      I bought a rebuilt alternator part # ****-3 in December, 2023.. I installed it on my classic vehicle that, although gets driven weekly, it's very little.. After accumulating approximately 70 miles on the alternator, the charge light came on. The auto supply facility where I purchased it, tested it and found it had totally failed. They replaced it under warranty.. A few days later, this one failed to charge at engine speeds under approximately 1200 RPM.I do not recommend any purchase BBB Industries remanufactured alternators..

      PURCHASED SEMI TRUCK PARTS IN 2019 AND RETURNED THEM. WE HAVE RECEIVED A CREDIT MEMO FOR $1159.17 EVERY MONTH SINCE, BUT THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND. I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL PEOPLE VIA EMAIL AND JUST KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. IN FACT, THE LAST FEW EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT, HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A RESPONSE AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

      Bought a reman BBB industries rack and pinon; paid a mechanic hundreds of dollars to install it. It has more power assist one direction than the other. So, it's a faulty rack right out of the box. Warranty doesn't cover cost of R&R on the faulty parts from this company. Won't purchase their parts again.
