  I ordered a Starfire Lego Minifig from a store on this site and a completely different minifig showed up. I tried to email the site because that is the only form of customer support I could find. They first told me when a Lego set is missing a figure they will add a different one, which doesn't help because the whole order was just the minifig. I explained this and asked for a refund multiple times, they then implied that they would only give my money back if I changed my 1-star review on their site. I told them I would when they sent me the minifig I ordered or refunded me and I have not heard from them since. If this is how most of their interactions go I do not think they should continue to be a business.

  I bought a dvd from their site and I received a pirated video that someone just copied off their monitor poorly, if I may add. Do Not buy from this site.

  I recently paid eCRATER $32.99 (let's call it $33) for a full "series" of the ** presentation "Dopesick", which was supposed to include Season 1 and Season 2 on ***s. I received one disc, which was clearly physically labeled Season 1 on the **** I did not receive Season 2, because the show was cancelled/never released after Season 1. Of course, this was not the fault of *******. Nonetheless, the per season cost in this case remains $16.50, which I rightfully should be reimbursed.The representative of eCRATER with whom I dealt in a futile attempt to receive a refund for the *** I paid for but never received was a very rude, belligerent character. Please note I began the encounter very cordially. I am a 40-year old decorated veteran who was properly taught by my WWII era parents to deal with people courteously and respectfully. The eCRATER rep told me verbatim, "Our pricing is based on the number of discs, not the number of seasons.". I reiterated numerous times that I only received one disc, therefore I'm owed a $16.50 refund. I know this amount is meaningless to some people, but I work hard for every dollar I earn. More importantly, consider the ethical principle of the matter.In closing, the eCRATER rep essentially told me to (figuratively speaking) "pound sand", "go scratch", "kick rocks", "want in one hand and sh*t in the other and see which one fills up first" or whatever other expression floats your boat. Long story short, I STRONGLY recommend my fellow Internet customers/purchasers steer clear of eCRATER (wjsssales). They are a reprehensible, dishonest Seller!

  The eCRATER marketplace is packed with scam merchants. I placed an order for a ATN night vision device. The price wasn't too good to be true, and the merchant had a couple of them listed. It was the only place that I could find the now discontinued product. I placed my order and payed through PayPal fortunately, so I am hoping to get my money back. I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, both by phone, and email. I also attempted contact through eCRATER. I have recieved no response. The merchant is listed as celebrate1. PayPal list the seller as Lonergans Knives which at least sounds like it might be a online store. Seller is somewhere in *******. TLDR: eCRATER.com does nothing to screen the merchants on their marketplace and is at this point complicit in scamming customers.

  I ordered a movie and the seller after a week never even attempted to email me about my order. I emailed them and after a few days I contacted ecrater cs and asked why there was a seller allowed to sell on their site with less than 1 star. I should have looked at this ****** star rating but ecraters info on the site of sellers is beyond very lacking.Feedback is only for the seller and not the buyers. I will never use ecrater again.My ****** to buyers is this- if you buy from ecrater use paypal so you can file a claim when the seller never mails your items because cs does not care
