            **** did our home inspection and I definitely give him a 5 star rating. **** was personable, detailed, and thorough. He answered all questions including some we didnt know enough to ask and patiently explained all as he went through his recap with us. He also indicated, verbally and in his report, which repairs/updates needed a professional and for which ones we could hire a handyman or DIY. I was more than satisfied with the information **** was able to provide. Yes, I would recommend Timberline to anyone needing a home inspection. Thanks for the good service!

            ****** is very knowable in home concerns. He also took the time to explain to me of those concerns. ****** was detailed in the home inspection and made me feel comfortable to know the possible repairs the house will be needing in near or farther future. His list will be my do do list in fixing my house. I am very happy with ****** and his service! Definitely I will recommend his company to whoever is buying a house.
