention when quoting on job that some areas could be difficult to fence. Unfortunately the owners do not come to oversee the project. They do not answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner unless threatened financially. Overall job they did in March met my needs at that time as my dog was contained due to snowfall and ice. Final finishing of job took over four months and I was not pleased with management’s response to my concerns. Lovely to deal with in March. Not so nice in July. Will always in future withhold final payment until job completed to my satisfaction and suggest anyone doing business with this company to do likewise.

“The Fence and Deck Man” who built the privacy fencing for phase four of ****** ***** *********** *********** in 2019. While they were here over the past summer working in another phase I tracked down Jeff their foreman and took him around to our phase pointing out the poor quality work (gaps between 2x4’s and posts, wobbly posts, crooked door built for an owner, lattice coming apart) I was assured that this would all be addressed immediately after the company was finished working on the present phase. Well, that time came and went and the company never fulfilled their promise. I called the owner, Mike complaining about them not coming back to our phase to make the necessary repairs. I particularly pointed out about the issues of wobbly posts asking if they had even poured any concrete? He assured me that they had. We then arranged a day for the company to return for the repairs, but again they never showed up. In the meantime, I took a shovel to one of the wobbly posts and dug down 14” without hitting any concrete! I called Mike back telling him of my findings but he was adamant that they had poured concrete. * ****** **** ** ** **** * *** ****** *** * ******* ******* *** **** ** ****** **** ******** ***** **** **** ***** ** ** ***** ** **** *** ******** He again said that he would return to the complex to look at our issues. A few days later while speaking to Asad (who had also been corresponding with Mike the company owner) he informed me that Mike stated to him that he would not be returning to make the necessary repairs.
