            We brought a used dryer for ****** with a 40 day warranty we had it 2 days but when we first stared using it it got extremely hot on top to the point you could not touch it. Call the man sent someone out on sat 5 days after I called the man said it was a fues told me it was fixed ran 2 days did the same thing plus the button you push dose not work like it has come apart on the inside called the man again and was told that he didn't want sound meen but I would have to call a electrician to check my outlet that it might be the problem ok my son is a contractor brought a tester out my outlet is pulling ********************************* around until the warranty.I do not have the money right now for a new one trusted this guy.Now afraid to do business with used appliances dealers.

            This is a pretty shady business. Sold me a washer and dryer set that was in good condition, only to find out it had several problems such as leaks, malfunctioning spin cycle, and dryer timing issues. When trying to get them to return the units, they completely ghosted. If youre looking for used appliances, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Youll waste your money on this business.

            Your sales transaction was from February 2023 and is no longer covered under the 60-day warranty.  However, at the time of the sale we provided a replacement washer that along with the dryer you kept so we concluded you were satisfied.
