Rod at centerton is a wonderful man. But his right hand accounts manager is out of control nor will he do anything about her she screams and is constantly hateful and went as far as to call me a lier when I said I spoke to another person at this location. We have had not even 1 good dealing with her. So buyer beware she is who’s going to be blowing up your phone and calling you lier as well as her demeaning tones and the hang ups when she doesn’t want to hear what you have to say

I had my vehicle one week and the vehicle shut completely down! The truck was then tow back to Car-Mart to fix it. They charged me $75 to secure the post on the battery. Two days later the car lost complete power again, three week later I am still without a car but they still requiring a payment on a car I haven't drove a complete two weeks.

Don't ever buy a car through them. I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that needed to have the ball joints replaced. Even after a recommendation from the dealership they sent it to their mechanics who said there wasn't anything wrong with the ball joints to even having the passenger front tire replaced without my permission after they took the one off the car and it was " stolen" from outside their shop. I was over charged by 16 dollars to keep my tires that were taken off the vehicle because they were brand new . Now although I paid the money to Car Mart they are refusing to refund the 16 dollars saying I have to go through Midas to get that which is a whole different complaint to be aired.

Since the beginning with the finance manager I have been treated very poorly. I am Hispanic and my husband is white I noticed the difference between how he got treated and myself. Then after I was having issues with the finance manager I started getting treated poorly or just plain ignored by the gm. I was spoken to as if I didn’t speak English or I was beneath them. I had to go to a different car mart in Springdale to call this awful car mart and they spoke past her didn’t acknowledge her and so rude. I get anxiety any time I have to deal with this place they speak to me like I’m ignorant or beneath them. I made about 5-7 complaints to corporate about these 2 ladies nothing was done. Nor apology or anything. It just blows my mind they can run a business like this and take advantage of it cause nothing gets done. When I try to speak to the main guy in charge in corporate they don’t allow me to. Not even send him an email.

Joplin, MO shop had repossessed my vehicle because unfortunately I lost my job due to medical reasons. I had no problem returning the vehicle in just as good shot if not better with add ons that I left with the vehicle. Was sent a letter stating they are going to sell it at public auction on or around 09/27/2023. Here I am with the car sitting on their lot for getting close to a year. Also sitting on my credit just destroying what's left of it. I contacted them multiple times and they have yet to respond or answer any of my basic questions. -5 stars for destroying someone's credit liveliness.

I requested a price on a vehicle posted online and was told to expect a response shortly. I never heard back from them with a price or anything. The website doesn't list prices which is a major red flag.

From the day I got my car from the lot in Siloam springs I have been lied to, shuffled around and brushed off. From the time I signed the paper work to the time that I received it, they made changes that I did not authorize or agree to. Luckily I caught the mistake but the manager that I talked to about it told me that it was too bad and I signed the paper work. Luckily the higher up manager contacted me and told me on the phone that I was right because she was the one that had approved my deal, and worked with me to get the deal I agreed to. That should have been a red flag but I needed a car and had bad credit and no cosigner. Fast forward to the lifters going out in the car and I had them pick it up under the extended warranty. they did not keep me informed on how far along the car was coming, I called many times only to be told the service managers weren't in and I would be called back. As you can guess they never called. So I started calling a few times a day. Finally that situation was resolved and I hoped other than paying for the car the situation was over. But now I sit in the same situation as something else has gone wrong with the engine. I am being kept in the dark and brushed off once again and I am fed up. I am paying a ridiculous price for this car, sticker price was double blue book value, and after all the interest and the extended warranty I am paying almost 4 times what the car is worth. I would expect a company that makes this kind of money from their customers they would want to take care of them when the issues arise. But alas I sit in awe at the terrible service I have received wondering if my car will be ready for me to pick up by Monday, (car was picked up by the tow truck on Thursday) so that I can go to work on Tuesday. I know I am not the only one who has had these types of issues with carmart, it blows my mind that they are still able to do business like this.

The local car lot made an error processing my modification for my seasonal payment. The local car lot made things right. However corporate still fraudulently reported to the credit bureaus that I was 30-59 days late on my car payment when I literally made every single payment as promised. And their reason for reporting to the credit bureaus that I made a late payment is because I was unable to get off of work and come into the office to sign a new modification agreement on a certain date which the local office told me was fine and that I’d be alright. However the corporate office in AK stated that it was not fine and they will not be removing the reporting of a late payment even though I was not truly late. Now my credit score dropped 38 points and they told me oh well and that the underwriter wasn’t going to change anything. So please believe the reviews about them being crooks and selling lemon cars. I’ve had trouble ever since I purchased my vehicle from them but I still made it my business to pay my car note because as others said they will repo after only being a couple of days late. Thank goodness I have not had to experience that but it is true. And my check engine light is on right now. Car has been in the shop 3 times. When I first bought the car I almost died from one of the pins in the front wheel suspension area being missing. These people really have some nerve. Do not purchase from them. Yeah their approval process is easy but it’s not worth it. I promise you. You will regret the decision to purchase from them more than anything else in life.
