Don't trust integrity web site about no lemon guarantee They say they will replace your furnance at no cost if the heat exchanger breaks before ************************************************* by integrity 9 yrs ago heat exchanger did break. I called them about it . They said that since my furnance was made by America standard it wasn;t covered. They now have lennox products so I guess their responsibilty ends once they switch companies. Good luck maybe next week it will be carrier that they cover and not ********* will cost me five thousand dollars to replace my furnance because I got a lemon from integrity who don;t stand behind the products they sellIntegrity Heating & Cooling, Inc. ************************** furnace was installed by Integrity Heating & Cooling, 9 years ago, in August 2014. At ************************** furnace inspection this season it was found that the heat exchanger was cracked. ************** and general manager contacted ****************** the manufacturer of ************************** furnace. They informed us that it would be 6-9 weeks until a new heat exchanger would be available for us to replace the one in ************************** furnace. Integrity Heating and Cooling relayed this information to ********************** as well as the labor cost it would be for us to replace it, as well as an estimate for a new furnace; in the event ********************** did not want to wait that long for the heat exchanger to arrive. ********************** declined both estimates, he went on our website and saw the "No Lemon Guarantee" and proceeded to call the office and complain stating that we should replace the entire furnace free of charge. My office director and general manager both explained to ********************** that the guarantee he is referring to is only for Lennox equipment, as we have partnered with ****** since his installation 9 years ago. ********************** said, "I guess their responsibility ends once they switch companies." This is just not true; we not only are willing to replace the heat exchanger under ************************** warranty and he would only have to pay the labor cost but we also gave ********************** several additional discounts on both the labor for the install of the heat exchanger and on a new furnace install. We have gone above and beyond for this customer, and it seems there is just no satisfying this customer.Review from Tom S

Weve done business with Integrity Heating & Cooling for at least five years. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home in 2021. The air conditioner started giving us problems after the first year. Integrity has repaired it as needed but at a cost, which was surprising for a new AC unit. The furnace has been fine but the humidifier broke and they never replaced it. In the summer of 2023 the air conditioning stopped working and they wouldnt stand by their work. We ended up going to another HVAC service who encouraged ** to go back to Integrity as the air conditioner shouldnt be giving ** so many problems. Ive called Integrity for over 3 days and asked to speak with the Service Manager but it has gone 3 full days without a return call. Weve been without AC for almost a week and it seems like the Service Manager is avoiding my calls. I feel stuck waiting for Integrity to just respond. I just want it fixed and to not dump more money into a new AC.Review from Greg B

Horrible customer service. Our ac went down Sunday and we called Monday and they wouldn't come out unless we agreed to pay 149 bucks just to come nothing else. The tech came Tuesday in the first minutes already said he wouldn't be able to fix the problem and our warranty wouldn't cover it most likely even before looking at the ac. Not long after that he claimed there might be a leak and said we would have to pay for 6 pounds of refrigerant that was 200 bucks each and there nothing he could about it. He called his service manager twice talking to him longer than myself. He boss told him to try and find the leak but he didn't have the supplies necessary to do that. So we let him use a spray bottle and dish soap so he could try and find the leak. After he tried that he claimed he couldn't hear or see a leak so he again called his boss the service manager a couple more times and told him to tell us the service manager would have a conference call with us tomorrow and there was nothing he could do to help us then. He admitted being with the company for only two weeks and proceeded to leave and forget important supplies he needed . The next day his boss the service manager came and said the same thing and we needed to pay **** and he was giving us such a great deal on the refrigerant we should be happy for that. I said they should want to help us more since we had to wait an extra day and he said our ac wouldn't be fixed until Friday at earliest. I requested to speak to his boss but the service manager said that's not possible because he works remotely out of state. I said I want to zoom or chat with him but he said I had to deal with him only. By now its been 4 days my family had been without ac and its been awful and this guys was like this is what I'm offering take it or leave it, We don't care if you leave a bad review or file complaint and left. Luckily We found a someone who not only took amazing care of us charged us so much less and fix our ac yesterday.Review from Greg

The service technicians from Integrity Heating & Cooling are always knowledgeable, courteous and able to answer questions and/or explain issues in terms a non-HVAC professional would understand. ****'s visit today was timely, efficient and pleasant.
