Professional, great communication, and extremely clean work. I was kept in the loop through the process. The project manager, Arrianna set a standard of excellence from start to finish. The workers were always on time and advised when they would be there every day if the job. My kitchen was left immaculate! I had a wonderful experience with Emergency Flood Team. ****** and ****** were amazing. They were very kind and professional and even wore shoe coverings in my home. I feel pretty lucky that I was introduced to *****, ******** and the Emergency Flood Team as I was trying to identify a company to help me mitigate and ***** a bad leak that then also involved small amounts of asbestos found in the drywall that needed to be removed. The team not only has the expertise and capacity to get the job done right, but also the communications skills to make me feel less nervous and better informed, and the technical knowledge and wherewithal to help work with the sometimes stubborn insurance companies. I would recommend Emergency Flood Team to anyone who has experienced water damage and needs a company they can rely on and communicate with. The team made feel at ease right away, and answered every question I had about the drying process and the removal of affected areas. Not everyone is able to handle jobs that involve asbestos, and they made me immediately confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. The job happened as they said it would and the timeframes that they discussed with me were met. When it was time to pay the bill, they also communicated effectively with me and other parties that were involved, and the value for the service provided was more than fair! Exceptional Service from Emergency Flood Team! I recently experienced a Water leak that flooded one of my bedrooms and parts of my living room. We contact Emergency Flood Team and they responded promptly and professionally, exceeding my expectations. The team quickly identified the issues and began work immediately. Their attention to detail, clear explanations, and kindness helped alleviate stress during a chaotic time. ***** was kind enough to take extra time to help us navigate the insurance process seamlessly. *******, ******, ***** and crew were so compassionate and understating , and took the time to explain everything with such details. Responded efficiently and professionally to a water damage concern. They promptly provided a report on the same day as inspection. It was great to have the company provide a window of time in which the technician would arrive as well as a call when they were just a few minutes away. Folks answering the phone were calm and took detailed notes which is comforting when you feel you are potentially facing a crisis with water damage. I cannot recommend ***** and his team enough. From answering our call at 2am, technicians being very professional and clean(thanks ******), to explaining all of our options, and being reassuring in a very stressful time, they have exceeded any and all expectations we had. Everyone was on time and very communicative. We are very thankful we called Emergency Flood Team and not someone else.
