      This dealership is extremely unorganized, and worse at communication. The first red flag was when we called to verify the vehicle was still available, we were told " I will give your message to a sales manager and they will call you back". We didn't receive a call back. We drove down there and luckily the vehicle was still there, it was being sold to someone else, the sold it to us be cause "they weren't there". We spent 5.5 hours in the dealership.2 hours in the Finance office The paper work was wrong TWICE and had to be worked up again. The final paper work we signed was still off from what the salesman had told us. I drove the car for 12 days when I got a letter that was showing the Vehicle still wasn't financed?!?! So "I" had to call the dealership and figure out what was going on. It took 5 phone calls before I finally got ahold of someone that would possibly answer my questions. I spent most of my day Saturday calling and trying to get things squared away. I did speak to a finance guy named Dan he some what explained what was going on, I was still unsure why it had taken 12 days to work this out. I then decided to just take a cashiers check to them on Monday. I tried calling them 10 times from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock to verify that was okay before I drove 2 hours Monday morning to bring them a check. I finally got a call back, and told them I was just bringing the vehicle back Monday. When I get there Monday morning. I spoke with Dan again, he was aggravated with me like this was my fault. I'm the one that drove 4.5 hours and missed 2 days of work. I put a brand new $**** set of tires on this vehicle. We also put *k down. Dan said "it will take you weeks to get that down payment back". He said nothing about reimbursing me for the tires. These people do not care about the customer or doing the right thing. I understand everybody makes mistakes and has bad days, but that place is poorly ran.

      5/27/2022 Iron City service department is the worse I have dealt with I paid out $****** for service that wasn't the problem they summited a claim to Ford warranty that was under warranty that wasn't the problem I paid for a diagnosis test look like it would have picked up what was wrong with my car I couldn't get a copy of the diagnosis test a week and a half later the problem occurred again I reached out to the service department and the district manager I was treated by the service department as if I was trying to get my money back it was awful, I took my car to another Ford dealership do to the fact I didn't trust my car in the hands of people that took my hard working money from me that wasn't the problem, if they take from the customers and the warranty company they will take from the company, I have been reaching out to Iron City district manager every since this been going on I email him to let him know I was taking my car to another Ford dealership if their was any problem on the service department behalf I will let him know after hearing from the dealership I took my car to I tried to reach out to him I was blocked from his email and I was told he didn't work there I am very angry and disappointed I felt as if I was taking advantage of cause I was a female, I wouldn't never recommend this company this is the worse experience I ever had, the Ford headquarters needs to know what type of employees they dealing with on the front desk of the service department they rule and disrespectful they shouldn't be working with the public

      I purchased my car in 2021 . *************************************************. I made the mistake of telling them to treat me like family. The car that they sold me the radio didn't work. But Ross tried to pair it with the Bluetooth on my phone. It didn't work then he said it was working the other day. Still to this day my radio doesn't work. People should stand by their word. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody! I work hard for my money.

      DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! I wish I could leave 0 stars. The worst car dealership I have ever been to. I can not stress that enough. Absolute worst car buying experience I have EVER had. Communication is beyond horrible. I ordered a new bronco in September and was promised a few thousand dollars in rebates that Ford was offering when I originally purchased the vehicle. When I got to the dealership to take delivery of the bronco, I was told I would not be getting any of the rebates promised to me. I showed them text messages between me and the salesman, Brian, of him confirming I would get said rebates, multiple times. I even sent him a text the morning that I went to take delivery to be sure there were no issues with this when I got there and he confirmed again he checked on this for me. I was lied to and deceived and the salesman nor the sales manager cared at all to make any of this right. Even after showing them the text messages between me and the salesman confirming I would get the rebates promised, and the offer on Ford's website. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. I was cheated out of a few thousand dollars. It was very apparent they wanted me to walk away because they could make way more money off of the vehicle I ordered if they were to put it on their lot. I was never even given the interest rate or final finance amount even after asking for that info multiple times. The last time I asked, the salesman walked away saying he was going to find out, and sends back the finance lady to take us to financing and I never saw him again until I was leaving. There is no attempt to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one. I was so excited the day I was supposed to go get my new car and 10 minutes after walking in the door of the dealership, that was ruined. My husband ordered an F250 from here the same time I ordered my bronco. You would think people dropping that much hard earned $$$ would be treated better than we were. Very disappointing.

      We are very sorry you did not have a great experience in purchasing your new Bronco. Unfortunately, there were not any rebates available at any time on the new full size Bronco. As we pointed out, the $***** rebate you showed us on your phone was for the Bronco Sport, a completely different model. The rebates come from Ford Motor Company and are beyond our control at the dealership. We did offer to cancel the purchase and refund your deposit, but you chose to continue with the purchase at the agreed upon price. Again, we are sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase, but hope you enjoy the new Bronco.

      At first it seemed like a perfect idea to purchase a car from this company, they came recommended by family. But, I regret going to this dealership. Terrible service.
