      I am filing a formal complaint against *******, Jaguar, and Bridgecrest regarding a major engine failure and the lack of assistance from all parties involved.I purchased a 2018 Jaguar [Model Name] from Carvana on Mothers Day in May 2023, and the vehicle was financed through Bridgecrest. The car had approximately [mileage at purchase] miles at the time of purchase and has been properly maintained with regular service since ******* only ****** miles, the engine completely failedjust ***** miles beyond the 60,000-mile warranty limit. An engine failure at this mileage is unacceptable and clearly not normal wear and tear, especially for a premium vehicle such as a Jaguar.I have contacted *******, Jaguar, and Bridgecrest seeking help or some form of assistance. Despite explaining that this failure occurred barely past the warranty coverage, none of the three companies have offered any support. ****** refuses goodwill assistance, ******* has declined responsibility as the selling dealer, and Bridgecrest has not offered any support or relief, even though I am now making payments on a vehicle that no longer runs.This situation has caused significant hardship. I cannot afford to continue paying for a car that is inoperable through no fault of my own. If I do not receive assistance or a fair resolution, Bridgecrest can arrange to pick up the vehicle, as I cannot continue to make payments on something that does not run.Desired Resolution:Jaguar to repair or replace the engine at no cost, or Carvana and/or Bridgecrest to contribute financially toward the repair, or A fair resolution that releases me from the loan obligation if the vehicle remains inoperable.I have all maintenance and service records available to demonstrate that the vehicle has been properly cared for.

      On 10/30/25, I purchased a 2017 ***** Traverse. At the time of purchase, I signed the contract but I was not given the option to refuse gap insurane and lojack. This company forces people to take gap insurance and lojack as part of their loan which makes the monthly payment vey high especially at 28.4 % interest. I do not need these addirional expenses. I was never given the option to refuse it.

      Definitely one of the worst companies. Very high interest rates make it impossible to pay off your car. They will never work with you to defer payments. I was always on time for 2 years, than my mom passed and had to take care of my dad for a month..no deferment. Recently the transmission went out and I'm trying to cone up with 4000 to fix it, again no deferment and threatening to reposess it. They seriously want to repossess a dead car? I was only requesting a month deferment as I'm selling my home and would be able to pay it off, but no. They really need to be investigated as they take advantage of those with bad credit who are trying to rebuild. They only make it worse.

      This company sent somebody out to repossess a car that is in my name. I have the title to the vehicle and now theyre giving me the runaround about giving me back my vehicle. I bought the part from an auction because it was abandoned and I had the title for it and because the person that owned it before me never satisfied the loan they still came and took the car so now I have an attorney involved

      Horrible! No amount of communication can stop this company from calling.1 day behind and I got 3 calls spoke to 2 different people advising "I will ensure this stops" payment was made by debit so it went immediately threw and still got multiple calls a day for 2 consecutive ******* not use this company no matter how bad your credit may be.Thankfully I refinanced!

      Awful to deal with! They straight up lie to you. There are no extensions even though they tell you to not pay and check back in 2 weeks to see if you qualify for the extension. You keep checking in, make partial payments, and still never qualify! The best part is that they will call you multiple times a day every single day while you are simply doing exactly what they tell you to do. Then, they slap you with late fees! The interest rate is outrageous and they will not work with you even when you are paying on time and trying to do the right thing! I cant wait to get rid of this awful company! Please stay FAR AWAY from bridgecrest.

      ******* sold me a vehicle with a bad ****** and bridgecrest is trying to force me to keep a loan with in the first 14days of the contract. I gave them an option to pause the loan until we are confident the vehicle can be corrected. They stated they wont work with me. This isnt a bank. They are high interest no customer service funders. Dont accept a loan from bridgecrest they will torch your credit if you dont know your legal rights.       Bridgecrest is awful we are in the middle of a government shutdown and they have billed me 3 late fees in one month and the car note is only a 2 weeks late. These people are money hungry and have no compassion to the people who actually have to work with no pay to charge 3 late fees within the same month and the car note is not even 30to 60 days late is crazy. Them and Carvana are the worst place to get a car/loan from. I wish I never signed with them or *******. They both deserve ****** stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!
