    I purchased a sauna as a Christmas gift for a family member on November 10, 2024. I was told that the unit was hopefully to be delivered the week of December 15, 2024. I was in contact with them the week of December 15, 2024. I was told that there was a problem with the delivery of the unit. No Christmas gift. They then told me that they would GIVE me a foot massager for free for the delay in delivery. Asked if it would be delivered by Christmas the answer was it should be. No gift. I called again on January 3, 2024, and was told by the women on the phone that I was next for delivery of the sauna and that i would be contacted on Monday January 6, 2024 for delivery that day. Well again I still have no sauna or now a foot massage unit. I was told in and email today by Ashley P. in an email. Unfortunately, the saunas are delayed being offloaded from the ship. We will reach out to arrange delivery as soon as the saunas arrive at our warehouse. You will receive tracking for the foot massager tomorrow. I am asking When they will stop ***** to me and give me an HONEST delivery date. Why string someone along. JUST be honest and tell the truth. Not impressed with the way that they handle customers after they have your money. Still waiting for AN HONEST DELIVERY DATE, no more false dates. Just be a reputable company and be honest with your customers. Not a different answer from each person on a call.

    I made a purchase from relaxacare. A simple 1 person sauna all the way back January 15th/2024. There standard shipping times are listed as 7-20 days, which is understandable considering they do not carry the sauna in stock and preorder it from another vendor. I am frustrated and confused because they have charged my credit card for the full amount of roughly $2,200 dollars and I have made attempts of talking with them via chat link on there ******* store and I was disabled on there chat due to the length of waiting time, is my guess. I then call the actual store in March and the rep only says that we are waiting on your order and are expecting it very soon. ?????. I really am a person that is like any-other person and am not made of money to simply just purchase something have my card charged and to not receive it. It is now June 3rd/2024 which will be 140 days without receiving anything and simply just being charged. I am really saddened by this unfortunately of how a business could do this to any customer is beyond me.     I recently placed an order for a sauna with this company. When I first called to ask about shipping I received a text message from Jason within seconds that someone would call me. Which they did and I ended up placing the order. The shipping stated between 7-20 days with updates. 2 weeks later I visited my doctor about a skin disorder and was told a sauna would make it worse. I called customer service and spoke with a lady who said the order hadn’t been shipped so they would be able to cancel it and I should see an email in a few days confirming the cancellation and the refund to my credit card within 10 business days. It’s been over a week and there has been no confirmation. I have texted Jason 2 times with no response, I have sent 2 emails to their info email with no response. I have now spoken with 2 ladies who both said the same thing it was cancelled and I would get an email confirmation of the cancellation. Now my calls in customer service are no longer being answered. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. They have no problem jumping to respond if your buying something but if you have to cancel it’s a completely different story!

    They’re fine print is there then they send you a marketing email offering you 10% like most companies do and after you buy it they say it’s invalid.theh don’t contact you for a week Plus then you finally agree to pay even though the marketing email is **********. They tell you it’s shipping that week after 14 days & you’ll get tracking info. It never comes. Then you ask again they say within a few days. 2 days later you get a shipping email with no tracking # You call them AGAIN & it’s still not picked up it’s been 22 days even though your email said it was I don’t care then you start getting ready before. No then you hurry up and you leave that’s not right. *** **** ** ** ******* *** ***

Jason who is apparently the "Owner" guaranteed he could get what we wanted delivered and installed in 2 weeks, great! We paid via credit card and an order was placed. A week later we get an email saying they couldn't provide the specific equipment we wanted but that they would offer "an upgrade" for free. I asked for the specifics of this equipment and in no way did it have the specifics we were looking for nor was it an upgrade, in fact it was cheaper then what we paid. The receptionist Alyssa had no idea on any specifics and just kept saying it was an upgrade and had everything we wanted. NOT TRUE. We denied that equipment so they offered another but said we would have to pay an additional $1400. I then look into that equipment and lies again. It did not have what we were looking at NOR was it $1400 more. Jason nor Alyssa have NO CLUE what they are doing or what they are selling. They don't answer calls ESPECIALLY Jason. When we denied every alternative they offered they refused to refund our money as they were not providing us with the equipment we originally wanted. ** ******* would call 30x a day until he finally answered **** *** ** *** *** **** **** ** *** * ****** *** ****** ******** *** *********** ** ******* *** ** *********  He had $8700 of our money and was refusing to refund it of course ** ******* called 30x a day, wouldn't anyone? ******* ** ****** *** ****** *** * ********* ******* called him and had him refund the money. He held back 10% which we will be fighting as we only cancelled because HE COULDN'T provide what we originally ordered so we should not have to pay 10% for having to chase him over a month for our money. **** **** **** **** *** *** ********

    I have just completed a sale & installation of a ************ Infrared Sauna & couldn't be more pleased at this point. I had White Glove delivery & the two young men were knowledgeable & took time to explain operation of the sauna for me. They were prompt, tidy & extremely polite. Of the few phone calls I have had with the company, all have been dealt with in a very professional manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    **** ** *** **** ******** ***** ** ***** Price is affordable but customer service is horrible. ** **** *** ********** ** *** ***** **** ** ***** ** *** * ******* ******* *** ********* **** ** ** ********* The massage chair we were looking to buy, we were expecting a foot roller. Somehow the website and the receptionist (Allisa) told me that it has the up down and side to side foot roller massage. But it actually doesnt’t have, so with the misinformation leads us don’t want to buy it. Also the owner doesn’t even know his own product. When we mention that what we were looking for ********* foot roller massage, he says non of the ********* products have foot roller massage function. But is not true, ********* ** ***** does have the foot roller massage. At the end the owner force us to pay 15% restocking fees, which is around $525. After he says that, he just hung up the phone. What kind of manner is this, I can’t believe it. That’s so crazy, it wasn’t our fault, I even called to confirmed the foot roller and the front desk lady (Allisa) have confirmed with the owner. And at the end the store wants to charge us for their own mistake.     TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE On 8\24/22 was shopping for massage chair. High pressure salesman know as Jason F. or Jason P. called wondering why I didn’t not complete transaction on line. He was very convincing. I told him i was buying a ********* chair **** from local company in Cali. He said he will beat there price and did. He also talked me into buying a different chair a ****** ***** *****. I told him what I excepted from chair and he promised its the best chair. I received chair it was not what he said it would be. Cheap built. I’ve tryed serveral chairs out in past 5 months. The worst chair I’ve ever sat in. I called him immediately told him i want to return it. He said give it a few more day i did. Called again told him i want a full refund. He basically said good luck send it back to CANADA. He made it so difficult. He wanted me to pay for shipping and restocking fees over1K. I called and got my money back from CREDIT CARD. Jason found out and started to threatening me . He said I stole the chair is call police. He doesn’t want to talk to me. His lawyers will call me. He will see me in court. He also said this is not his FIRST RODEO. I BELIEVE THAT. I plead with him please i just want to return chair. He doesn’t want chair back. He wants to go to WAR with me instead. ****** ******* **** ** *** ********* ******* ***** ********** * * **** * ***** ****. I just wish they will come get this piece of junk out for my garage.

    ****************** their customer service is nothing short of embarrassing. 7-20 days for the preorder almost 3 months ago.h I had read all these reviews before. Have had my money for over 21/2 months ago and this is the response I received from the owner of the company. I have filed a claim with **. The message I received

    We are by no means ******, feel free to visit our physical store or if you feel the need to contact any of our manufacturers you can do so.We will gladly take this to court and civilly fight this, you have put undo pressure on my company and tried ******** us out of a contract. I urge you to read our terms and conditions. A chargeback hurts us and that damage will be included in our lawsuit. We have attempted to reach out to you multiple times today and yesterday regarding this and you have refused to respond to us. Should we call your work instead?
    Ultimately a pre order means PRE order, that means when stock comes in it gets shipped. Below are some pictures of people who have received our saunas. How dare you call my company ******. You've entered into a contract and any damages against us will be held against you. If you feel you've been "wronged" a simple visit to our store or call could solve this issue. Again if a chargeback happens against our company we will take full legal action against you for breaking the contract that you entered into when you placed an order with us. When placing an order with us you agreed to our terms and conditions. ********* us or ******** us out of contract will only make your life more difficult. These tactics do not working us. Your sauna will be delivered as expected and at no point have we refused this delivery with you. The entire step of the way we have communicated to you and also let you know of these delays.
    This is now taking up my resources, my business directors resources and wasted time. If you think we are ****** please go ahead and call their head office.

    Your order clearly indicates a pre order for a sauna. You have agreed to our terms that as a pre order that means when they come in we ship. This is noted on our main page, on your bill and on our product description page. You are upset with us as it's past the 20 day mark however due to a "Pre order" this indicates it's pre ordered a head of time. When the units come in we will gladly get this shipped to you like we indicated. We suggested you visiting our physical store as you assumed we were a **** and a **** company wouldn't have a brick and mortar location. I can't stress this enough to look over your bill and you will clearly see written everywhere this was a pre order ************ sauna and the lowest price in Canada and free shipping came with the understanding that it's a pre order and you are willing to wait due to this pre order.

    Threatening us with a chargeback is ******* as you would try to ***** our company. Chargebacks are there to help customers who have been ******* by companies and that trust is there with their ***** companies to insure they have protection, likewise when making a purchase with us. We've communicated in writing to you about delays and communicated on the phone regarding that this is a pre order.
