    Worked with Jadarrien sales person and *** one of their mechanics to look at their 2017 Z06 Corvette convertible. Both went out of their way to show me the vehicle and answered all my questions. I verbally and via email gave them an offer a little less than their asking. Its been 3 full days now without a response and so assume they either rejected the offer or sold to someone else. Very disappointed as not an even a simple courtesy follow up if I can't buy car. I expected better! Oh well will keep looking.

    This company is very unethical. I was going to purchase a vehicle from this company. They were having it delivered to my home in **************. On the way to my home the hauler was concerned for me and sent me photos of all the damage to the car. The transportation companys policy is to thoroughly go over the car upon pick up. They put little yellow dots (representing damage) on the car. I couldnt see nothing but the roof and hood of the car; due to all the yellow dots. I left a message that the car was unacceptable and I didnt want it. They have since refused to refund my $11,727 down payment or the title to my trade in. I have contacted a small claims attorney. They assured me that they can help me. I pray they can since ** retired and cant afford to lose that kind of money for a car that is a total mess.

    I totally feel swindled by this place. I initially purchased a 2013 Audi in December 2023. I had the car for about 2 weeks and I was to bring it in to their service department cause I thought I smelled gas. Shortly before my arrival, I got a call to pick out another due to some title issues. I was highly upset because I was satisfied with my payment and the mileage on the car. I settled on a newer model *** with a higher note and miles. ***** there I asked if the down payment I put on the Audi be applied to the new car and was told no. As a result, my credit was ran once again within less than a one-month time span. Hence a decline in my score. Since purchasing the *** in Jan 2024 I have had the car in my possession for maybe about 6 weeks. I turned the car into the service department because it was running hot. I understood that the main mechanic was out and it may have been longer than anticipated .They provided me a replacement vehicle, but it was not of the same value as the car I am paying for. Three weeks later I have a cracked reservoir leak that I thought was addressed in the initial service, but wasn't cause it wasn't on the paperwork. Again I was provided a replacement vehicle of lesser value. After being at the dealership for 5 business days when I was initially told two, I picked up the vehicle only to have a notification light come on day later about the coolant being low. Now there appears to be a coolant leak from the radiator which was not an issue before. Also, while I can not be 100% sure I do believe they sold the Audi they took back from me to someone else. I saw the same exact make and model with the same color interior and their tag this past week while taking my kid to school. They have caused too much frustration in my life these past few months. I was in need of a car and this has been worse than the car I was intending to replace.

    The Birmingham Luxury Motors experience was a good one! Chad was such a personable and friendly rep to work with, he really made sure that I had an enjoyable experience. Charles was extremely knowledgeable and considerate when working on the finance side of things. He made sure I was aware of all the steps we were working through and felt comfortable with the terms of my agreement
