This company is the absolute worst. They destroyed our personal property, our home and our lives. The worst of it all, the owner refused to take complete ownership, and instead, **** Krapata, the owner, has intimidated, harassed and even put a Preliminary Lien against our home, 33 days after we had paid them. Which, we had paid them even Before the work was completed. This was a further attempt to control and intimidate us. According to **** Krapata, the owner of this establishment, he was very angry that we brought in a mediation person to help us settle the issues, as we were going in circles with him. More than ***** emails in a course of 33 days, not to mention phone calls and text messages. All of which were not helpful. My wife and I believe it was an attempt to stall us until we just gave up. We have taken videos and tons of pictures of what this company did to our home. We are now having to deal with this Preliminary Lien, which was illegally obtained. Again, feeling powerless and under his control. At this point there is no mediation at we feel will help us, without it being drug out for even longer. It is my duty to report this, as I would Never want anyone else to have the experience weve had and been dealing with since they completed the job on 12/17/2024.

Ive Worked with this company for several years and theyve done fantastic work. Today I called them because I needed a faucet replaced in our kitchen pretty urgently. For some time we have had a partially clogged toilet issue where a plunger did not solve the problem. ***************** was sent to resolve the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and informed us of our options. The cost was reasonable for the the work done and the problem was resolved. Second time we've used Bumble Bee Plumbing. First time was to replace a shower valve,,,,,Excellent job, timely, within budget and they solved a hot water problem in the kithen as a bonus.This call we need a washer bar replaced as the old one had frozen up. Our Tech ******************* was on time, repaired/replaced the device in less than an hour and the place was spotless when he finished. Rates are very reasonable for this day and time and the dispatch and customer contacts gals were superb. They stayed in contact and were very professional. Today, February 18, ****, I had a hot water heater installed. I received excellent service from ***** and Jakan today. They were very professional, courteous, and timely. Also, very patient and understanding in explaining everything. I am looking forward to them returning to do some other plumbing projects i have in the near future. Job very well done.
