      I bought two ****** dinner sets from the Hudson’s Bay store at Bayshore Shopping Centre. After washing them, I first noticed black stains on the inner surfaces of the plates, and they wouldn’t come off. Later, I realized that the stains were coming from the black print on the back of the plates where the brand name is written. I specifically chose to purchase from Hudson’s Bay because I trusted that a reputable company would provide good customer service. However, when I contacted them, I was told that the store is closing and that the legal return period has expired. **** ***** ***** * ******* ****** ******* *** I believe it should be addressed immediately.

      Sharing my experience I purchase something online at Hudsons bay and made my return at Metrotown store (February 12, 2025) same day I return another item with different transaction, that return I get a refund 2days after. But this particular return which I made an QR code and drop off at Hudsons Bay Metrotown I did not get refunded until today, made 4 times call and asked what is going on nobody seems to care and reach out to me what is really going on instead the customer service online told to to go visit the store where I didn’t return and I went to the store and the staff at Hudsons bay don’t know anything and advice me to call them back, really? Now I am in the loop of do I get my money back or still reaching out without being heard? This is very frustrating back and forth. * ******* * ****** ***** *** I am still trying to reach them.

      Bought curtains that plainly state 2 panels on the product page. *********************************************************************************---96-inch-********.html Only received 1 panel so started to deal with costumer service. Costumer service is all AI and you cannot reach a person. They told me to jump through ridiculous hoops then said I must return the curtain at my cost! Long story short, after much back and forth got them to give me a small credit and since I liked the curtains ordered another just to see. Guess what? Only recieved 1 panel again! Tried to leave a review on their website ** **** ****** ** **** ***** *********** but you can no longer do this on their site. I do not have the patience to once again deal with AI to make my complaint so thought this is the next best thing. I will only deal with them in person now....This AI is pure garbage and *** ********* that the Bay has gone this way. ********.

      I ordered something from The Bay online, to be delivered to my apartment, the courier left my package in the lobby and I never received it. I’m * ****** *** at home all day, no one came to my door and the package was left in the lobby, with no phone call to let me know it was there. The Bay tells me if the courier is not able to get in touch with you, they leave it in the lobby, and I should check with neighbours to see if they have it. Should I go and knock on everyone’s door to see if they have my package? Bottom line is, they won’t reimburse me my money, so I lost my money. They also told me I can file a police report for the missing item…I will never order anything online from the bay again.. ** *** **** in an apartment *** ** ***** **** **** delivery may not come to your door ***** ** The order was $50

      Bought a ************** mattress and box spring at the end of July 2024 from the ******** ******* Branch of Hudson's Bay Company ("the Bay"). I did not receive delivery until January 3, 2025. They put off delivery twice in October, pushing me over to November, then January. I would call the call center about delivery and they would have no information. I was getting very frustrated as I had spent a lot of money on this purchase. Finally I persisted on January 2nd with the call centre and had them call the delivery company (**** *****) to find out where the mattress was. This time they said it was "on the truck" and gave me a three hour window for the next day but said the trucking company had left me an earlier message that day (there was no such message as I was home all day). Fifteen minutes before the truck arrived, I finally got a recorded message. When the truck arrived, it was unmarked, an older white truck with only a handwritten painted name in small letters on the side. Why did it take five months and them continually putting me off to a later date. Apparently the mattress was made in Canada (in Edmonton). I wrote the mattess company and said there were no delays in their end and it must the delivery that was the problem. I will not buy anything that requires delivery from the Bay ever again.

      Bought gifts for Christmas during their order and get before Christmas promo that assured delivery even with ****** **** disruptions. I didn't receive anything before Christmas and i have emails where they admit to not following through with their companies promise of delivery on or before the 24 of December. They refuse to do anything but acknowledge they **** about delivery.

      A real disappointing experience from an online sale. The item was misrepresented I had to send them pictures 4 times to show them the problem. When they finally realized I was right. Then said it was a final sale. But the website never stated this. I showed them a screenshot. But they don’t believe me. Strange thing is the item is still on the website and it still doesn’t state final sale. Anyways. This issue has been going on since Nov. 26. And I’m fed up sending them emails every second and I always get the same response. Please send pictures. Which means I’m starting the process all over again. Because they haven’t reviewed any of my previous emails. At this point I’m just donating it. But I want them to get off on this extremely dysfunctional process. They never review any of my original emails. And they never look at there website. To see that they are still misleading people.

      I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. *** delivered my package to the wrong address, and despite having proof the the picture is nowhere in my building , they have told me *** said it was "successfully delivered" and refuses to assist further. Even the email response says 'we truly understand and empathize with you'—this feels like a joke.

      We bought an Italian made sofa *** bed which was delivered on November 12. Sofa arms were defective and the delivery people damaged our wooden floor. We complaint the same day but did not get any response from bay in-spite of many reminders. Extremely Disappointed
