            I purchased a new taillight from them on March 28th for my 2022 ******* **** *. When the package arrived April 8th, the item was damaged **** ******** Initially, I created a return through their website which sent as confirmation email to me that someone would be contacting me. I still have not received a correspondence for that. The item was instead return to sender, per their policy for damaged items, on Saturday, April 9th. The item was delivered to them on May 10th. As of the creation of this complaint, I still do not have my refund. I have contacted them on through their website twice with no response and no confirmation. I have sent one email to them, which they state as a valid way of communicating, and have received no response. All I want is to receive my refund, since I no longer have the product I purchased, so I can attempt to replace the taillight on my car. Tracking #: *************

            *** ******* ** **** **** ** ***** ***** **** ****. Never sent me any confirmation emails or updates on my order. They claim they did send emails but believe me I never got a single one ***** * ******** * ********* **** *** ***.Advertises parts that they don't have and can't get. The ad is still running for the part I originally ordered even though they can't provide it.I wouldn't dare order anything from them again as you are never notified of the status of your order.**** ***** ****** **** **** ******* *** **** ***** .You can't run a business like that .You must always communicate with your customers.This business leaves a lot of people dangling out in the cold when it comes to supplying the parts they claim to have.They seem professional enough so I just don't get why they act the way they do.******* ** *** *** *** ****** *** ***** *** ***** **** ***** **** ******** **** **** ********
