      Our refrigerator torn up and they were supposed to come and fix it been here 2 times and still hasnt been fixed order new part in November and they been sitting in our carport since the middle of November and still hasnt heard anything from them.

      We are still waiting on the parts from Whirlpool. The compressor and some of the lokring couplers were on backorder. We submitted the parts request to them on 10/07/22. We have received status updates from them about these, but the only update is request received. We are sending to someone at Whirlpool to try and get resolved. This has been forwarded to our service manager as soon as he gets an update, he will notify the customer.

      I purchased a Maytag washer from Best Buy and the extended warranty which was assigned for service by S&S appliance. They came on 12/21/22 and supposedly ordered parts. Some parts arrived at my home snd I made several calls to them informing they were here. They instructed me to call when each part was received and I did. The last remaining part was a clutch which the said they had. So service was scheduled 2/8/23. Now they call and say the clutch is on order that it was just approved. They have told me conflicting stories every time I call. I wish I didnt have to use them but it is the warranty company.

      There was a part that was not delivered that we discovered on 02/07, it has been ordered and the customer contacted on the afternoon of 02/07 and moved up to Friday 02/10 to complete the repair.

      We bought a ** washer from *********** we are having problems with it ** dose not have a tech that services our area, we went to ********** they go ** in touch with ***** Appliance, they were told of the brand name of the unit, they said they could help us. We scheduled an appointment for 1/31/23, the tech came and looked at the unit, he stated that he could not help us because they are not able to buys ** parts and do not service them they charged us $130.00 for a service charge, my question is why did they not tell us that on the initial phone call instead of sending someone to look at it if they knew that they didnt work on ** products instead of sending a tech to come and charge us $130.00 to tell us. I feel I should not have to pay them since they were aware of that upfornt

      On September 27 of 2022 made an appointment to have a whirlpool refrigerator fix the tech said it was not defrosting waited to hear back never did so on 12/13/2022 i called whirlpool to see if they would set up for me to return it to lowes an get a new one they would no they call **** at S&S service he said the part was on back order but that whirlpool had the part an would ship it to me an when i received it to call S&S an let them know an they would come fix it because they had another part that went with it so i went on line an made an appoinment for 12/28/2022 called them on12/27/2022 to confirm they sai the did have it schedule an that they would have to over night the part on 12/27/2022 an let them know when i got it and then send the tech out i called on 12/28/2022 i didnt receive the part i have been calling every day they are saying that dont have the part know i feel they are trying to stall my warranty expires on may 2023 since 09/22 i have been making payment on a purchsed i cant not fully use due to the freezer not working i paid ******* for this i would like a refund or a replacement in a few month the warranty will run out what if it happens agian then im stuck with it i will never buy a whirlpool again thank you

      We bought a refrigerator through Lowes that tore up within 12 months of purchase. Lowes uses SandS appliance repair to service appliances. We have had a tech come out now 5 times since August with no repair completed. First tech said he wasnt certified to do repairs but could order parts. Next tech has shown up each time with no parts to repair refrigerator with a different story as to why each time. We have been almost 5 months without a fridge and have had to take off work several times to meet a repair tech for him to just come in and tell us he cant do anything because he doesnt have the compressor. We even confirmed with ******, the dispatcher, before the last visit that he should have the compressor and he still showed up without it stating he thought it was shipped to us. Just want my refrigerator repaired as promised.

      We purchased a Maytag washing machine from our local ********** and it was delivered on 8/6/22. The washer worked perfectly until 10/6 and a Warranty claim was made to ************************ of ******** Whirlpool dispatched S&S appliance from ******** **. When the tech arrived on 10/7; he was very belligerent and accused my wife of not using the washer appropriately. The tech begrudgingly agreed that he had never seen this kind of problem in a washing machine but he thought it was the controller, which he then ordered. After almost a month of waiting and having to call S&S once per week for a status the parts arrived at our house and I attempted to reschedule service. I scheduled for service on Monday 11/1 using the S&S online portal for the **** window. I was called via robo call after closing on 10/31 and informed that the tech would arrive after 12. When I called after opening on 11/1 I was rudely informed that it was not up to the customer to decide what time the appointment was and they would move it as they saw fit. I was forced to reschedule for 11/7. When the tech arrived on 11/7 he was very rude but replaced the part and the washer functioned again. However, after 2 wash cycles the washer ceased to function again the same day. When I called the tech, he was belligerent and accused me of stealing some of his tools and refused to come and check the washer again and would order another part. I contacted S&S service next day and asked for a different tech to come and check the washer and they scheduled the same technician again who called me and informed me that it was a waste of time to check the washer again and he would not come back out without the part. When I called S&s today 11/11 I was told that there was not a eta for the arrival of the parts and they would not send a different technician to evaluate the washer and rudely to not call again and they would reach out to me. I attempted to escalate to whirlpool but they said it is outside their control.

      I contacted the company in May 2022 regarding a warranty for my refrigerator through Whirlpool. They came out to my property in May, said that they needed to order a part but it was on back order. After checking the back order status online, the part was never back ordered. They admitted the part request was never put in in September. Once I brought this to their attention, they had the part delivered to my residence in a week and I scheduled a service date of Oct. 7th 2022. On the day of, after not receiving confirmation of the service, I called and was notified that they cancelled this date without informing us of any reason why. They attempted to put the repair off for almost another month. After 5 months of waiting for a warranty repair, this is completely negligent. This company has lied and been intentionally deceptive regarding this repair. I am seeking reparations, new product, and hopefully they will be reprimanded for the way this has been handled.

      Appliance company was supposed to order a new water valve for our brand new refrigerator because the ice maker went out the first month we bought it. Can not get the company to respond to multiple calls and emails over the last 6 weeks.

      I called ****** because my washer had broke they said they would send someone out and the closest person to me was ********. I received an email later that day they had scheduled an appt for 6/30. They told me I needed my receipt from the purchase. I couldn't find mine so I called the company to see when they would be here so I could go get one from where I purchased. The guy that answered was rude and said we have until 12 to come and hung up the phone. I called them back @ 11:15 and was told they hadn't planned for a person to come out even though we had an email stating they would come.       I have a home warranty with American Home Shield, contract number *********, that provides appliance repair services. On 2022-02-01, I requested services to repair a clothes dryer and a dishwasher. American Home Shield dispatched the service to S & S APPLIANCE PARTS & SERVICE LLC, under dispatch number ********. S&S Appliance created an invoice number for my service request, ******. On 2022-02-14, the service technician, Wes, arrived and diagnosed the problem with both appliances. He said 4 parts needed to be ordered. I was told it may take up to 2 months. I talked with ******** at the S&S Appliance service department on 2022-02-24. She informed me that parts had not been ordered. I contacted S&S Appliance on 2022-03-10. I spoke with ****. She had no new information about my repair ticket. She said she would check the status of my service request and contact me. She contacted me and schedule an onsite service appointment for 2022-04-11. When the technician did not arrive on 2022-04-11, I contacted S&S Appliance and spoke with Sherri. She said the technician does not work in my area on this date. She rescheduled my service appointment for 2022-04-20. The technician arrived on 2022-04-20. He repaired the clothes dryer. The parts he installed on the dishwasher did not fix the appliance. He called his office, while I was in the room with him to order an additional part. He said the part is not available from their warehouse. He said they would order the part. On 2022-06-22, I contacted S&S Appliance and spoke with **** in service and ***** *** in their office. I learned they had closed my service ticket and that the technician had reported that he had completed the repair. The technician filed a false report. He reported that he had completed the repair, when, in fact, he had not. ***** *** would not allow me to talk with a manager. She directed me back to American Home Shield to file a new repair request. S&S Service is very poor.
