      We got Caballero's business card from a homeshow. **** was supposed to come to our home to give us an estimate at 3:30. He didn't make the time frame so I texted him and received no response. I then called him, he did answer. He then stated that he would be out at 5. We met and discussed our yard and he told us a week until he would have something for us in writing. After a week, I texted him to see where things were at. It took him a little to get back to us, and when he did, he told us that he couldn't meet with us for another several days. So we locked into a Wednesday appointment. Wednesday came, no ****, I texted him to see if he was still coming with no response except that he was still with a customer and can he call me back? Now 2 hours late for our appointment, I received a call from his secretary stating that he would not make it and can we reschedule. So we rescheduled for Saturday. An hour before our Sat. appt. I got another call from his secretary stating that he would not be able to make it and that he hasn't even done the drawing's yet for our review. We again rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and sometime during the day I got a call from his *************************. ****** said that he could come in place of ****, but did not have a drawing, but if we put the meeting off until tomorrow night, he would email us something tonight. Well, we got nothing, so I called him out on it and he said that he could come by and do it with us on Wed. We let him come by, and he went over the job again, similar to what **** did at the original meeting, but got no drawing. He assured us that we would have the drawing by the weekend, we received nothing. I texted ****** three days in a row after that with no response, and then texted **** to let him know that I never heard from ******. I would give this company 0 stars for customer relations. If you are too busy to do what you say, perhaps you should just say that you can't take on the proje

We have been backed up getting drawings over, and again apologize that you were promised the estimate in a specific time frame. We take pride in our work and and best efforts in communicating with our clients. If you will allow, I have the estimate and drawling ready I will get this over too you.

      We purchased a beautiful rock fountain and the installation was professionally done. We love how this has enhanced our landscape. We had one issue while under warranty and it was handled well. After the one year warranty period our pump went out and because of how busy this group is I ended up just purchasing a pump online and replacing it myself. It would have been several weeks before they were going to be able to do it. But our biggest issue was when the fountain basin failed and developed a leak. Again, because of how busy this business is it took over several weeks before they came. The crew did a fantastic job of pulling the entire fountain apart and replacing the basin and getting it back in working order in half a day. It was expensive and now we are waiting to see if the supplier of the basin will stand behind their product. Of the hundreds of fountains that Cabelleros Landscaping has installed this was the first basin that failed and I believe they will do their best to get a rebate for the replacement. Despite the hiccups we've had I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking at using their services!
