    Ordered checks online. The system dropped leading zeroes from my bank account during the process--since it was done by the system, I assumed they know what they're doing and it would be ok. Telecheck won't accept my checks. The number on the checkbooks said if there's an error, there's ***lacement of incorrectly printed documents within 90 days. A customer service *** was going to charge at least half the cost of the checks, to ***lace, and probably shipping and handling as well. So, my only recourse is here or to return the checks to them at my cost for a partial refund (sans shipping and handling, 1/3 of total cost of the order). They should honor the ***lacement policy, since it was their system which dropped the zeroes. They say they can "see" what was submitted, and I say there system dropped the zeroes so must not have recorded the entry. Had ordered from this company many years ago, and didn't have this problem.

Since we are not affiliated with your financial institution, we are unable to verify whether the account number is correct. However, we can confirm that the account number matched a valid format required by your financial institution, so it was not flagged as a potential error in our system. As a gesture of goodwill, I have issued a full refund for this order.     I ordered checks on 4/4/24 and paid their advertised amount of $29.99 for two day service. Checks did not arrive until 5 days later (after 5pm) on 4/9/24. I contacted customer service who blamed it on ****** I advised them that this was their responsibility since they used ***** as their shipper. The customer does not have an option on who ********************** uses. I asked for a refund on the shipping only which they stated again was not their fault.

    on janurary 1, ********************* the amount of $123.06 transaction id *********** today date i have not recived my check

    I located your check order and see that it was on hold pending additional information. A custom logo option was selected, and there was also a question about the account number entered because it did not match MICR records for the financial institution.

    Email requests for information were sent to *********************** 1/3/23 and 1/4/23. I apologize if you did not receive the emails. The leather binder that was part of this order shipped out and was delivered to you via ***** 1/5/23. I've issued a refund to you in the amount of $79.58 for the checks.

    Havent refund money from order that I cancel day of placing it online.

    Ordered 4 boxes of checks. When received they did not have the name of our financial institution. Had only name of bank the checks are payable through. The financial institution is not accepting them without their name or address on it. Called, emailed, several times and even emailed another blank check and deposit slip from the bank. The example checks are exactly what should be in the checks! Each time I called they are saying they need about blank check? They are giving me the the same excuses without helping at all! Poor/ NO customer is service!!!I would not order checks from this company. I do need checks!!

    This order was placed 10/22/21, and the customer notified us of a potential issue with the order 8/22/22. As referenced on our website, customers must notify us within ********************************************************* addition, the routing number associated with this order is officially registered as *************** NA. The financial institution name that prints on the checks must match what is registered to the routing number, and we are unable to alter this information if it does not correspond appropriately to the routing number. To do so would impact all account holders of *************** who place check orders through CheckWorks. The customer was advised we would not be able to update the financial institution name, and a refund was not offered due to the age of the order. I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding when the customer spoke to a representative regarding their order, and a full refund check will be issued and mailed to the customer.
