    Account was put on hold, They charged me 93.90 on 18th, have been trying to get ahold of them the same day. no way of contacting the company !

    I have terminated my account with revive superfoods effective late early fall 2021. Since then, I have fully unsubscribed from all communications. Around Black Friday/cyber Monday of last year (2022) I began receiving promotional emails again from them after having taken NO action on my part. I opened the email and again unsubscribed to all. After a few months I received another email. Again I unsubscribed from all communications. As of 5/16/23 I have received not one but two emails so far this week that I will again unsubscribe from. This has not happened to me with any other company, and I have signed up for various online subscription/ecomm services in the past and canceled them without this issue occurring. Not to mention I work in IT for retail and am familiar with these processes.     I have attempted to cancel this subscription multiple times and they refuse to refund me for items that i. Ever receive then proceed to offer credit that the. Expires I want to cancel this membership and receive my monies or products without any additional charges

    Please do not provide my address to the company as they do not have my current address and I fear if they get it they will try to bill me and send me something without my authorization and I’ll be stuck paying for it. **** ******* ** ** *********. I ordered a trial box from them in 2021. I cancelled the subscription on 1/14/21. They have been sending me promo emails since then. They recently sent one that says “reply ‘yes’ for 60% off your next box.” Before you start blaming me, there are not any disclosures on this email, no fine print. Nothing. That is literally all the email says. So next thing I know, I see a charge of $38.74 on my bank statement. I immediately contacted the company and they only have email, no phone to call, then the people responding to the emails do not understand English very well at all, and it has been literally 20 emails back and forth and they will confirmed that they will not send me anything and are unable to tell me what this $38.74 is for they billed me for in February 2023. I did not go to their website, did not login, my address has even changed since I cancelled my account in 2021 and the card they billed was expired, my bank didn’t even authorize the charge, they just put it through. ** ** ** ********** After seeing the charge I contacted them immediately asking them Why they billed me, telling them I did not authorize this, and asking them to refund me immediately in full and delete my information. Then they have the nerve to tell me they will give me credit to spend on their website. I said I want a refund to my card and they said they’ll issue me a 70% refund for the order because the items they sell are non perishable. I said how is that even relevant when you confirmed you aren’t sending me anything and I also did not authorize this charge or order anything. They just are refusing to rectify this and don’t care that this is ******** **** **** ** ******* ***** ** ** ******** *** **** ****** ** *** *** ** *** ***** **** ***

    I paused my account and kept getting emaild about offers. I replied to ine and they automatically charged me and sent me smoothies. I emailed and complained but they refused a refund only credit. That was Feb 2023 and that day i paused my account. My account is STILL paused via their website and I was just charged $105 for smoothies i did not order and we dont even enjoy that much. Now im going throuhht their customer service again but luckily i use ****** so im getting my money back.

    Received email from Revive Superfoods saying I could get a discount, replied yes for a discount code. Somehow that allowed them to make an unauthorized charge on my credit card for their product. I NEVER went to their website, request to order anything, or otherwise make any purchases from them. Furthermore, I have no idea how they have my credit card as there is no credit card information listed on their website from me.

    Revive gets people onto their recurring food service with really great up-front discounts, and then makes it impossible to cancel (you cannot cancel from their site). I emailed the individuals they told me to email to cancel my subscription, but alas, two months later I am being charged again $106. I've had to submit a dispute via my credit card company. ***** ** ********* *** **** **** **.

    Revive Superfood is a subscription based food delivery. I had subscribed for a box a few months ago, and received a product. Completely forgot about it, and April 13 they have charged my credit card and processed a box. I was never notified that an upcoming charge was coming, never received a charge process email nothing. The only reason I knew I was charged was from my credit card company. I have reached out to their team but they have refuse to refund me and cancel my delivery even though I have emailed them the same day (within a few hours) of their charge. They told me it was impossible to obtain a refund but they were willing to refund 70% of my order. This is ridiculous that I have never received any notification from them about an upcoming order or that an order was placed. I have then looked at reviews online and I am not the only one having the same issue with them. They should notify their customers of upcoming delivery and processed orders. This is truly unacceptable. thank you

    I placed one order to revive superfoodfs. I did not like their product so I tried to cancel my subscription. website only lets you pause. I did that. months later suddenly I am getting another shipment fromm them that i never ordered. they just sent without authorization. I cannot contact anyone. Their chat function doesnt work and no one answers emails. I want to cancel this subscrtiption but i have no way of doing it. Also i want to be reimbursed for the order i never authorized. It is beyond outraqgeous that you have no way of cancelling or contacting a human being to resolve an issue.

    I order a 24 product box for 126.46 order number *******. It was supposed to arrive Thursday April 6th 2023 but did not. The shipping company said that they do not have a waybill matching the tracking number so I reached out to the company and they have not gotten back to me with any answers. The product was never delivered to me and now my money is in the limbo because they have taken my money. I want either my full refund or for them to send my product. I have cancelled the account since then. But I still did not get my money or the food or a refund. On their website, it says order completed by haven’t gotten anything.
