      This USED to be a good company, I've been buying from them for years. It took me a while to realize I hadn't received my checks after my last order in January, but I called, they apologized and said they'd send them. They didn't. When I called again, they sent me the original notice that the checks had been sent, didn't address it otherwise. Fortunarely, whatever caused the deterioration of theoir service also affected the billing, as I cannot find any record of my card having been charged for checks I never received. Whew!

I can assure you that the **************** as well as our product quality is still in place. In review of your account, you are correct, your last order was in January of 2023. As you have stated, no new orders were created, therefore, no further charges have been credited to your account since January of 2023. When orders are received by our customers, we allow a 60 day grace ****** for the customer to review the order. If there are any errors or anything missing, the customer is allowed to return the order or get corrections if needed. At this time, there is no record of communication regarding an issue.       BEWARE ! I ORDERED CHECKS THEY ADDED THE CHECK NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT NUMBER CHARGED ME $59.00 AND WHEN I VERIFIED FROM THE **** THE CHECKS WOULD BOUNCE BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS NOT CORRECT , ********************** RESPONSE WAS THEY HAVE NO WAY OF FINDING IF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS NOT CORRECT ? NO MONEY BACK AND THEY HAD THE ***** TO SAY IF I WANTED TO RESUBMIT MY ORDER THEY WILL CHARGE ME HALF OFF ????? NEVER AGAIN !!!!

      I ordered what was advertised as a leather personal checkbook cover, it was delivered promptly, but if it is leather, I will eat my hat! The photo showed a purple pebbled soft leather with what appeared to be a chizeled gold heart and I received a smooth plastic feeling item with a stamped gold flaking heart. Sad and misleading??.

      I ordered checks from a ****** search for animal print. The top of the page says box have 125 check and 100 for duplicates. I ordered a box and received 36 checks. I called and was told that basic checks online with 2 books of 18 checks. No where on the order does it say that you get a different amount.

After review of your order and the correspondence you have shared with our customer Service Representative, you were given the correct information. At the time you placed your order and chose your check design, there is a box to the right of the check listing the price of the checks you have chosen and directly below the price is a chart listing how many checks are included in 1 box, 2 boxes and 4 boxes (for Singles and Duplicates). This chart also includes the number of checks you will receive given your selection. Our intention is to never deceive any customer. We apologize for the confusion.

      Somehow I got my checks delivered the day after I ordered them. I dont know what to say. I received an email from you at about 7:00 p.m. CST on December 1 informing me my order was shipped and that I should receive it in 5-7 business days. I was already holding the order in my hand.

      I ordered personal checking account checks on September 23,2023 from Checkworks, Inc. The fee, $28.50 came out of my checking account on September *******. I have been waiting for my checks for a month now and have called several times only to be told that they have no records of completing my order. *******., ****** wanted me to give her my banking information over the phone. I told her that is not going to happen because my trust in the company is gone now. She said that she needed this information to finish the process. Well, the money for the order has come out of my checking account, so I have requested that my $28.50 be refunded back to my account. I am very disappointed that companies like this are allowed to be in business. I am praying that no fraud results from my transaction. Thank you for your attention.

      Upon review of this account, there has been a credit issued to this customer in the amount of $28.50. This refund was issued on October 27th. It appears there may have been a disconnect upon the order being placed and maneuvering throughout the system properly. This is not a common occurrence. We sincerely apologize.

      I will not be ordering checks from CheckWorks in the future. Processed my usual order of checks in 2022, but did not receive them after weeks of waiting. CheckWorks used US ************** with no tracking options and the checks disappeared. CheckWorks was unable to determine the status of the checks and they never arrived. A replacement set of checks was overnighted to me, however, the original checks must be out there somewhere, causing me to close that account in anticipation of possible fraud. Sending checks out with no way to trace is inexcusable. I was never informed of the status of the first order of checks. Too risky to use CheckWorks again.

      3/13/23 I would give Checkworks a NEGATIVE 10 if I could!! Checkworks website claims "30% more checks per box" and "125 checks". I had ordered from them previously and ordered a couple of boxes in which I received 4 books of checks per box. This time, I ordered 1 box, expecting 125 checks per box as advertised on their website. What I received was one book of 30 checks! (I wish I would've looked on this site first!)However, I agree with the responder below who asked "What good is a BBB A+ rating worth if it doesn't guarantee anything"???

      I ordered checks back in June still have not gotten my order I was tod that my order shipped on July waited and now it is October no checks I requested a refund of my money since obviously the order was lost or never sent But by the looks of the reviews there are no happy customers with this scam company I hated giving them any star at all It says that customer reviews are not used in BBB rating then why are they asking for this information for "BBB"rating and you have to fill in the information to submit review

      I apologize that you did not receive your order. I see that you placed your order 7/25/22 and selected free standard mail as the shipping method. The order shipped from our facility 7/27/22, and was sorted through a USPS facility in Tampa, FL 8/3/22. Unfortunately, the standard shipping option does not provide full tracking information, so I am unable to see any activity after that. It appears that the order may have been lost in transit by USPS. I understand you contacted our customer service team yesterday and were offered either a free replacement order or a full refund. As requested, your refund is being processed.
