We have used them three times. The second time was the fridge water not working we thought it might be the controller, we didn't think to turn off the ice maker. She came, cleaned the back of the fridge thoroughly tested a bunch of things and discovered it was the solenoid. She didn't have the part but came back and installed it a few days later for no charge. Unfortunately because our ice maker had been running without water it was now not working. She told us that occasionally they just come back and it can take weeks... if it doesn't then she would replace it for the cost of the new ice maker (no extra labour). Wouldn't you know one night 3-4 weeks later we awoke to a noise! It was our ice maker, and it has been working for a few years since. The last time was our washing machine. I described the noise and the behaviour and she said she really has to come see it. I sent her a video of the sound and how it shut down anyway. She texted back a diagnosis and told us that the repair was more than we'd likely pay for a new machine. She recommended a place that actually had a washer that would stack with out dryer and for a good price and in stock and during covid. On top of it all she would not take anything for doing this diagnosis. We would have been happy to pay her for her expertise but she refused. We find them very trustworthy and really on our side.
