my car was a deemed a total loss January 31. It took two months for my gap to go through and my insurance to go but now that thats all gone through. Ive still been waiting two weeks for paid in full statement. I have gotten a new car and everything andpaid for it in full, but I cannot leave with car until I have a painful statement, their processes 7 to 10 business days and Ive been waiting two weeks. Ive been calling them every day and yet its still the same answer Ive gotten three or four different responses on whento call back for it and this is completely unacceptableBridgecrest Response

I made a payment on time but accidentally paid the next day when the funds weren't in there bridgecrest wouldn't take the $15 NF off knowing my payment wasn't due for 2 weeks they refused to take off $15 that I should have to pay all because I accidently hit payment twice and the tried to get a payment twice one payment was due the other to payment wasn't and when the funds weren't in there they changed me $15 and said oooh well it your mistake not ours if we don't make you pay it we have to pay it ...what kind business is this...sadBridgecrest Response

I bought a car from drive time and bridgecrest did the financing the car that was sold to me was a lemon i have been having issues with it since day one the car cant even be used for two reasons one the dealer gave me a registration but the registration and tag are not registered to the vehicle they never did the transfer with the title company the second this is the car has a bunch of recalls for the transmission and due to the dealer not taking care of them before they sold the car to me now the transmission has broke not even 6 month into having the car i call the dealer they say that they can't do anything and i called bridgecrest and they can't do anything either so i am stuck with a 24k debt for a car that will cost close to 6k to be repaired i have to continue paying the vehicle continue to not have a vehicle to go to and from work and also continue to pay for ***** to get around doesnt seem fair to me seems like drive time and bridgecrest got the good end of the deal and I got screwed over well lets see if the bbb can help with this matterBridgecrest Response

Horrible and absolutely disgusting , a representative in the charge off named ****** is extremely disrespectful and is purposefully wanting to hinder customers. Extremely unprofessional. I feel like they gather the most miserable people and make them representatives.Bridgecrest Response

My mother had a loan thru them, she died, I informed them several time, the received all the documents via email except the death certificate which was the one document they asked for to close the account. I sent over 50 emails to them with the death certificate so they could come get the vehicle. Took them months to get the document and then they resold it for a total loss and expect my dead mother to pay off basically the original loan. When there is no money to pay it, hence why I wanted them to take it. Thinking I need to contact an attorney because they literally blew my cell phone and my dead mothers cell phone up harassing me about a document they said didnt show up with all the other documents. They called both numbers more than once a day, causing me to change my cell number because they kept asking for the death certificate and when they could get the vehicle and o told them come get it, but what happens if someone steals it with the key inside, bridgecrest said Im not liable if its stolen. Makes zero sense how they work and their mode is backwards, on top of the fact that they willingly gave a loan to someone dying from whole body cancer seems real suspiciousBridgecrest Response

I have been paying off a loan from Bridgecrest for two years and have no headway in paying off my loan. The problem I found out is they charge daily interest on the loan so no matter how much you pay you will be loosing money unless you can make large enough payments to get ahead of the daily intrestBridgecrest Response

Even when you pay on time monthly you will receive messages and calls from this lender for collection. When they do receive update that they received the payment days later after due date you will get messages for late partial payments. To speak with someone for resolution you may be looking at a couple hours. Even so you may be getting messages for a few days after that saying you still owe, even if you do not. The departments do not seem to communicate very well and the harassment is frustrating. We asked for the warranty to be removed as the contract doesn't cover anything, three months later and still waiting.Bridgecrest Response

Buyers remorse and life ******s that will haunt me for years despite having paid my account and closed it. For context I had a loan with Bridgecrest that closed several years ago, to keep it short the account did have payment issues which eventually lead to being charged off but fully paid off. Here's where the problem comes in, credit reporting... I reached out to Bridgecrest as I'm now in my 30s and at a point in life where I'd like to consider a mortgage/house. However despite having a flawless record and recovering my report by 200+pts this negative **** is hurting my chances severely at moving forward in life. Now I reached out to Bridgecrest to discuss a goodwill removal and even offered to pay a few, this is where the hardest ****** comes in, Bridgecrest as a business makes it policy to NEVER consider goodwill, never. This is beyond crazy to me that a company can destroy and/or roadblock someone's life for nearly a decade despite obscene effort on said person's part to make everything right. I'll own prior mistakes but again no company should have the power to completely roadblock someone's life, that's beyond insane. This account has been closed for nearly 3 years so some goodwill should be more than considered vs generic approaches.Bridgecrest Response

My x fiance co signed for my car they where asked to take him off loan.refused got a court order with Vin number on it to take his name off they refused.request different car they refused...tried to get refinanced ******* upside down...tied to trade it in ******* upside down in it no one will touch it..these people won't work with anyone a years worth of high pmts...and still owe ******** for a ******* car..am looking into attorney this is ridiculous not happy in the least I work to hard for my $$ to be ripped off like this Only option I have is repo....12000. Just blown on this because they don't care...I would expect some kinda refund for another car an no repo on my credit report cause I will fight itBridgecrest Response
