    I ordered an out-of-print Blu-ray being sold by a seller on eCrater at a very low price, so naturally I was skeptical, especially after seeing all the bad experiences listed here by buyers. But the seller I bought from, intergalacticfantasies, was very professional, they replied to my questions right away, and so I decided to take a leap and buy from them. And in my case, I'm glad I did because it was a flawless transaction, FAST ship, and it was the exact item -legit, no bootleg- pictured (seller used actual photos of the item, no stock photo). I think eCrater might be a hit or miss thing- it depends on the seller. There may be many bad sellers, but there are good, legit sellers on here too, you just have to do some investigation/verification before buying. I recommend to send questions- see how fast they reply and how courteous they are, what is their return policy, and also check feedback. If there are a lot neg. feedback, and it's the same complaint, exercise caution. And remember, eCrater is just a selling platform, not the actual seller. It's like ***** so check out what their policies are regarding stepping in to help if a sale goes bad (I don't know since this transaction went well, hence the one star deduction). I would purchase from here again, but only depending on the seller.

    OSX Disk dont work. Dont offer returns. Will never buy from them again! Steer clear people. Dont give them your business or money!!

    I think they are thieves. My order for $450 was processed through PAYPAL. What is PAYPAL doing processing money for these crooks?

    eCrater is littered with scammers and the site itself seems complicit in helping the scammers. I spent over $3,000 on goods which were never delivered to me. When the matter was brought up to eCrater, they refused to help in any meaningful way. Through much work with my credit card company, I was able to have the payment refunded. However, eCrater still has this scammer/seller listed prominently on their platform. Their refusal to assist me in a clear scam and their further endorsement of the seller by allowing them to stay on their platform says everything I need to know about this company. They do not care if you get scammed, and their actions lead me to believe that they are complicit in the scam, and perhaps may even benefit from it.

    I ordered some dog treats through eCrater (PUMKING store) on November 9. Paid $37 for four packs. The seller said it would take 1-3 days to ship. However, Since then (as of November 27) I have not received any shipping details. I sent two requests to the seller and have received no responses. Not very pleased. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal to get my funds reimbursed. Needless to say, I will NOT be using eCrater for any purchases in the future.
