            Move Masters was exceptional! From start to finish, they made the whole moving process so much better. The owner came quickly and gave us an estimate and was very attentive. The four gentlemen that worked on moving day were so polite and respectful, not only to us but also their fellow co-workers. Move Masters knows exactly how to treat their customers!

            Thank you. Your movers were very friendly introduced themselves upon arrival. They did above and beyond their job when they helped my husband who slipped in the house. Had they not helped him it would have been a challenge for him to get back up. He wasn't hurt, a little embarrassed, but they never mentioned it to me or made him feel uncomfortable I will definitely recommend your service to anyone. Very professional staff from first call to you till the job was finished! Again I truly appreciate Mitch and those who were helping. You were truly a blessing

            My husband and I were truly happy with our experience with Move Masters! They exceeded our expectations and were such a pleasure to work with. Our team, Hakeem, Brian, and Ben were extremely professional, courteous and hard working - our new home consisted of several flights of stairs, and they never faltered or complained, and kept a good steady pace the entire day! Mitch, the General Manager, and Kim, the owner, also dropped by to check on things and to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything we needed. Kudos to the entire team at Move Masters!! Moving is such an exhausting and emotional experience as it is- the last thing you need to worry about is your moving company- so grateful we didn’t have that worry! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Move Masters!!

            I called move masters to see if I could get a quote. When I talke to Kim she scheduled a time to come out to see the things I needed to move. She did not show up at my house on the appointment day and time. She never called me to tell me she was not coming but just did not show up. When I called to see why she didn't show up at my house at my schedule appointment time, she said I'll call you back, but. she never returned my call. When I called a second time to find out why she didn't show up I was told she would be given a message to call me back, but Kim never returned my call. I am still waiting for Kim to return phone calls or make an appointment to come to my house and give me a quote. Cannot depend on Kim to keep her appointment or return my calls.

            Ms. M****, when you originally called our office you were requesting moving services in the next few days. It was explained to you that we were booked and you insisted that you only had an 1100 sf home with just a few rooms and you felt the move could be completed in a couple hours. I was unable to come for an estimate at the time because I had an urgent matter with one of my grandchildren. My assistant explained that to you when you called back, I know this to be fact because I listened to the recorded call. It is very flattering that you were so disappointed we were unavailable for your move. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We wish you many years of happiness in your new home.
