It is close to impossible to get anyone on the phone. The only option to ever talk to a live person is to go to the office. I was told that they will find any reason NOT to give your security deposit back. I learned first hand that this is true. You will be charged for what most would consider normal wear and tear. I once had a pipe to burst due to corrosion. It was around 7 or 8 days before they sent maintenance to patch it up. The leak was bad enough that Servpro should have been called to come out and move the kitchen sink to make sure every thing was cleaned properly. They just sent a regular maintenance guy to do the barest minimum. The shower once broke and it was over a month before that got fixed. I would guess it was because of the negative review I gave them on ******* They offered me $50 to take it down by the way. I also ended up sending a certified letter threatening legal action. I rented from them for 2 years and I Was NEVER late on rent. I have receipts to prove it. They consistently failed to meet their obligations in the lease such as timely maintenance. These people are added to my list of crappy property managers.Review from Chris R

Used them for a remodeling in our bathroom and they were professional, well mannered and the job was done fast as well. Would definitely use them again for future projects as well as rentals.Review from Tina J

I'm disabled so I have trouble seeing and filling out applications had someone drive me to the office to pick up a application they told me to go on the internet I told them I was having trouble uploading information that they need and they said go on the internet and just put what you can in I mean you just can't put anything in because you can't send it the first man I talk to he was so rude he was shaking his head like he didn't understand what I was saying or he didn't really want to be bothered with me then a lady came and she was just as rude all I wanted was an application so I could feel it out and could see it better and bring in my information but no they didn't want that they kept telling me to go on the internet and fill it out on there why so you can keep my application money and not give me anything they did that to me 2 years ago and tried to give me a rundown house that they knew wasn't any count I would give this place zero stars but I can't do that this place is rude they were rude to me all I wanted was an application so I could move into one of their properties but after reading some of the reviews of their properties I don't even think I want to rent from them ever thank you
