On or about November 2, 2023, I patronized this store specifically for new tires. I told the store owner the type of tire that I wanted, but I was not sure of the size. I told him that I wanted the largest size that would fit without rubbing or causing any damage to my vehicle. Upon his recommendation, I spent $2,142 on 4 new tires. I recently noticed that the tires are too large, becuase they are in fact rubbing when I turn. They have rubbed so bad on my suspension that they have caused significant damage. I now have two exposed metal-braided hoses that should be encased in plastic or rubber. When I returned to the store, the store owner immediately told me "I don't have to do anything. Just because we gave you our professional opinion doesn't mean you should have taken it." His only suggestion was that I buy a SECOND set of smaller tires from him. He offered no refunds for the set of tires he sold, compensation for the severe damage that his professional recommendation caused my vehicle, or discounts on the second set of tires that he hoped to sell me. Now I have to buy another set of tires and pay to have my shocks uninstalled, serviced, and reinstalled. When I was in the store talking to the owner about the damage, he told me to stop "slandering" him and threatened to call the cops if I did not leave. I ultimately left the premises in fear of being arrested for something, although I am not sure what. My vehicle is still damaged today.

I was told by Big O on 3/27/2023 I had a Boot Torn on Drive Front Axle. I was there for an oil change and had them also do a battery service to remove corrosion and replace the cabin air filter. So took care of the items that would not be covered by extended warranty but wanted to see if the torn boot would be covered. I contacted the warranty company and the torn boot was covered. I took it back and they danced around saying warranty companies usually end up not paying. I call the warranty company and find a repair shop near me they have worked with before. I take it there and they inspect it and tell me I have no torn boot. So at this point no harm done. Today I take my vehicle back to the "new" repair shop. They tell me the cover for the cabin air filter is missing apparently appearing to have been broken off. They said the cover should be replaced and the filter is very dirty and needs to be replaced. The last shop was the Big O to do any work on my vehicle. My brakes and rotors had been replaced on 11/2/202 at ****** miles (first time this was done) and now my brakes and rotors need to be replaced again at ****** miles. *** did I get ****** miles out of brakes and rotors first time around and only about ****** miles this time around???? I might be pursuing a reimbursement. Of course, they only give a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. I am wondering now if the did my rear shocks they charged me for??? How would someone know???? Very dissatisfied with this Big O!

I have had an awful experience with this location of Big ** It started with them putting the wrong tires on the truck. They replaced them and corrected the mistake but the alignment was off on the truck. I brought the truck in 3 different times in the 10 days or so after the initial alignment, each time telling me it was fixed. The truck was pulling to the right. Finally in the last visit I was told the alignment is straight but they were having trouble getting the steering wheel to be perfectly aligned as it was slightly off to the left. I now have two front tires that are destroyed because the alignment was never actually fixed. I went in on Monday 6/12 and spoke with ***************** about the situation and asked them to replace the tires. He told me he would order the tires and talk to his ** and for me to come back next day. *** didn't even look at the tires to see the abnormal wear. I go in on Tuesday 6/13 and speak with *** again. All he tells me is the ** never showed up and he doesn't control the **'s (Blade I believe) schedule. He would call me when the ** gets in which would be shortly. Never heard from him. So I called same day around closing. Was told ** never showed up. I call again Wednesday 6/14, *** tells me they want tire **************** but won't tell me why knowing full well a tire rotation will not fix a bad alignment and instead of having 2 destroyed tire I would have 4. *** tells me he will let his ** know and call me back. Nothing later on Wednesday or Thursday from ***. So I call again this morning. They are not going to replace the tires that are ruined because I was lied to about the alignment being fixed, because the tires had not been rotated. Again all this would have done is destroy all 4 tires because this is not normal tire wear. 5 days of constantly contacting the location for them to do what was right as the tire damage is clearly caused by a bad rotation. Which again, no one in the store even bothered to look at.

Consumer purchased four tires on June 26 2022 with a wheel alignment, customer never brought vehicle back in for proper maintenance on tires or to re check wheel alignment - Consumer did not follow proper tire maintenance which voids any warranty of tires purchased. This is clearly explained on the back of his invoice.

the truck was brought in 3 times to fix the alignment. Which I was then told was fine even after the wheel was still not straight. This is not normal tire wear. If anyone at the company would have taken the time to look at the issue when I brought the truck in that would have been clear. The alignment has a 1 year warranty. This is within the year.

Brought my truck in for repairs to the timing belt, it needed a new tensioner and had jumped a few teeth. They also sold me on some upper control arms. I paid after repairs were completed. As soon as I drove away my tires were rubbing( which had never happened before) and my steering wheel was cocked to the side. They said they did the alignment but later admitted they hadnt. Within two days my check engine light came on and I brought it back thinking it was the timing belt problem again, it wasnt, the changed some hoses and a few other thingscheck engine light came on before I left the parking lot. I also asked about the tires rubbing and they gave me the run around of every excuse why that was happening. They said to buy spacers, I did, they put em on there is still some rubbing!! Brought it back in, the mechanic messed around adjusting stuffi drove away and check engine light came on again. Also I just had my wheels powdercoated and when they finished the 2nd alignment they torqued they with the air wrench with the center caps in and scratched them! DuhEnded up taking it to the dealership and getting a new mass airflow censor put on, easy stuff. Was driving about a week later and the original problem that I took it to big for was happening again. I had to have it towed to the dealership, they opened up the timing belt cover and found pieces from the first repair that should have been removed, that they just left. Big o also did a oil change and the filter they put on was Leaking. Carefree highway big O cant be trusted to do repairs! Be warned. Total charges around $2500, nothing fixed and ended up with new problems
