Look at the review responses..it is literally a copy and paste regardless of each situation. They don't even care or look at them, follow this one and watch me get the EXACT SAME REPLY posted to it. I had major unexpected surgery and asked to defer just one or two payments after never being late for over a year and a half. One week later I got a letter stating they would reposes the car if I didn't make a payment in 10 days. What was the point of the 30 minute phone call I made to you??Don't mind me, I will be here waiting for your automated response to just call you and once again get no service.Bridgecrest Response

I give them a no starts. We paid a loan off over a month ago and still haven't received our title we keep getting it has to go to this department and will take 7 to 14 days, then it went to another department another 7 to 14 days and now it's at the 3 department now another 7 to 14. I would never buy another car from ******* seeing they are Bridgecrest. Believe me I've tried to call ******* no answer or any directions to help. Worst loan I've ever had. Be late on your payment you'll have five texts 10 phone calls, 20 emails, try to get something from them and you get nothing crickets chirping.Bridgecrest Response

Why is it that when I use the customer service options given I do not get any help whatsoever? All they do is try to get you to make payments over the phone as if I dont know how to pay my bill online. Fix your customer service.Bridgecrest Response

This company has worked with me so much and I appreciate them. The interest is great ,but I have had financial problems and they have always worked with me. I have never had my car taken and they have given me time to catch up and even worked with me. Thank-you Bridgecrest!Bridgecrest Response

in March of 2024, I had major back surgery in which I took a majority of my short term disability income and paid up on my loan until June of 2024. Bridgecrest did give me one month deferred payment. I requested to have the rest of my payments deferred until I returned to work in October of 2024. The refused to apply the requested deferral and refused to work with me as I absolutely could not work, (with surgeons proof of work release dates) Their refusal has had my car put into repossession and they have continually harassed me via texts and calls for payment. I'm sorry, but when you are out on major medical leave, there is only so much one can do. They constantly have tried receiving payment from me though I have received no income during this time frame. Each "request" has been a different amount to do this or pay this to do that, or, if you don't pay this, we will charge off, etc. I could never get a straight answer to find out what amount would at least get the car out of repossesion status. I have returned to work as of two weeks ago due to a different injury that held me from work for another two months and I will not negotiate with scammers even if they are my loan company. I'm not trying to get out of my loan payments, I am not trying to scam you. I simply want a deferral of all missed payments to the end of my loan term as I resume working after my surgery and recovery periods. Bridgecrest, you really need to do better than the predatory practices that are blatantly displayed. You can begin by not outsourcing, take direct debit payment with no fees attached, and immediately apply said payment, whether during business hours or not, (Using a non-outsourced person should incur fees), rewriting policies in accordance with current economic situations, add medical suspension clauses, etc.,Bridgecrest Response

It is 2025. Why does it take 4-5 days to pay via bank account whenever the ********************** has the audacity to call and harrass day in and day out wanting to get a payment from you. It should NOT take more than 24 hours when a payment is scheduled to come out days in advance. I should NOT have to hold money in an account for a whole week for the payment to process. The fk is taking so god dmned long to come out of said account? Then, if you plan it out so the payment is the day before you get paid so that you don't have to wait so long for it to process them they decline it. Do you want the money or not like holy s*** is this annoying as all hello to deal with. Then they have an even greater audacity to have a processing fee for passing via card as if the absurd % they are charging for their loan wasn't enough. Daily interest rate incurred as well witch is fking stupid. I am so close to telling them to take the God dmned car back and I'll deal with some other head ache because this is nonsense. 24 hours should be the maximum time for holding money or processing especially if the animals are going to dog you day in and day out for a payment. Get your s*** together and hurry it up. I should not have to wait a week to use my card because I have a thousand other things I have to do and I shouldn't have to pay fee after fee to pay my dmned loan.Bridgecrest Response

Title: Avoid Bridgecrest No Compassion for Disaster Victims After Hurricane ****** destroyed my area and totaled my car, my insurance company paid $10,000 toward the loan I had through Bridgecrest. Unfortunately, the car's actual value was far less than what I owed due to the predatory loan terms. Despite the disaster and my familys dire situationliving in a hotel as FEMA assistance remains pendingBridgecrest has shown no compassion or flexibility.Instead of acknowledging the insurance payment and working with us, theyve continued to add excessive interest, nearly $2,000 per month, and report negatively on my credit. When we asked to negotiate or defer payments for the remaining balance of approximately $2,000, they refused. As a result, were left paying for a car we no longer own, while the balance skyrockets due to interest. Now nearly 8000 wtf !My husband, a disabled combat veteran, and I are living on a fixed income, yet Bridgecrest has shown no willingness to adjust the loan, set up a reasonable payment plan, or freeze interest. Theyve already received $10,000 from insurance, yet continue to exploit our situation. At this rate, paying them monthly only deepens our financial strain, as the balance keeps increasing.Bridgecrest lacks compassion, flexibility, and basic humanity. Theyve worsened an already devastating situation for disaster victims. I strongly urge anyone to avoid doing business with this predatory company.Bridgecrest Response

******** customer service. I have asked for a deferral twice. I have never been late nor have I missed a single payment, I actually have been paying more than my original payment, and I was denied a deferral both times. All they care about is money and not helping.Bridgecrest Response
