The absolute worst. Paid off my auto note and they have never sent release of lien or title. They repeatedly say they will send and never do. Has cost me over a $1,000. Do not in any way use them and SHAME on CARVANA for using them.Bridgecrest

I paid my car off last month. Got my title 2 weeks later. Shows my car paid off on my credit report. Tonight, a Saturday night starting at 9pm, and then 3 more times, last time at 2:19am, this business is trying to take a payment from my debit card. Then my Apple Pay!!! Its the same amount as what my payments used to be. I was NEVER on auto pay. Now, I'm freaking out 2:41 am on a Sunday because I keep getting alerts of declined payments!!!Bridgecrest

In March, my car was totaled. I paid $712.39 to have the loan closed, because GAP insurance payment is a long process. A Bridgecrest representative advised me that I would receive a reimbursement because I closed the loan before the GAP payment was received. Now, months later, Bridgecrest is saying I do not have a payout. However, you can not apply money to a closed account. Now, after speaking with supervisors about the matter, they are saying the numbers on the account are not correct, and accounting has to figure out what happened. In this economy, no one should have to wait for their money. I paid them on time every month, so why is it a problem to reimburse me the overpayment?Bridgecrest

If negative stars were possible, Bridgecrest would plunge below zero.Our troubles began when my husband was laid off and we fell briefly behind on payments. On December 23, 2024while I was shifting the car to tuck away Christmas presentsa repo truck lurked outside. The driver, far kinder than the company he served, let me rescue two car seats and my teaching materials before carting the vehicle off.I frantically cobbled together $7,000borrowing from family, friends, and thin airyet Bridgecrest still held the car until after winter break, costing me a days pay to retrieve it. When I finally reached the Florida DMV, the car wouldnt start. Whatever care it received in their lot had murdered the battery, so I bought a new one on the spot.Then the title saga began. ******* needed the Georgia title; Bridgecrest swore it had been sent. Three temporary tags and countless phone calls later, nothing had arrived. After I was pulled over for expired plates, I sent two certified letters and refused to hang up until someone admitted the truth: the title was lost. That was April, and they promised a duplicate within eight weeksplenty of time before my final tag expired June ******** is June 24. The *** still has no record. Last week Bridgecrest suddenly demanded photos of my drivers license (as if this were day one), and after two hours on the phone todayfive representatives, endless hold musicIm told the duplicate title might surface by August 19. Until then, my fully financed car is illegal to ********* am I supposed to commute, earn a paycheck, or justify continuing to pay for a vehicle their paperwork fiasco has sidelined? Bridgecrests incompetence is breathtaking, its indifference insulting, and its processes apparently held together by duct tape and denial. Zero stars is far too generous.Bridgecrest

I wished I could leave a 0 stars! they harass us about our payments even though I have called them MULTIPLE times regarding our situation and they still continue to harass us when we are 1 day late! we have asked to switch our dates so that it coincides with our paydays and they refuse to help they tell us there is nothing that can be done then give us the c*** about our interest and how it is hurting our account that we aren't paying on time well I have called multiple times and have tried to get assistance with dates and they refuse to help us. my husband went on unexpected disability its not our fault that this happened and they have no compassion or assistance.Bridgecrest

This is my first time using Bridgecrest. I recently found out that all ****** dollars I have given them has gone towards interest and NONE towards my principal which is ******. I have almost given them the whole amount of the principal and the balance is the same. They have me trapped in a never ending hole! My interest rate they gave me was 29.9% which left me in a spot to never really be able to pay the car off. Its not worth it!Bridgecrest

When I purchased my vehicle I was told that I have to make a payment on a specific day. When I bought the car it went in the shop for a month. When I called and let them know what was going on. They said that they could start the loan over from the begin. They said call back next week. Now understand the payment was the 17th of the month. I explain that I want to always pay on the first so I would be 2 weeks early. They told me to discontinue auto pay so I could start paying early. Now back to the phone calls. The first call was on the 6th. They said call back next week. So I called back on the 11th. They again say we can't do anything yet please call back on the 13th. So then again I called on the 15th. Now remember my auto pay was canceled the first time I called. I make the payment on the 15th. I then get a notification that I had a *** at my back. I look to see what was going on. They tried to authorize double payment which put my account in an NSF charge. This specific bank is for house payment and car payment only. It set up for just those payments. Now I have to take care of all the problems at my bank. I called them and then again they gave me the run around. Now my credit is going to take a hit. They can just come get the car. I'm so upset that they have not only gave me mental anguish but also hit my credit so bad that I will not be able to finance another. I refuse to make any payment until they fix it. As of now I haven't heard back from them. Please advise me of my optionsBridgecrest

Earlier this week, I paid off my loan with Bridgecrest right after i found out the car i purchased from them a few year earlier would be inoperable. Unfortunately, I am unable to sell or trade in the vehicle for parts with most dealers until I receive the title. Bridgecrest's customer service seemed excited to inform me that they have a seven BUSINESS day waiting period before releasing the title, followed by an additional 2-4 day waiting period for the title to be mailed. As I am navigating the stressful process of acquiring a new vehicle as soon as possible, I will remember that Bridgecrest took extra steps to exacerbate the situation, even after I fulfilled my payment obligations in full.Bridgecrest
