I took my fianc to you guys for extractions and dentures. I paid nearly $9,000 for this service. The dentures are horrible. They don't fit, even after a reline. They gag him constantly and he can't eat with them because they are so painful. On our last visit the dentist told him "Don't worry, we're going to make you happy." But at his appointment today he was told that it was going to cost us another $1,000 for new dentures that he can actually use. This is insanity. We just want what we came for: a new smile and the ability to eat healthy foods again.Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental (specifically the ********* location) takes your money up front and never provides the service. You get the run around when you try to schedule an appointment...no one answers the phone and no one ever calls you back. They have no hours posted on their door or window, and you get scheduled without them talking to you for an appointment at 3:15 pm on a Friday. When you get there, because you can't reach anyone to confirm, the shop is closed and the doors locked. This is after they took over $1200 from you. They are a lousy operation and not responsive to customers. Don't even bother going there...you're wasting your time. They charge for things that other dentists don't charge for you'll find out. They won't refund your money when they haven't performed a service...even when you write them. Check all the complaints that are online for you to see. We wouldn't even give them 1 star for service.Aspen Dental

IT is a spam sort of office.I called to Aspen Dental to get an appointment and ask how much the visist cost as i had discomfort un my mouth.I was told that the 1st visit was at no cost to get the diagnose.When I went to the appointment i said again that i didn t have health insurance and they said the first appointment is at no cost.They did a bunch of x ray and found a few things here and there but not related to my symptoms and offered to be swing by an oral surgeonwith them $500.00 which i didn t accept and they offered me to become a member and pay a monthly suscription...This was offered by a girl who wanted me to sign documents.Ay the end o felt i was stealing with a strange businesss kind of Time Share style of selling.I delta it was odd and weird.Two months later they want me to pay $250.00 for what they said it was free diagnostico.They used my time and lye yo people.I wonder if they did that to me as I have an acccent.Please monitor that business as they are lyers .Aspen Dental

I was charged $333.00 for a periodontal cleaning which I paid before any work was done. I was also told my insurance would cover the rest of the charges. Humana paid their share, I paid mine, and I was billed for another $430.00 a few weeks later, due on receipt. I asked for a hard copy of the bill. It came out to almost $2,000.00 for the periodontal cleaning, and I now wonder if the procedure was even necessary. Among the charges were also $36.00 for toothpaste, $38.00 for antibacterial mouthwash, and $135.00 for a supersonic toothbrush I did not want. (I returned it and got my money back.)I visited the office, spoke with the financial person and she contested the bill, but with my insurance. She wanted THEM to pay more. She said she would contact me when there was a resolution but of course, she never did.My complaint is about the office at **********************************************. They do not answer the phone, too I have to go there. The bill is coming from their New ************ They don't answer their phone, either.I suppose this is a franchise, which makes it easier to run a scam. I will not pay this bill. I have documentation that declares my bill was paid in full.Aspen Dental

Terrible! I went in to have a tooth put back into my top denture which I paid for but they made me do an exray so they could sell me additional service. The fixing of the denture had nothing to do with needing an exray. I refuse to pay for a service that I did not needAspen Dental

My experience with Aspen Dental: I was quoted a estimate of ******* for root canal and cap. thru my insurance. As well as I paid Aspen $330 plus to determine if indeed I needed a root canal was told this exam was not insurance covered. After all that my second opinion and dental work cost me a little over $300 which included exam to determine my need for a root canal using same insurance info I had given Aspen. I would like to know how this is FAIR!Aspen Dental

Unknowingly Aspen Dental unilaterally applied for credit in my name.If I could give **** I would. I got email from Care Credit this morning regarding my online application. I did NOT fill one out, but Aspen Dental did because I was stupid enough to give them my SS number. They applied online, in my name w/o me even approving their estimate or work or need for application for care credit. I want to prosecute whoever did this in my name. Good news is my credit file is locked down and they could not get into it therefore CareCredit refused the loan. I cannot believe they have done this. I will be there Tuesday after Christmas speaking to their office manage. This may be illegal. If I can prosecute them I will. I knew the mi Ute I gave my SS it was not smart but applying for a loan in my name w/o my knowledge speaks to unethical at the least and illegal at the most. BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTALAspen Dental

By far the worst place I have ever gotten service from. Aspen Dental maxed out my $5,000 insurance, charged me $6,500 and then sent me a bill in the mail for $1,200. SO with a total of $12,700. I received 3 root canals, and 4 crowns. With that being said, I have had issues with my teeth ever since I went to "Dr." ***************** at Aspen Dental. I had to go back 4 times for one crown because he could never adjust the bite correctly. I decided to go to another dentist, and she did an X-Ray on my teeth only to find that the reason I am having so many issues with the teeth he fixed is because he put a crown on top of a root canal that wasn't completely removed, I have an infection in another tooth, and not even one of the four crowns in my mouth are on correctly. SO... Now I am left to pay yet again another $12,000 to someone else to fix my teeth that HE ROYALLY SCREWED UP?? I believe I should be given a full refund of the work that was performed on my teeth by Aspen Dental. This should not be an operating business. They are ripping people off left and right. Also - The last time I was in the office, the lady at the front desk was arguing with a patient that came in because her dentures. The woman at the front desk was yelling at this poor elderly woman saying "They do fit, you were fitted for them in the office, if you can't get them in, you need to just keep pushing them in until they fit in your mouth, it will be uncomfortable for awhile." I have had a terrible experience here and I truly believe they need to be shut down. Aside from the dentist himself, the assistants they hire must have no qualifications, or maybe still under training, I am not sure but every time I left the office I had cuts and sores on the inside of my cheeks, my lips, and gums. Also - I once waited 2 hours in the bed for the dentist to come back to my room and start drilling on my teeth and I was not been numb anymore. I just about slapped him out of instinct of it hurting so bad. DO NOT GO HEREAspen Dental

I went to Aspen dental(44th St ******) September of 2022 for dentures. My bottome teeth were extracted except one off to the side that looks like a fang. I have no back top teeth. I have top front teeth and bottom back teeth. I am very limited on what I can eat. My cheeks are sunk in. I am financially destitute and still have to pay for dentures I do not have. They never fit right, they always broke and they would repair them and they would break again. Then they told me that they will not fit unless I have more work done. They never told me those until after the fact. I will never go back there and I do not in anyway recommend them. I trusted them and got taken advantage. I am hard working and it is not right that they are doing this. I am a hard working person who does not have money to waste. I hardly have any money for food. I can't get government assistance. I got fitted for uppers and did not get them until I mentioned them and they had no idea that I was fitted already. They did'nt ask me if I wanted an electric toothbrush they just gave me one and charged me for it. Aspen dental should be ashamed of themselves.I am disputing the charges. It would be nice for a full refund but I would be happy to just call it even and not have to make payments anymore. Still waiting to hear back from the credit company I have the loan through.
