1 starI never missed a payment for years. When things got tight, I inquired about a two months deferment, as mentioned online). I was told that this is not possible. So I asked for more time to pay. Not given. So I tried to pay with a cc. Not possible. This company has the WORST customer service. Also: their interest rates can rightfully be called PREDATORY. And ******* is in bed with them. 1 starDenied my payment frequency request even with a flawless payment history because they claim I am a payment behind, which I am not. I called multiple times to change my dates and they told me I could not. Now they want me to pay an extra payment. 1 starBridgecrest is not a great company. When my car was paid off by my insurance company, the insurance company was given the wrong address to send final payment (I was on a three way call with both my insurance company and the *********** representative). Both my insurance company and I have gotten misinformation and the runaround from this business. Their departments are all on different informational pages and they take inaccurate call notes. Avoid at all costs.

1 starMy car was deemed a total loss in August of this year, I received a paid in full letter from BRIDGECREST on 9/25/25. I obviously assumed the account was all set and that insurance paid my account in full, hence the paid in full letter. Today, I noticed that the account was still marked delinquent on my credit report. I call Bridgecrest, they tell me that the letter was sent in error and that I have a past due balance of $1537. I asked for a revision to my loan terms, or a payment plan of some kind. They inform me the only plan they can offer me is a ridiculously high monthly payment for a car that doesnt exist anymore. What a horrible company mistakes happen, but they shouldve been able to make it right. Ive been thinking my account was paid in full since September!!!

1 starI bought my 2019 ***** Equinox in the state of ******** in August of 2023, I shortly moved to ******** months later. I am still now 2 years later, trying to get the state to lift the suspension permanently on my title and registration here because Bridgecrest will not cooperate over the phone or with the state to convert my title to Arkansas or even just send me the correct documentation to lift the suspensions permanently. The customer service on the phone was rude and treated me like I was the problem for asking her to do her job. This company needs a complete overhaul because theyre genuinely awful and embarrassing to work with.

1 starIm not the one to bash a company but this company is really a JOKE! **************** is a serious problem for this company. So unprofessional thats its crazy. ******** or ******** I think she said her name was. I asked her to finish eating so that I could understand what she was saying. Then she was bossy and mean. I really never got a chance to even get to the heart of the matter. I asked her to please let me talk to someone else but she never transferred me so I ended the call!!! NEVER AGAIN Bridgeless!!!

1 starI purchased a vehicle in April 2024. On August 21, 2025, my vehicle was impounded. I went to get my car out of impound on Aug 29th. Was told bridgecrest picked it up on the 27th. I contacted bridgecrest on Monday Sept 1st. They stated my car was repossed. No my car was impounded.. I the outstanding balance on my account. I called ********************** every day. Was told to call back in a couple of hours for a managers quote. I have no idea what thst is. On August 30th my account was closed. I never not once got anything in the mail or verbally about the status of my car. I was told to call mayhem to pick up my car. I call mayhem and they stated bridgecrest needs to send a release of property. Comes to find out my car was being auctioned. If I didnt want it auctioned I had to pay ****** to hold vehicle but wasn't guaranteed it be auctioned or not. I called again bridgecrest stated your car was impounded not repossed. Where's my car? I never received anything till this day about my vehicle nor my property that was in my vehicle. But on my credit report it stated I *** a outstanding Balance and my car was repossed. I will never ever again go through carvana who bridgecrest is the loaner.

1 starMy car was recently stolen. The local police found the car shortly after but didnt turn the car over to me because in was involved in another incident. I was behind on my payments because I was laid off. I informed them about my car being stolen. They offered me an extension and I agreed to it. After weeks car being used for an investigation, I got in contact with police department and they informed me that my car was at a local tow yard. Went by the tow yard and was informed that bridgecrest took my car to an auction lot. I didnt make my payment because I was unsure if my car would be totaled out. I got in contact with bridgecrest and asked them what the issue. They told didnt want my car to be over there so they took it upon themselves to take it. My account didnt show my car wasnt repossessed. I even asked them if it was repossessed and they said now. But in order to get my car back I got to pay a repossession fee by a certain day before my car will be auctioned off while Im still under contract with them.
