            Purchased clothing items on Black Friday 2023. Items were shipped Dec 7 2023. 4-8 business days shipping. Contacted company on Dec 27 as items not delivered. Company Reissued package and provided store credit on sold out item instead of refund. Is now Jan 11 2024, 2nd package not delivered. Company refuses to provide refund and thanks me for my patience. ****** *** **** **** ***** ******** ********

            Have had my subscription for over 2 years. The quality of the underwear is horrible now and it is impossible to cancel your subscription. I can't access my subscription on their website, all it shows is my address on file and the past ones sent out. There is no way to delete or edit you subscription or card information.
