      Approximately 12 days ago, contacted AMANA CSR concerning warranty service, they dispatched S&S appliances, technician arrived ,determined part (which local appliance warehouse in ********) was not in his minivan and had to be ordered,but would be delivered to our house in time for his June 16th return visit.On or about June 15th received a text indicating the parts were not available (they still our locally) and return call would be rescheduled, no return date has been received. Need this washer repaired, it's barely a year old

      This company was assigned to service my malfunctioning refrigerator by *********. I waited 8 days (with 2 babies at home) with no refrigerator waiting on the service appointment only to be told when he arrived that it was a part that had to be ordered and it would be another week before he could fix it. 3 weeks into this problem, still no part, still no service, still no cooling fridge. I called 6 days ago and the lady on the phone said she would email the distributor but she was going out of town and wouldn’t be back until today (the part is in stock and should have shipped already). She advised me to call back today, Monday. When I did call at 4:45 today, I was greeted by an electronic voice notifying me that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours of 8-5. I have been getting the runaround from this company for over 2 weeks with no end in sight. Communication is terrible and there seems to be no interest in making sure the customer’s needs are met. I have been over 3 weeks without a refrigerator all because ********* gets by using cheap contractors to do service on their appliances. I have learned my lesson and will not purchase another ********* appliance or ever use S&S appliance for parts, service or repairs. I could have driven across the country for a part, taken it back to my house and YouTubed how to fix it by now— but that voids the warranty and I’ll be on the hook for the next problem.

      Tech come to my house 3 times to fix my fridge/freezer, due to not cooling. They defrosted, claimed the fan motor needed to be replaced, waited about a month just for them to come again replaced the fan, but claimed he supposed to replace the fan and panel at the same time, ordered part! I’ve been waiting on so call parts for about a year and 1/2. They also cause my display panel to flash on and off. They do not respond nor answer calls. Last week, they came to fix my washer due to no draining, now my washer is not coming on. I’ve been patient but this is getting out of hand. So inconvenient.No other business wants to do work since they have already started.

      S and S was sent to do warranty work on a washer by Maytag/Whirlpool on March 18. After numerous delays, they finally arrived on April 6. They claimed that the part was not covered and would need to be paid for that day and it would be shipped. I paid them $*** that day and since then, they have cancelled or not shown on several scheduled appointments. They did arrive and installed the part, which did not work and they said it was a broken part and would get another one. As of this date, they have cancelled on additional dates and have failed to install the part. They will not answer the telephone, email or text. I want a refund of my money since they have not delivered the promised part and service.

      During the third week of February 2022 my washing machine quit working so I contacted Lowe's and they set me up an appointment for March 17 with S and S appliance parts and services .I called S and S appliance a week before my appointment to make sure they had me on their schedule,they said the technician would call me the night before the appointment which he was scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00 on the 17th. The technician never showed. I called the company after 12:00 to find out where he was and the said they didn't dispatch him and the next available appointment would be April 14, which is today. Again I called them three days before my appointment and got the same answer that I would get a call the night before. Again no call. I called them back at 8:00 am this morning and they said they would send a message to dispatch to send him. He never came . Called the company back at 2:00 pm and they said dispatch didn't dispatch him and I needed to set up a new appointment in May cause they are already booked for the rest of the month. I have been without a washer for 2months now .

      On 3/15/22 a technician from S & S Appliance in ******** Al came out to find out what was wrong with my 1 year old dryer under warranty from ******. He told me what was wrong and that it would be approximately two weeks for the part to be shipped to me from S & S and he would come out and install. I have gotten nothing but the runaround from S & S about the part. They finally told me it was on backorder and no ETA. I found out the name of the company they purchase from, called them and it is in stock according to their records. I also contacted ****** to see if another company could come out and they said no since the repair had been started with this one. They are the absolute worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life!!

      Purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from ****'s **********, AL 12/12/21. In January refrigerator quit cooling and freezing. Called warranty company and was advised they would send S&S Appliance to access appliance. Technician came out on January 31st and deemed compressor was faulty. Ordered part and it was delivered to S&S on February 4th. After numerous phone calls that were never answered, we received a robo call on February 14th at 8PM to advise of repair scheduled Wednesday February 16. Technician showed up without part (part was delivered to company and he was told it was delivered to our house) and advised another part was needed and would be ordered and rescheduled repair for March 2. We are tired of calling warranty company with complaints that are not being addressed. Getting in touch with S&S by phone, email or their website is futile. We are almost to the point of calling ****'s and telling them to come and get refrigerator and completely refund our purchase price.

On the 3rd and final visit to "fix" refrigerator we were told part originally ordered was incorrect part and they would have to reorder. "Correct" part may not be in stock and it could be months before they would be able to fix appliance. Called warranty company and told them I did not want S&S Appliance back on my property. I was DONE with them. Based on experience with this refrigerator, we have informed Lowe's to pick it up and refund full purchase price. We are in this stage of situation now. We do not and cannot offer replacement or refund on product, that is only completed by the selling dealer or manufactuerer. You may close case with notation that satisfaction of situation was not resolved to customer specifications. Thank you for the opportunity to let future customers of this company know of their work antics. It is greatly appreciated. I now know why they have a "F" rating with your company. Wish I had known before

      I have called everyday for the last 9 business days, and have been on hold for over 15-17 minutes to hear the automated system at the end state "We are experiencing higher call volume and longer the normal hold time, please leave a message and someone will return the call" NOONE has called back after multiple resquest. If S & S is not able to fix my product, can you please tell me or ********** that is the case so it can be reassigned to another contractor. This has been going on now for over a month since the tech came out (1/14/22). I am being told by ********** the parts are in-stock and ready to ship upon request from S & S. You keep telling me the parts are not instock and for me to call ********** to get an update. I have done exactly what you have advised to do, and I still have not gotten any help or my issue resolved.

We are aware of the difficulty in getting through on the phones and are trying to hire more people to the point we have looked at outsourcing some of these CSR positions just to be able to get the phones answered in a timely manner.

      We have been waiting for a warranty repair for 41 days as of today. This company has many poor reviews. It is unresponsive and we are being severely inconvenienced. I have tried to call multiple times and was told parts were in two weeks ago and still no appointment has been given to us. This company is totally unprofessional and are taking advantage of customers. I am forced to use this company by Whirlpool AIG Service agreement. They have been of no help as well!

      On or around December 8, 2022 an S and S Appliance came to my house to complete a warranty repair on a KitchenAid dishwasher. At that time, the tech told us that the fill valve needed to be replaced and that he would order the part. Since that time we've heard nothing from the company. I left a messages to contact me through their web site. No one answers their phone listed as XXX-XXX-XXXX. I'm at a loss as to how to get this company to respond.
