      I have bought items from this company from different people. They claim this jewelry per company website is real. It is not as it has no value. I took some of the jewelry that I didnt want to an actual jewelry store to have it appraised and was flat out told it was costume jewelry. The necklace that was sterling silver isnt sterling silver. They dont do refunds but is junk jewelry and not worth the what it says its worth in the package it comes in.

      I purchased two Halloween stacks (and many many more) that arrived damaged. One is missing a stone and the other has a cuff that is defective/bent. I emailed the company to request a replacement or refund. Rather than replacing the same bracelets that were damaged, they sent me two mystery stacks. Those bracelet stacks are not only duplicates of stacks I already own, but they are nothing like the ones I purchased that were damaged. These bracelet stacks have barcodes on the bottom, and they expect us to believe they dont have the option of replacing a damaged item with the same item I asked what I should do if I receive a dupe, and they indicated they would offer another replacement if that happened. This morning at 8:25 AM CST, they sent a response to my email asking me to start the **************** again to receive another two mystery stacks. No option for a refund OR a like-replacement. I would like a refund for the two bracelets in exchange for the return of the replacements.

      I apologize that your items were damaged! I have reviewed your review as well as the communication through our ticketing system and see that this was handled appropriately. The barcoding on our items is specifically at the item level, not the style level. All of our products are mixed in large batches before we launch a collection and begin shipping packages. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific setting or style in any of our collections. If you received additional duplicates for your replacement items, please complete our replacement form that can be located in our support portal. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

      I have spent thousands of dislikes with representative Ashly ************************ and she has not sent me majority of my products and what she did send doesnt match up to invoices sent so I dont even know whats right or wrong. I have contacted the bomb part email for a week now with no responses Im in drones of help I dont have recipients and she barely sent invoices

      I still have not heard from bomp party with a few more attempts on my end. I have been harassed by the bomb representative *********************** as well. She is refusing to give me my products as well as provide the requested information. I am completely unsatisfied with this whole matter and want things done ASAP!

      I signed up with bombparty.com to sell their surprise jewelry in January, the jewelry has turned customers fingers green, it has become tarnished and gross looking...I have personally given refunds because the customer doesn't want to waste any more money on a faulty product. Their solution to that is to send me more surprise jewelry and that's feasible, I am out cash money from giving refunds and left with trash jewelry. I have tried several times to call their customer service line which is disconnected. I have contacted them via email and I get no response back. I tried to contact them for the past 3-4 months wanting to cancel my account/subscription which is $19.95 per month with no success! I'm literally out over $300 due to this company.

      I was a rep for Bomb Party. They stated in the initial contract that they would buy back any leftover inventory if I should decide to stop selling their product. They have not done so and will not answer the phone. They also have been charging me $20 a month for access to their back office. They removed the app from my phone and I no longer have access to it but they are continuing to charge me for the service. I have sent emails and many phone calls with no response even though they say they will return the call in 24 hours. I am sick of this company taking money from me with no way to communicate with them. They are thieves.

      I purchased inventory from a Representative that was your new inventory which consisted of the halos and Candyland.I received outdated inventory with R** numbers in the ****s and 4000s.I have spoken with the Representative and she has confirmed the inventory was supposed to be the new collections.The R**s should have been in the ****s at least.I have been fizzing with ** for a long time but I have never had this happen to me.Please explain how I received outdated inventory.       As Bomb Party Corporate we do not typically intervene in the sell of inventory between reps. **** is something that is handled independently between the two reps. ******** I would be happy to look into the order further.       I never received my items from ** rep ****************************** I ordered june 14th and have yet to receive any response from her regarding shipping. The tracking label says that **** is waiting for it. I spent hard earned money on a ring I expected to receive and didn't. Reading several other complaints from multiple customers is very disheartening. This company needs to do better.

      I purchased a Ring Bomb Party product as a gift from a consultant. As I put the ring on the recipient it broke immediately . I contacted customer support at Ring ******************** with in one week of receiving the defective ring. I got an email back a couple weeks later that I should either wait " a long time" or go to the customer support portal. I tried the portal and it would not load in any browser. I contacted again, nothing. I tried the portal again, same result. I made an account in order to receive a claims "ticket". As I've tried to log back in several times to see the status of my claim, I've needed to reset my pass code, to which a reset email is never sent. There is no customer support phone number that works, there is one listed, but it does not work. I have emailed five or six times to date. So, I'm lost as to what to do, it feels like a bit of a circus.

      I placed 3 orders with 3 representatives whom I thought was trustworthy in beginning my collection I was treating myself for my birthday and 4.0 Gpa in college. In the 1st order I received a damaged ring, Rep told me in the live to email her to know how to contact support for a replacement. She never emailed back. So I submitted a ticket within the emails they send with the receipt. I got an email about submitting a ticket so I did that and havent heard anything! This was in May! The second rep I ordered 19 items from rings, necklaces, and earrings; I spent some moneys on that order especially for sterling club items! Unfortunately here I am a not a package of items from the second order of 19 items. The 3rd rep I purchased 2 things from and had no issues on my order having damaged items out of the 2 things ordered! I should have received the 2nd package before the 3rd purchased order, and definitely should have had it by now anyways! I submitted a ticket to this company and have not received any kind of response from them! I would love to have my jewelry that I spent quite a few hundred dollars that day on hopes of beginning a jewelry collection and also helping small businesses that are trying to grow their businesses with this company.

      Bought several times to get the link it up necklace and finally got the one I wanted after having for 30 days the necklace began to change like tarnished. Contacted my rep she got me a return label and sent my link it up necklace set back. I got replaced with something different and that I already have 2 of. This is not ok, I returned a product and expected the exact same returned. Called customer service and the 2 people I spoke to were NO HELP basically oh well. Well no i am not okay with that solution. I want a refund or my link it up necklace back Period.
