Be wary of overpayment at loan close. They will shut off access to your online account and not verify if an overpayment has been made. Very little transparency and I believe this company will attempt to reduce my overpayment with fake fees etc. They will not reinstate loan account access so an individual can verify the payments and account balance/overpayment balance themselves. I do not recommend using Bridgecrest and will do everything in my power to verify my overpayment refund is processed accurately despite their predatory practices.Bridgecrest Response

One of the worst companies I've had the pleasure of working horrible customer interaction and even when they make mistakes they don't do anything to fix it.. definitely think twice before financing with this companyBridgecrest Response

I paid off my vehicles and they refuse to show that on my credit reports. One was in charge off status but was paid IN FULL. The is paid in full. They will do things intentionally to ruin your credit. If you ask them to take it off they become defensive and say they dont have to. These people are absolutely EVIL for no apparent reason. Keep in mind I PAID MY VEHICLES OFF and Im still having a negative experience with them. Dont do it!!!Bridgecrest Response

AVOID! TERRIBLE. I purchased a car from ******* and got stuck with Bridgecrest. I moved to another state and began trying to register my car in July 2023. I am writing this review in Dec ********************************************* the new state because Bridgecrest will not provide title documentation that the state requires for registration. As of 3 weeks ago and confirmed again today, Brdigecrest has the state's request in an internal holding facility. If it ever gets out it will be another week before it is provided to the state. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a car that I cannot drive because I'm known to the police for absurdly late and illegal vehicle registration. This review form should allow for zero stars to more accurately represent how awful Bridgecrest is.Bridgecrest Response

They are horrible I was told I wasn't going to get charged to overdraft fee by two different people and when my next payment was due it was added on and found out the payment I made went all towards interest and nothing went towards the principal I would never recommend this place to anybodyBridgecrest Response

Absolutely the worst customer service and business ethics I have ever experienced, so I was 14 days late on my first payment. They take the car on the day of the next payment, before i can even make a payment to bring everything current, Im literally calling to straighten everything out and they took my car before the sun came up. So it wasnt even a month, or a full payment behind because I had paid almost half of the payment. Now..they are saying I have to buy the car out right if I want it back, $20k not allowing me to just get caught up. To top it all off they are refusing to give me even an email stating they took the car, no email or letter, just nothing.Bridgecrest Response

I was told by a *** that I had a certain amount to pay in order to keep my car from being ***ossessed. For some reason the money kept being returned from my back from my bank. Resent the payment today and my car still got towed. Was advised that I needed to make the payment 24 hours prior to stop the ***ossession. Called to see how much I would need to pay to get the car back thinking it was the payment that I was advise of and now Im being told I have to pay 3kBridgecrest Response
