      Worst company ever. Ordered a building from them in November 2024. Paid $2.000 up front for drawings. Called them many times and get the runaround. I believe they just scam people out of their money. Please avoid this company. There are good metal building companies to choose from.

      Worst company ever. They came to put the building up and didn't even have the plans for the building. Their workers couldn't even speak English. Noticed that the doors and windows were not for our winter weather in MN. They told us they could insulate the garage, and it wasn't coded for MN. They demanded a cashier's check before leaving our property. When my husband tried to put up sheeting for the electrical, we found out the building wasn't plum on the back wall, it wasn't enclosed for a heated garage, the roof edging in the front was too short and didn't cover the roof of the garage. We had to have an inspector look over the building and reported there were 6 issues with the building from braces not where they were supposed to be, metal sheeting wasn't even attached to the medal bracing, missing screws, so many things wrong. We tried to get them to fix it, but then they wouldn't get back to us after sending them the inspection report. We had to turn them into the BBB. They said they would take the structure down and haven't heard from them again after requesting our money back and to take their building. We finally turned them into the Attorney General and will probably have to get an attorney as they will not respond to our concerns. We ordered the building in June, they put it up in October of 2024. It is now the middle of January 2025, and they will not respond back to us. We are our $27,709.00 and have no garage. We are going to request that the company be investigated as we seen they had over 70 complaints about their buildings. They have an F rating with the BBB. Please do not make the mistake of purchasing a building from the. I would give the a zero star if I could.

      Very prompt, professional and fantastic work, Ashley was great to work with and I'll be a repeat customer for sure. I only waited 7 days to get my 24X25X9 carport and the crew arrived on site and worked until completion which was about 6:30 on the 17th May 2024.

      Purchased 18 X 35 X 10 carport from Harold Steel on 8 July 2023. Asked for a Sept. installation. After signing contract, found out Harold Still sub the work to Coast to Coast. The installaston was completed very late in the day.. After the crew left, I realized the braces was left off. I called HS & COC. It has been a hassle every since. Call COC & their rep;y would be "will check with coustomer service or scheduling. Got a lot of lip service from HS & nothing from COC. Finally in Nov. 2023, Danny from HS said they was out of material. A couple weeks later, E-mail said they have the material & is l;oading truck for my area.Several calls to COC & HS later, still no braces. HS on three occasions told or sugges I work with COC. First week of June, still no braces. I made several calls to HS asking for Danny. Finally Dave from HS said he would be the one handle my problem. He said he would call COC every day checking on status. Got a call from COC on Tues saying they would be out the following Monday. Two days later got a call saying crew wouldn't get back in time & delayed it a week. Then another week delay. Third time the tubing mechine broke. When it was fixed, they would call me. That has been about 6 weeks no update. No braces. Dave assured me they was working with COC,, When the Sub. contractor has a F rating with BBB, what hope do they have. I have none.. Waiting 11 months to get braces is compleatly unacceptial. Don't do business with COC or HS. If you have a problem, litigation has to be done in the City of Norwalk, Connecticut. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. Harold Still, Coast to Coast is part of your chain, therefore your BBBrating shouldbe "F". I expect I will be on their schedual within a week. Keep kicking the can down the road. I have not read the Customer Review Submission Terms. Cant find it!!! Charles B.

      HUGE hassle dealing with them. Lies at many different levels. Finally put my building up but still don’t have my roll up door. Been WEEKS since the building’s been up and haven’t heard a peep from anyone. Called scheduling lady just now and she completely did a 180 from “I’ll personally make sure this is taken care of asap” to “this is my personal number. You’re going to need to call customer service.” Completely ghosted us. Called Customer Service and they just told me their supervisor just told them that “the chains for the roll up door hasn’t came in yet. We’re still waiting on it.” Anybody who has any sense can easily see where the “F” rating has come from. I wish I would’ve done my due diligence regarding their track record. The horror stories I’ve read just now are ALL true. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money. Stay away from these people.

      I have been trying to order a loafing shed for three days now. This company keeps giving the run around to me saying they will get me a quote. And I never receive the quote. Then I have called and tried to talk to a manger and they keep transferring me to the original person I talked too. This company doesn't want business

      In July of 2023 I started this process we had to put a down of 13,160.86 on 10-16-2023 i got my building permit which they told me they with in 3weeks they could build the building. On November of 2023 I called them to see what was going on they told me there was a shortage of materials and had to wait. I called them again in March of 2024 to see what was going on this time they told me they were out of my colors had to pick new colors but were out of many of the colors which left with 2 colors to pick from but still wasn't sure we could get those colors. I had already picked paint to match my house. I'm already out $30,551.67. The Coast to Coast Carports catalog they gave me has the "BBB" Accredited Business logo on it Excellence service for over 21 years this is false advertisement. The Knoxville, Ar. Business is not BBB approved and rated F.

      I waited 5 months for my order to be delivered. It was installed incorrectly. I put in a repair request 3 weeks ago, haven’t heard back from them. Worst experience ever

      There is a reason why they are not BBB rated. The worst company you can ever do business with. Management does not take calls, so I was told. The engineer they use is incompetent and far over engineered the project and a much greater cost than necessary. We ask for a refund before they started the building in the factory but have not gotten a refund after 90 days as promised. Now they say they may not refund any money. They have tons of bad reviews and I am surprised they are still in business. Stay away from them or be ready for a surprise.

      I had nothing but trouble getting my building put up and when they finally showed up worked till mid night finishing in the dark and 3 months later had metal blowing off the roof and took them3 months. To come fix it and 1 year later had more metal blowing off roof and garage door come out of the Chanel had to fix that myself to keep the roll up door from being destroyed and I have been eating a year and a half for them to come do the warranty on the metal that has blown off the roof I would never use these people again
