  For the price they mark these items the quality is absolutely terrible. Ive found the same exact pieces on more reputable websites for much less. A true shame.

  Terrible **************** and Unfair Handling of Returns I purchased two dresses and a pair of shoes from this company. One of the dresses was too big, and I was also returning the shoes. I opened the items, tried them on, and they didnt fit, so I boxed them up and sent them back for a return. A week later, I received the same boxunopenedwith no explanation.Confused, I emailed the company to ask about the issue. They informed me they could not accept the return due to excessive cigarette smoke smell. This was completely falseI have NEVER smoked in my life, so this claim made no sense at all.The owner, *****, then started emailing me, saying they followed protocol and could do nothing about the return. They did not provide any proof that the items actually smelled and refused to return the *********** another email, the owner accused me of "stealing," stating: Then at least have the courtesy to send the clothes to me so that you are not stealing, and I can try to wash the items and make them presentable. This is incredibly unprofessional and unreasonable.I have never experienced such poor customer service. The way this situation was handled was frustrating and disrespectful. I would not recommend shopping here.

  Lower quality items but thats is somewhat expected from this type of boutique. Would be willing to try for some items but their non refund policy makes it not worth it. If you dont want a store credit only that you may never use on any of their lower quality items, I would not recommend shopping here.

  Horrible quality items that are over priced. They are essentially scammers. They make you pay to return items. But when you return them you do not get the refund back to the original payment, you get store credit. Then when you place another order using their store credit, they do not have the items in stock and refund back to a gift card. So now youre stuck in a never ending cycle where you dont want to support a trash company but are forced to because they are scammers. Their customer service is even worse! They dont proof read emails, they lack professionalism, and they fat shame women. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE.

  I placed an order on 9/22. Today, 10/19, I got an order update that my package would arrive in the next 25 days. Thats TWO months to deliver one item. I also was not aware at the time of ordering that it would take this long. Its very schemey to not make buyers aware that shipping will take this long and only have a store credit return policy. I have never waited 2 months for a package.

  I do not see an order from this customer since 2019. Maybe she purchased from a scam website pretending to be us. If she wants to provide more info we can look into this better!

  I placed a big order and EVERY single one of my items were terrible quality. If you want ***** quality clothes for a lot of money then shop here. The reason they only do returns for store credit is because how bad the quality is they probably wouldnt make money. This might be the ***** boutique I have ever shopped at. They pay people for good reviews. Dont shop here

  Deceitful. Company's website is unclear. Purchased a brand new outfit and when it arrived, it was a completely different color so I could not wear it to my themed event (it was a red/white/blue party and the outfit came orange/beige). It also did not fit. Was told that the outfit was "on sale" and final sale. There was zero indication that what I was buying was on sale. No strikeout price, no warning at cart stage, nothing. **************** is rudethe opposite of what I'd expect form a small business. They could have taken back a completely in-season item and I would have spent more on something else. To make matters even worse, they peddle their religion on you by putting postcards in your package. My shopping journey has nothing whatsoever to do with God. Keep your beliefs separate from your business unless you are in the business of charity or church. Would never support this business or recommend it to anyone!

  i just placed an order from here super cheap material and terrible sizing. i ordered a small in these leather shorts and they fit like a size large. im pretty sure you could fit two of me in them. i also ordered an xs tank top and was the same way. I would not order if your any size close to or below a size small.

  Terrible!!!!! Save your money!!! I thought I found a treasure. My dress came in the mail. Literally different than what i ordered and the material feels like plastic.

  Cute clothes but they are not made well at all. This is now the second purchase I have got where the zipper just breaks. Havent even had it on my body for more than 2 minutes. Its a little big so its not like it doesnt fit me and Im forcing it. Was really excited to wear my new romper for my birthday but the first time I try it on it breaks?Very frustrating
