*******************, ********************* and the entire team at I-20 Truck Sales were great! They were very responsive with information and changes as we worked through the process. The units we purchased were as-advertised and in great condition. I will plan to purchase again from I-20 Truck Sales.

I bought a 2015 Columbia Glider from I-20 Truck Sales back in September 2022. I bought it sight unseen mainly due to a business associate having used them in the past. I asked them upfront what issues did the truck have. Their reply was "no known issues, everything works as should". We picked up the truck while they were closed and drove the truck back to our home base. Upon inspection, the truck had a lot of minor issues w/ the main one being that the sleeper air was not working. I called them and they then informed me that they really do not fully check out a truck once they buy it and resell it. This was a little frustrating because I found a few of the issues should have been known and reported to me when I asked. I fixed the problems and the truck has been running non stop. After the 2nd set of steer tires I knew something was wrong w/ the truck. We put it on a alignment machine and it was discovered the truck had a bent frame and could not be aligned. I called the owner again and told him of the issue and did he know he sold a truck with a badly bent frame? His response to me was they they do not have time to fully inspect every truck they buy and sell. They just do not have the time. He sold me there was nothing they could do about it. So, I will be shutting down the truck and putting it in a frame shop to hopefully correct it enough where it will take an alignment. This people seem nice and everything but beware before you buy from them. In my mind they are only worried about "the sell" and care less about customer service. This was a ****** to me to stay away from this business. I hate leaving reviews such as these but this business can not be trusted.

These people are a bunch of ******* selling Lemons. I fell for their *** and bought this 2014 freightliner from them. I thought I was buying something quality but bought an equipment I can't use. List of Issues with the truck: Performed DOT inspection on unit. Unit failed the DOT inspection due to the listed issues; RH side turn signal inop at the light on the cowl. #2 steer brake chamber leaking Losing air pressure rapidly when brakes are applied Audible air leak at the air tank #3 air bag pedestal damaged Class 3 oil leak on the RH side of the engine. Class 3 oil leak at the rear main seal Class 3 oil leak at the oil pan Excessive 5th wheel play No 5th wheel slider installed Truck need alignment As you can see from the Specs sheet the truck should have a slide 5th wheel. After a lot of back and forth, they had me bought the truck in, they claimed they fixed however they will not replace the 5th wheel. Now I have to go pay $**** to pay for the new 5th wheel wheel.  Run away from these ******* and share  to help anyone else from being taking advantage of this horrible dealership.
