1 starI ordered the "chunky knit blanket" for my wife for Christmas this past year. No issues with delivery time etc. Big issue was that it came with several rips in the fabric and was very damaged. I reached out to Gravid support over email, providing images as proof of damage. I received a response from support after a day, but when I asked for a full refund they stopped responding to me. After 2 weeks of attempting to connect with them I reached out on their live chat which seemed to get more of their attention. Initially live chat appeared like they wanted to help rectify this by escalating my request internally and promising to provide a solution asap. I did receive constant communication from then on, BUT, their solution was offering me a $30 refund and to keep the blanket. The blanket cost more than 10x that amount and I found this very offensive, considering I asked for a full refund. I shared my thoughts towards this and eventually they agreed to provide the full refund if I shipped the product back to them at my cost. Now, this blanket weighs 15+ lbs and the cost of shipping was almost double for what I paid for the blanket.. All in all I never returned this, never heard back from Gravid when I expressed my displeasure on paying for the atrocious amount of shipping for a damage product they sent me. I will NEVER promote Gravid nor purchase another item from them. Truthfully, the way they handled their business and the lack of customer care felt like a HUGE **** to me.. not happy.Review fromLily W

5 starsI had been searching for something to help with my panic and anxiety, and this weighted blanket turned out to be the perfect solution. The moment I put it on, I felt a sense of relief and calm. The weight isn’t restrictive at all—it feels like a gentle hug that helps me relax and drift off to sleep. 1 starWe ordered 2 weighted blanket bundles on November 19, 2023, plenty of time to be shipped for Christmas as they were both Christmas gifts. It is now December 13, 2023 and nothing has been shipped. We have reached out multiple times a week and each time they customer service rep says it is shipping the following week, still nothing. We have asked them to call us, they will not. We have asked for a full refund as we are concerned we are not going to receive anything, ********** ***** ******* *** *** ******** and they refuse. They say it is a busy time of year and blankets are back ordered, but when we placed the order it said in stock. They have been completely misleading and not truthful every time we have reached out. Their website is also false as it says it ships next day, which it obviously hasn't. They have been a nightmare to deal with and have **** about the status of our order every time we have messaged them. The fact that they don't even have a customer service phone number to call is concerning. * **** ** *** **** ***** ******* ****** ********* Is there anything anyone can do to help? 1 starI ordered the product in good faith as I always do on April 24/03 . The website says it would be expedited ship in 1 to 2 business days. After a week I contacted them to find out where my order was. They as in other complaints said due to inventory , they were waiting to get inventory and as soon as they did, my order would be shipped. I waited another week and said I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. This si when they said my order was being prepared in the warehouse and that it was too late to cancel the order once it was prepared for shipping. So again I wait. Then I reached out again and said I was going to take legal action on this whole ordeal. Just a few hours later I get this call from them from some guy listing off a tracking number. I then checked the tracking number and found the number he gave me was bogus ***** ** ** ** ***** *****. I reached out one last final time and said no further communication would take place on the matter and they would be contacted from another party representing me. I, again then received an email with a tracking number that was a ******* one. This is not the end to my nightmare. So I go click on track shipment and it shows no activity at all on the shipment. ** * **** **** **** **** They created a tracking number on the shipment but this did not mean ****** received the package. 1 starWARNING: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I am writing this review as a warning to potential customers. As a quick summary: be careful with this. ** **** *** ******* **** *** **** ** ** ** ****** ** *** *** *** **** ** *** ****** **** ******* **** ** *** ******** ******* *** *** – they do not stand behind their products and they do not care about you. Here is my story: Daughter got a gift of Night Owl set, containing weighted blanket, 2 covers, and the sleep mask. We noticed a problem with the mask – some of the stitching was flawed, making it so the pouch would not zip closed. It took some time for her to report this and for me to action it, but we did report the issue under 1 year from the original purchase. I reported the issue to Gravid, including photos. I expected immediate replacement - this was obviously a flaw in manufacturing. Gravid decided not to replace the article, instead offering $10 off, then a code for $15 off when I refused their first offer. I decided to purchase another unit for my daughter. I added a mask to my cart, then on the purchase screen, completed the purchase wiith 1 click accidentally, before entering the code! I then bought another mask, this time taking my time to ensure that I put the code in. I wrote to customer service asking to cancel the first order, a request that they acknowledged promptly, offering to apply my discount code to my purchase. I replied stating that I had already bought another mask so please just cancel the order. This was not acknowledged. Then, two days later, both masks shipped. I initiated a return on the mask that I paid full price for. No shipping label is provided so I had to pay. I wrote to customer service to provide my tracking number, and enclosed a picture of my receipt and the email thread where I asked for the transaction to be cancelled – I asked that considering this they reimburse shipping as well. By this point it should not be surprising that they refused to reimburse the shipping.Review fromScott C.
