1 starNever get a car from bridge crest. There all trash Poor customers svs car will brake down before you leave the lot. Bad engine back brakes bad transmission.poor customer SVC.the should have a lemon as their logo.because that all they ********** time my ***.you will not be driving only time you will see your car is in the repair shop They only sale lemon. There is no drive time only repair bills transmission useless engine run hot even in the ******* customer service to speak of Get a bus pass you will get there faster.bridgecrest.??worst company ever they only steal money from you. I went to get car repaired at one of there auto repair shop to monkeys came out with hammers.lick the tires.and said your car is fixed there's no drive time with drive time. You will be driving it to the repair shop.while bridgecrest still asking for your car payment my car broke down so much you would think I work at the repair ******* your self justice never buy a car from bridgecrest or drive time you be better off with a Bus pass.(True story)Review fromPaul C

1 starOne thing I can say Bridgecrest is scammers. I cant even get me refinanced because of how much they are charging me for the vehicle and its not even worth close to that much in talking about seeing if I can get refinance through them they dont even offer it so Im pretty much screwed. I would never recommend anybody to go to them or else youre stuck with a vehicle that you may not want forever.Review fromMonica M

I can honestly say that this company shouldn't be in business, I tried endlessly to recoup a device that was taken along with my vehicle that was repossessed on Nov. of 2024. It's call an Intoxilock, ie breathalyzer worth about $3000. Since then, I have been trying to get this device back to the people who own it.. I have been trying to get the device back to the ********************** who I leased it from months ago with no avail. I felt like a ping pong ball because no one knew what to do regarding the loss of the item. I made Numerous phone calls to try to get the property back resulted in a claim that was taken out recently and to my dismay, had I known that the claim could not be resubmitted. A claim was finally taken out about 3 weeks ago and I was told to look to hear back from these folks. If they did call but I never received voice messages so I thought that at least I would be able to communicate them to finish my claim, however, I did receive an email stating that the claim would be because they weren't able to contact. me. Three attempts and that was it. I guess three strikes and you're out. They dropped the claim and told me to deal with the auction company from which the property was taken, The auction house is called Manheim. They "say" that the property which did not belong to me was lost or stolen. I also plan on filing a complaint with Manheim as they e=were responsible to get this property back to me. I have numerous phone records collaborating the many times I have been to get this item back to the owners. This has been going on for months and nobody seemed to care about me or the lost property. Bridgecrest has told me that they are not going to proceed with the claim. Bridgecrest are the people who are responsible for getting my property back and they are washing their hands at this point. This whole thing stinks of corruption! I plan on Taking this to the news media.Bridgecrest

Financed my last car with Bridgecrest. Traded it in 2 weeks ago. They were sent a check from the dealership to pay off the remaining loan amount. A week after trading my car in they took a payment out of my account even though my car had been paid off. I called them this morning and talked to one of their reprensentives and brought this to his attention. He told me yes I see the overpayment. You will be reimbursed the overpayment. When I asked how long that takes he basically said they will have to process my overpayment and then they can issue a check. Told me 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back by check in mail. I told the representative I thought that was unacceptable and he basically said nothing he could do. Wouldn't even tell me his last name when I asked for it. Poor customer service!Bridgecrest

I purchased my 2022 ***** Silverado truck through ******* in November 2022. My financing is through Bridgecrest. I have never missed a payment and recently lost my job, but subsequently landed a new job within weeks. My truck pymt was due on March 26th, 2025. Today is March 31st, 2025. I got a call from Bridgecrest today and let let know what was happening (that I started my new job, but won't get paid until April 15th...at which time, I will make my March payment AND my April payment (early!). During my call today, I was informed I would be getting dinged with DAILY interest charges that would amount to almost $300 because I was LATE on my payment!!! Are you kidding me??? Most companies would charge a Late Fee (like $35 - $50...MAX!). Bridgecrest is already making a TON of money on my loan because I had a FICO score of about 620 when I financed the truck....vs a 660 or better! I have never missed a payment with Bridgecrest. I am shocked to see they have an A+ rating if all the reviews are 1 star!! The have predatory financing practices here.... so find your financing elsewhere before you buy a car!Bridgecrest

I JUST PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT TODAY. FIRST, I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU BRIDGECREST FOR OFFERING SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH MY LOAN. SECOND, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. THIRD, THANKS FOR WORKING WITH ME DURING MY HARD TIMES. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES IN REGARDS TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I READ. MY CAR WAS NEVER REPOED AND THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME ENOUGH TIME TO CATCH UP. I ALWAYS COMMUNICATED ANY ISSUES THAT I HAD, AND THEY ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS ?? I WOULD. Terrible Experience Avoid Bridgecrest!Bridgecrest submitted a lien release with errors to the registry back in April 2022 and never followed up to correct it. Now Im stuck trying to clean up their mistake, and I cant get a clean title from the *** to sell my car. Im about to lose a great offer on it all because of their negligence.Ive sent 13 emails to the registry, 2 emails to Bridgecrest, and spent over an hour on the phone across 4+ calls (one of which was especially frustrating and got me nowhere).Theyve been absolutely unhelpful and unresponsive. Their poor service is costing me time, money, and real **************** NOT do business with Bridgecrest.Bridgecrest

Bridgecrest repossessed my car, on the day of my appointment to get personal items out the car, the recovery lot person assaulted me and drew a firearm on me later I found out it was mine she had taken out my vehicle. She also held my car a month on her lot and bridgecrest charged my car off while in there possession. And they allowed me to pay ******* to get my car back only to find out the recovery lot person damaged my vehicle and stole my items and Bridgecrest wont hold them accountable and wont take responsibility for what has happened to me a Customer. I only got behind 3 payments.Bridgecrest

My father purchased a vehicle in 2020 supposedly he got the car for $10,000 He passed away on the February 10th of last month and he still owed $11,000 Not that I was trying to figure out if he had I had to send the dish certificate twice, and it was still not what they were looking for. It had to have his Social Security social Security number I didnt have that information the time of death so I put his license number that shows on there apparently they couldnt speak to me. I just needed to know if he had the gap insurance. If not, they can come take the vehicle very difficult. There is no manager you can speak to, you special handlings which specializes And de-escalation, which they also arent helpful at all do not go through them they will make you have an APR rate of 55% and if youre dealing with the loved ones loss, they ****Bridgecrest

I think bridgecrest is a terrible company for the last month made 2 one time payments to principal and one regular payment and none of them have been deducted from my loan account but they sure came out of my checking accountBridgecrest
