      I had subscribed years ago and got my one box, while I thought they were ok I did find it very bulky. I didn’t have room in my freezer and had skipped the deliveries faithfully for ages. Then one day I went to log in and it said my account didn’t exist. So I had assumed they deactivated my account since it had been well over a year of skipping. Imagine my surprise when my card got charged and a box that I had no room for showed up. I reached out to their customer service because I didn’t know how I could get charged and a shipment when my account showed it didn’t exist. They were only willing to cancel my account but had no explanation of how it happened and wouldn’t refund despite the fact I had no way to skip. Now it’s been another year and despite unsubscribing from their mailing list I get promotional emails from them multiple times a month. They won’t take me off their mailing list.

      HORRIBLE experience! ** *** ***** **** **** ******** They are not clear up front that you are on an automatic order. The shipping process was a nightmare and I did not receive the smoothies. They charged my **** 3 times when I only approved the first order. You get the complete RUN AROUND when youn contact their customer service. They also erase all negative comments on ******** so others cannot see what they are doing!! **** ******** *** ***** *** **** ******** ******

      ***** *** ** *** ******** ******** ********* **** *********** ** ******* They make it nearly impossible to cancel, had a late delivery, ****** ** ***** **** ******* ********* All around an awful experience. I know I skipped several weeks yet one was sent. ********** ** *** ******** **** ***** To date haven’t even been able to try a smoothie, yet I have been billed three times.

      ******** ******** ******** Box came delayed, dry ice did not last. All products were unfrozen and warm. I sent pictures of 1 of the smoothies, the deflated dry ice bag. I requested a refund to my credit card - as I deactivated my account as I no longer wanted this. The price is too much for an unfilled cup of fruit. I can buy a frozen bag of assorted fruit or individual fruit for the smoothie, and add additional items I already have at home (protein powder, coconut, etc.) for $10.00 - each smoothie is just about that amount. They will not fund my credit card, they want to send me a replacement box. I DO NOT want a replacement, I want my money back **** **** *****

      **** ******** ** ********** ******** As per any subscription service you have the ability to skip weeks of delivery. On several occasions now I have woken up to emails that my order has shipped when I have skipped weeks. I go into my account and somehow the next few weeks have been skipped except for this one week. Explain how I would skip several weeks and miss one before it?? ********* *** ********** ******* ******** ********* ***** ** ***** Then to cancel your subscription you go through several prompts and then it provides you a phone number to call even you though can speak to costumer service via email. Ridiculous!

      I got a email saying to reply back for 50% off a box. (I was a customer 2 years prior) By them sending you an email automatically allows them to reopen your account and charge your card. I did call and they said they would escalate my concern and to “carry my phone around with me all day” They did not call. My card is still charged And I have an expensive box coming to my house AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS IN IT. The products are decent but you can get the same thing from other company’s that care about customer service. ** *********

      They did not say when I placed my original order I would be charged weekly. extremely difficult and almost sneaky process to cancel. NOT good business practice. I placed a order and within a hour called to cancel after I realized how sneaky they were, and they refused my refund. *****

      This company will charge you without informing you. I bought a 7 pack of smoothies to have delivered to my friend *** ** ******* *** ** *** *******l *** ****** ** *** ***** *** *** * ***** I did not see anything about a subscription, because I would not have ordered. I didn't need a subscription. I checked my bank account a week later to see another charge from them, for double the first price. I immediately went on the website to cancel the account, which after hoops, was given a number to call to "complete the deactivation." I called, and spoke with a very sarcastic and snarky man. I explained to him I needed to deactivate my account and receive a refund as it was not made clear this was a subscription service and his response was "Hmm, I must have missed that in the terms and service.....We are unable to refund this order 100%." ** ********** ** ***** ** *** ******** ***** **** ******* ** ************ ** ******* ***** ********* **** **** ** it was not even to ship for 4 days and just processed this morning, but low and behold, it wasn't possible. **** **** ***** ** **** *******.       As a customer of Revive Superfoods, I've encountered significant issues with their subscription service **** * ******* ********* ********* ****** ** ***** *** My attempt to cancel my subscription on December 20, 2023, was met with a confusing and misleading online process, seemingly designed to deter cancellation. Despite navigating this process, I was unexpectedly charged again on February 8, 2024, without any prior notification or consent. Upon contacting their customer service to address the unauthorized charge, I was offered only a partial credit instead of a full refund, which I found unacceptable. Moreover, when I informed the representative that I was recording our call for documentation, they terminated the conversation abruptly. This experience has highlighted for me a pattern of ********* practices by Revive Superfoods, including a complicated cancellation process and the issue of unauthorized charges. These practices have not only caused financial harm but also significant stress and inconvenience. I had hoped for a straightforward resolution but found the process to be anything but. ********* ********* ****** be wary of these practices. I am now seeking a full refund for the unauthorized charge and assurance that my subscription has been fully canceled.

      ****** ********* ** * ***** *hey charge you without letting you know. I got a coupon for cyber Monday for 21 smoothies for $58. I got the smoothie at my home on Friday and on Saturday they billed me $162 for another 21 smoothies. I saw the charges and right away on the same day, I emailed support at Superfood to cancel and they said they can’t. And supposedly They are “holding” the smoothies at their facilities. I have not received my money back nor the product. I Went to the website put everything OFF and a month later they charged me another $162. I have no product, and they have ****** over $300 from me. * ******* ******* ******* *** **** ******* ** ******** ***** **** * *** ** ******* ***** *** **** ********. They don’t taste good *** **** ** ********** * *****
