    I paid off my car and bridgecrest took double the payment out of my account. I called them to get this corrected and funds returned to my account. I was transferred 4 times and got the run around saying I only made one payment on the payoff. They said it was the banks fault I called the bank they said they received the funds. Now I am out of my money and paid double for a car that is used. For that amount of money I could have a new car. I will not do any more business with Bridgecrest again. I would not recommend doing business with them. They don't know what they are doing and they don't speak very good English. They are also rude to you on the phone as well. Is this the way you treat customers then You shouldn't be in business at all.

    Overall did not have any issues until today, Reached out to inquire about a deferment for 1 month. Was told I do not qualify because my account in good *********** quite confused wouldnt that be more than enough reasons to qualify. I NEVER been late on not one single payment for 2 years matter of fact I paid my payments sometimes 14 days in advance. But its cool working something out with my Credit Union to refinance the vehicle to get from under Bridgecrest.

    Worst loan company Ive ever dealt with. First of all, when I lost my job I called to see if they could offer me some type of help or relief. Instead, just as a lot of customers stated they do not help or even attempt to help you out in a tough situation. Then the truck I purchased was through drive time and it was by far the worst purchase Ive ever made. The truck started giving me a lot of issues less than a month and on top of that, my transmission went out 7 months after purchase. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty or I wouldve been SOL. After a year n a few months, I stopped paying the note because the car stayed in the ******** refused to pay to fix ******** that high ssa car note. Car gave me h*** the entire time I had it. Shame on them to sell it in the condition it was in without even attempt to fix anything on the vehicle smh. Anyway, I could go on and on about all the issues I had with the traverse but I know y'all dont wanna read no long ssa review. Moral of my review is DO NOT get your car loan from bridge crest. They are absolutely the worst.

    Bridgecrest lacks transparency in their process. While I originally used them for a car loan instead of shopping around due to convenience via *******, I would highly recommend others take the time to find a more ethical loan servicer. The way they amortize is slippery because of hidden fees and a way of calculating percentages as the principe you owe at the beginning of the year as opposed to your current principal. The business is highly unethical.

    Im leaving the review because I was not prepared for the harassing phone calls with this company. Im a graduate student and work full time so Im doing my best to pay my loan, but the **** calls start not even a day after and Im working to try to catch up, but I feel like I wont. I also feel some of their staff is very judgmental and condescending because they ask me why do I need to pay my payment late and I tell them Im still paying medical bills for issues I have or my tuition and I feel they are not understanding at all. The calls give me anxiety because I do pay my bill but they call me when Im either at work or in class. Their practices are very predatory and hostile. I do not like this. If I hadnt needed a car, I would have never signed up for it. Their customer service does not seem understanding at all when customers are going through financial hardships.

    *** the reviews dont do this company justice, they are totally uncaring, Im 71 years old, I paid $ 2;000 to get my car back from repo, they wouldnt wait one more day for the next payment of $300.00. They repoed again want $1,000 and another $600 in 30 days I am so upset right now ,!!!!! How can companies like this be allowed to s**** people let alone seniors. You get escalated to people who can do nothing but recite the company policy. Dont use them My hand s are shacking ,

    A family member had their car repossessed. They were told that if they made a payment, it would take a few hours to process but they would be able to get their car back that day. Payment was made, went to get car and they were then told the way the payment was made (which was presented as a one of the preferred methods of payment), needed the payment to clear the bank first then they would allow the car to be picked up. This is totally different than what was conveyed over the phone. 2 days later account is shown as paid, money has been taken from the bank account, and we are being told it would take 10 business days to get back. They were then unable to tell us if there would be additional storage fees for the delay. It seems this is a pattern with this company....

    DO NOT GO WITH BRIDGECREST!!!! Not only did my car have a lien on it when I purchased it but now that its been totaled and paid off they initially denied I had a gap insurance refund and after fighting tooth and nail I now have a refund check coming THAT THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHEN WILL GET TO ME theyve delayed every single process as long as humanly possible, then they just transfer me to other departments. they can instantly take the $16,000 payoff check and deposit it instantly, but funny enough my $800 check takes a month to even process/get to me and that they cant force 3rd parties/ally to use a single payment process but yet were stuck only allowed to receive it by a single payment process, A CHECK! seems pretty backwards to me!! They dont care about customers because funny enough you cant speak to anyone that you can even remotely understand unless you DEMAND to speak to a higher up, all of their calls are routed to call centers. I genuinely have no idea how this company remains in business with its predatory practices and how theyre allowed to treat customers I would promise you theres either a class action lawsuit or a federal crackdown on them for misuse of funds/laundering in the near future.

    I got a car loan with Carvana/Bridgecrest in February of this year. Unfortunately, in September my daughter totaled it. Here it is 2 months later and its not been resolved. Insurance and GAP paid out a while ago but Bridgecrest overcharged me on interest. They changed dates of when to apply payments they had received a month prior. I also have proof with confirmation numbers when they were sent the payments. I have all the proof screenshot of Bridgecrest changing dates. They said I still owe $106 on the account but also they say Im required to make a payment of $470 this month. Ummhow do I have to pay a payment of that when thats not even what is owed (according to them) and I have proof of the overcharge as well. It has been 2 weeks since I first contacted them about the dates they changed and the overcharge. They claim they are still reviewing and dont have a time when they will be done. Worst place EVER!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THEM!!!!
