      ******** *******. Bought a couch. Apparently it was in stock in vancouver and just needed to be shipped. One week delivery. Then add two more weeks..... then two more weeks..... and now one more week... not reliable. Zero customer service. Imagine if i have issues with it. ******* ********  Never ever again!

      I ordered a 4-piece flannel sheet set. It arrived in the US a few weeks later. The day I received the items, I discovered an error in the order on my part. - I contacted Hudson's and they approved the return. Return shipping details were sent to me by email. - I returned the items the very same day by *** delivery. I have proof of receipt by Hudson's at the address they specified. - Again, the shipping took weeks from the US to Canada. The items arrived 5 weeks from having been shipped to me initially. - Now, Hudson's is declining to refund the purchase price, *and* they've kept the items I returned to them. - I have lodged a complaint with my credit card company to return payment.

      ***** ** the Bay *** no longer allowing customers to write online reviews. I have been battling for over two weeks to leave a review on substandard sheets - this feature is no longer an option with the Bay. I've submitted the review through the complaint process and still they won't post. This is the most recent response as to why they are not posting my review. Substandard product, inflated prices and now the customer is unable to leave reviews - We would like to inform you that we are still coordinating with our Backoffice Team for assistance on how you can leave a review on the item 650 Thread Count Sheet Set With Bonus Pillowcases in order XXX.       I have ordered online and bought and payed for new products. I was sent used, dirty, grimy products without manufacturers packaging. Customer service was completely uninterested in providing me with a new item, just offered $10 gift card ** **** *** **** ** *** ** **** ** ** *****. Should we even mention that another part of this order is still not shipped after 10 bussines days, and all customer service has to say is that shipping label is created and claims that they means it is shipped. Despite the parcel sitting witb the Bay for weeks.

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a purchase I made at The Bay almost a year ago. I bought a couch, and during the sale, the salesperson informed me that there were issues with the product and assured me that I would receive a replacement cover. I have a screenshot of his text message confirming this promise. After waiting three months without receiving the cover, I followed up with The Bay, but I was met with continuous refusals. Despite reaching out to the store multiple times, the manufacturer, and even my warranty provider, I have not been able to get the promised replacement. I have visited the store three times, and although a manager reached out to me, they claimed that the couch was a final sale and refused to honor the promise made by the salesperson, stating that the employee is no longer with The Bay. This has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the customer service I have received. I kindly request that The Bay reconsider its stance and provide the replacement cover that was promised to me at the time of purchase. I believe it is only fair for The Bay to uphold the commitments made by its employees, regardless of their current employment status. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly without further escalation.

      I ordered a sweater for instore pickup. After 2 days of not receiving an e-mail to pick it up, I rang customer service. 40 min later I am told that the item might not be in the store, but is coming from a warehouse and will be delivered to the store. I was told that it will arrive. 2 days later, the order is cancelled. I order the item online and get underwear to avoid paying the shipping fee. I ring customer service again ( only a 5 min wait, but the connection was poor ) to ask why the instore pick up was cancelled and was told, the system automatically cancelled it and there is no reason why that happens! I'm told for my new order that it is in stock and will arrive. Let's see if it arrives this time. So sad that such an iconic store has such poor logistics in this day and age.

      *** *** ** * ******** ******** Employees are *** *** *** ******* *** *** completely unhelpful - don’t know anything but don’t want to know anything. Products are delivered defective. Escalators are defunct. Prices are ridiculous. I have shopped there for decades but the last five years, including one last issue today, have ensured I never go back.

      ** * ***** ***** ** ********** ****** ********* **** ****** ***** ** ***** ****** Let me start by attempting more than three times to register at the site to not pay for shipping. Which was impossible. Therefore I decided to pay for the $12 for the shipping. After completing the payment for two twin duvet covers, I received a confirmation of the order. The next day, I received a notification of the shipment of the items, and just an hour later, they issued another notification informing me that they had cancelled one item since it had already been sold. Here are my questions. How a company like HB has such poor inventory management? How can a company collect the payment, issue a shipping confirmation for both items and hours later inform me that they removed one of the items since it was sold out? How can a company like HB not be able to correct its own mistakes by offering a refund of MY MONEY but only offer a 15% off gift card for the inconvenience caused? Is the HB ** ****** **** ** does not refund the client's money, offers a 15% gift card, charges for shipping, and has an absolutely awful website? However, I can say that "once upon a time, there was a glamorous department store which cared about providing flawless service." Never again, Hudson Bay.

      I purchased a product on line. They charged me but never shipped the item. I have sent 12 emails. Each time they respond with a different person, explaining how their team is doing an investigation. When I look at the tracking, it clearly states it is in the store and fed ex never picked it up. It has been sitting there for two weeks. All i want is my cc credited for a product that they never shipped.

      I used to do most of my shopping at Hudson Bay stores, from clothing, cosmetics, shoes to household goods. But unfortunately after they changed their president it’s not easy to shop there anymore. Unlike in the past when almost everything was refundable, now all sale items are not refundable. This makes online shopping impossible, how you can be sure about clothing, shoes fleeting without trying on. ** ****** *** ****** ****** *** ********** *** **** ****** ** ***, because customer is not able to try, touch the clothes, shoes especially. ** * ****** *** ******* ** ******* ********** Very unfortunate. Before Hudson Bay would carry interesting brands, now all are gone and replaced by low quality brands. I wish their management will read ***** reviews and make conclusions.
