This business holds up my overpayment for almost 5 months. I've contacted their billing department many times about this issue. Many times they said it was under investigation. Two times they promised to refund my excess payment. The very last time we talked about this was June 24, 2024 and they promised to send the refund to the original form of payment, which is a debit **** card. I still haven't had the money back. Call them again today, July 1, 2024, they said there is error in their system and offer to call me back on Monday July 8, a similar story they have told me many many times and they never called me back . So far, I am convinced they intentionally hold up the money and made up all the excuses. Service Date: 02/02/2024 Total charge on the date of service: $203.19 Total payment on the date of service: $203.19 (1)Insurance claim number : 0202403662203S90H.The processing of insurance claim for one of the service item completed on 02/06/2024. The explain of benefits report from my insurance company states my responsibility is $53.20 whereas on the day of service, I paid $74.69 for it. Therefore, there is an excess charge of $21.49. (2) After the insurance claim is processed through, a second payment of $53.20 was made on 02/08/2024 using the same card.Combined of $21.49 and $53.20, I have overpayment of $74.69. I am requesting the business to send refund of $74.69 to my debit **** card.
