      Still waiting, July will be a year. We have called and almost every time its something different. From no supplies, not our color and we said that we would change color.. Now its back to poles not In. it just goes on and on. How can these people be in business? Lesson learned..always look at reviews. We just wanted out money back. We cannot go another year.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a 30x50 garage over 1 year ago and it is still not installed. They make empty promises and literally lie constantly. I could order the same building I ordered last year for cheaper on their website than they are telling me it costs now. They lie.

      Customer representative was very thorough and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how quickly I received a response. I also was happy with how easy it was to order our building to our specifications. Thank you again!

      My rep was very patient with me and we went through several changes with my order. He honored my wishes to not be called and only contact through email due to my work. The prices were the best I've found and they have me several payment options. The price was so good I actually got a bigger building. Great service!

      Vanessa was awesome help with the design of my building. They had my garage ready before I could even get concrete poured for it. They crew that built my garage, a 26x50, in a day!

      I am a perfectionist worked on aircraft 36 years I couldn't of done a better job I say A+++++ all neighbors and friends very impressed they all knew there part of the job clockwork a pleasure instead of all the excuses from other contractors thanks very much

      We ordered our carport last year March 2021 by Aug 2021 no calls update etc. then we were told they could not get the 12 gauged Steel frame so we resubmitted plans for 14 G they had in Aug . no calls or updates so in Dec 2021 I again emailed and a Customer service person reached out . I think had the Covid mess and shipping problems not occurred things would of gone much faster etc.. April was contacted about installing date then canceled but following week called again and the crew showed up late but started and finished next day . the only thing I felt that was wrong was it was so hard to reach anyone and little to zero updates so we felt like a Hostage staying home waiting because the contract says will call you about 3 to 5 days to install , not weeks or month time frame . its here and up couple small things I can do no worries , the crew leader was very professional his helpers all were very nice . yes you will have some clean up but nothing bad .

      Customer Service is a JOKE - they did a ****** job of putting up the building and piecing it together, yes literally PIECING it together, nails left all over the place - there's HUGE gaps between the garage doors and the upper wall, they will NOT replace anything, they said it comes that way, then why get it insulated if the gaps are so big it blows snow in the building - sent them pictures multiple times, talked with over 3 people 2 of which aren't there any longer - if I could give them a negative rating I would, do NOT spend your money on this company. We learned the hard way and spent over $8000 LESSON LEARNED!
