            Argo Ontario does not honour their warranty or their word on what will be covered by warranty. Shaun, the manager at Argo Ontario, told me that if the repairs required were to due a mechanical malfunction, the warranty would cover it. The dealership confirmed that the repairs needed are due to a mechanical malfunction i.e the vehicle would not start or idle. Shaun then told the dealership that he will not honour the warranty and what he told me about coverage and would not cover all costs of the repairs.

            Argo Ontario drive and gear. Are the worst company I have ever felt with. I have a 2021 Argo explorer quad with 1140 kms on it and the engine is gone. Quad has been sitting in a shop the last 3.5 weeks and they cannot tell me when the bike will be fixed. They are saying another 4 weeks. My payment on this vehicle is through a 3rd party and my payments are 450 a month. Argo refuses to even service their faulty motor that had a manufacturing defect they are making me pay for the first service all over again. 550 dollars. Worst quad manufacturer on the go. Worst customer service I've ever felt with. No one will speak to me they hang up screen my calls etc. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *******
